Does it happen when you create an appointment via OWA?
Does it happen when you create an appointment via Outlook 2003?
Do you have any mobile device?
How many users encountered the issue, all users or some user?
At first, I suggest you recreate outlook profile.
At second,
use PFDAVAdmin
to correct any problems found.

Invitees option not available in new events with Exchange activesync cal

I have an Iphone running OS 3.1 and a Google apps calendar that supports Exchange Active Sync.
I have setup a calendar account as Exchange Active Sync on my iphone and put in the google mobile sync server address (m.google.com).
When I create a new event on the iphone I do not see the option for invitees to invite others to my meeting.
I know this works because other people in my office have this same setup and can sync and send meetings via our corporate google calendar app.
Any suggestions?

It sounds like you're having a more complicated problem than I was, but just in case anyone out there is in the same boat, here's the solution (which I wasn't able to find in any forums thus far) to a simple problem I was having.
If you're using a single email account with iOS 7 on a device like an iPad 2, you've hit the cancel button on an email and selected "Save Drafts," but later realized that you're unable to find the draft folder anywhere, then the fix is actually pretty simple. All you have to do is open your email account, hit the "Mailboxes" tab in the top left corner, tap the "Edit" button (to the right of the "Mailboxes" header), select "Add Mailbox" from the first section, and then just tap "Drafts" and "Done."
Afterwards, just go to your Mailboxes tab and you should see the draft folder listed, in which will be whatever drafts you've saved so far.

Can I set up new events with leaps?

I've tried to set up some Maya calendars on iCal without success. My idea has been creating a group of calendars made up by "full day" events, in which every event represents a day, and every calendar, a count. The point is that in those calendars there are always leaps that are repeated every while, and as far as I've done, after a leap happens, I must re-start to create the same events. Am I clear?
Let's make an example. Imaging a calendar made up by four days (too short, but its for the example). I have created an iCal calendar with four events, and each one is set up to be repeated every four days; till this point it works as desired. But there's a leap of one day that happens every year, and I haven't been able to set it up; after erasing the event of that day, I must re-start to set up the future (four, for this example) events... Can't I set events with leaps on iCal?
I've also thought about another possible way to set a calendar like that. I found a table for finding out the correspondence between Gregorian calendar and a 260 days Maya Calendar, by making an adding. There's a number for each month of the year, and also every year has a number. You have to add the number of the month plus the number of the year plus the number of the day of the month, and only if it is higher than 260, you will need to subtract 260; thus you will know which of those 260 days is today (or another date).
So, if I can set an iCal calendar using something like "if today is 2nd =2, of June =151, 2011 = 7; add 2+151+7; and if answer is higher than 260 subtract 260; so day number is 160". I could also set some other calendars from that one, like "if answer is 109 or 110 or 111 or 112, then "codon" number is X. Any suggestion for creating an iCal calendar like that from other way, like Developer Apps? Or if not for creating an iCal Calendar, maybe for making a Widget?

Can't open a new tab with the + for tabs. Can open with Mid mouse button. Nightly.

When I click The + to open a new tab in Nightly, it does nothing. I can open new tabs with mid ouse button, or right click>open in new tab. Just cant open a new tab via the + button. Started 3 updates ago in nightly (3 days ago pretty much).

Are you using a 32 bit Nightly build or a 64 bit Nightly build?
The 64 bit Nightly build for Windows is only generated to test for compilation errors and doesn't undergo all the tests that other builds get, so the risk that something goes wrong can be quite high. 
So if you do use the 64 bit version then try the 32 bit version to see if you still have this problem.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

Since your contacts are already in the cloud, then you just need to turn on the feature in the iCloud Control Panel:

Particular for your issue:
On a Windows computer, open the iCloud Control Panel, then select or deselect each feature. To make your changes take effect, click Apply.

How to add a new field in target ODS that is not available in source ODS ?

Hello every one , this is the first time i am placing a question
- Currently we have an existing ODS based on 2LIS_02_SCL data source. This ODS is already in production.
We have a requirement to use this existing ODS as our source to load required data in to two different data targets which also are ODS.Their update rules are different.
Problem: There is now a requirement to include a new field (PO need date) in the two target ODS. As this field in not available in our source ODS . How do we go about adding this.
concern: As the source ODS is already in Production, How do we go about loading data if this new field is added.

The new field is 0SCL_DELDATE (planned delivery date of document schedule line)
It is already there in the comm structure of our source ODS. But as it was not needed earlier in the source ODS, it was not used/added.(i.e not there is the source ODS update rules)
But now as we are basing our targets on this source ODS.
How do i go about doing this.
The main idea of doing it this way is because we do not want to reload data from R/3.

I sugggest you try my application, Dates to iCal. It is shareware with a 2 week trial period.
Dates to iCal 2 is a replacement for Apple's birthday calendar for iCal. It has a range of features to allow the user to choose what, and what not, to sync to iCal from Address Book.
As well as automatically syncing birthday dates from Address Book, Dates to iCal 2 can sync anniversary and custom dates. It can set up to five alarms for each date in iCal and can also set different alarms for birthdays and anniversaries. It allows the option of only syncing from one Address Book group. This application also allows for the titles of the events sent to iCal to be modified to the user's preference.

Can't add a new event to iCal on my iMac - but the event sync's to my iPad - is this a Lion problem? iCloud is on.

Can't add a NEW EVENT to my iCal on my iMac- however the event is sync'd to my iPad with no problem. iCloud is turned on for iCal. Is this a Lion problem or something turned pff. I cannot find an answer. Help?

It is a possibility that you are adding new events to your "On My Mac" calendars.
"On My Mac" calendars will not sync with iCloud. After backing up the "On My Mac" calendars, and ensuring that all events are duplicated on your iCloud calendars you can delete any "On My Mac" calendars.

I can't add a new event to my calendar on iPhone.

I can't add a new event to my calendar on iPhone. The plus sign is greyed out and even when I try it with Siri it says "Sorry. I can't do that right now". I did my due diligence and searched all over the forums and internet and I can't fix this. There was a listing in a forum where a lady had this same symptom but it looks like toggling iCloud worked for her. Not for me. I went into Settings>iCloud and turned off Calendar and then turned it back on. Still nothing. I even went to iCloud Backup and turned it on then back off and still nothing. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

See if you can go to your Calendars App and select a previous event to see what Calendar the event was added to (iCloud or Yahoo). After that is determined you can go to www.iCloud.com or calendar.yahoo.com and add the event there to see if it will populate on your device. Another troubleshooting step is deleting the iCloud account from your device and also deleting the Yahoo account. Then check to see if you can add an event without it syncing to a email. If you can then it may have just been a bug and you can add both accounts back and try adding the event again. I would also recommend only using one service to sync your Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, etc. Such as either iCloud only or Yahoo only, as using multiple accounts means your data is spread around and can be hard to isolate when something goes wrong.

But then again, Apple has its own basis. iOS is what's selling like pancakes not Macs, so if the gazillions out there are using iOS device and have gotten used to the calendar in their iOS devices. Wouldn't you think it made sense if Lion has the same calendar look and feel?
Everything was considered and weighthed when they developed Lion. They even mentioned it in the press, They were blown away with the success of iOS so they are extending it to OSX.
Quite frankly, I like the old iCal but yeah I don't expect anything in SL to stay in Lion otherwise it'll be another Cat name related to Leopard
People should start looking at this perspective and not get STUCK in the old OS.

Can't add a new event to an imaged iMac.

I have an older iMac at work. It is on a network so all the macs are imaged. When trying to add a new event to iCal it just doesn't work. I try to drag in day but the it just diasappears. This iCal is synced with my computer at home. It works fine on the eMac which is not imaged at work but is also synced with my home computer. Any thoughts?

You can not add events to the birthday's calendar. To add birthday's to the birthday calendar you need to add the birthday to a contact in the Contacts app.
You can set your default calendar here:
iCal > Preferences > General > Default Calendar and chose the calendar you want to default to.

I cant seem to add a new event on my iPhone 4 with the new iOS 5. I read the you are suppose to tap and hold the day you want to add an event, but that doesnt seem to work for me.

It works for me when I tap and hold my finger over the day seeing the month or week, when the phone is turned sideways. Maybe you should keep the finger a little longer on the screen to hold.
