Can not access my Dragonvale account.

Im trying to go on my Dragonvale acct and it says there is an internal error and that they have been notified. I use my iPhone and can log onto my sons acct. but not mine! Is this a problem anyone else is having, is it being worked on? Last log in was 4-6-12!

If it's possible to access a Dragonvale account from your phone, then the problem is sounds as if it's on the Dragonvale side. Have you contacted Dragonvale's technical support?

    Unlock your account.
    They will block checking if you check too often from a variety of IP's. So jumping from Cell, to Wifi, to Cell, to another Wifi, etc a lot they will block remote checking and only allow web checking until unlocked.
    Can also happen if you have a computer setup to check at a high interval.

    Going on the page that you've posted from I assume that you've forgotten the answers to your security questions (?). If you have forgotten them and you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
    e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
    or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use, or you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

    Do a reboot by holding both the power and ome buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider if that appears.

    Try logging into Yahoo! webmail on your MacBook Pro. Does it prompt you to enter or change the password there?
    If that doesn't do it, you could try removing the email account from your iPhone and then adding it again.

    That looked helpful so I followed the Restore directions you sent me to. Now the trouble is that I've wiped all my data (having backed up first) and when I come to restore from my backup it again asks me for a password - which I haven't set.
    I have definitely not lost any password - I keep all of them in an mSecure file vault. I have a record of a passcode for the phone itself but that does not work.
    Is there any way i get get inside my iPhone Backup and find the mysterious password? None of the ones i use work!

    I have an issue with the original email I used for an apple ID. I changed the ID main email, and I can not access my iCload account, or change the email ref on it.

    To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. 
    When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted.  If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    There is no solution.  You have to provide the ID and password.  There is no way around it.  If the person you bought it from can't provide it, return it and get your money back.
