Problem: While trying to register domain on domains.live.com it gives error that it contains a protected word or inappropriate language.
The website is first phase version page has been hosted. Domain was purchased on 1-Mar-2014. Please help on priority as I need the mail solutions at the earliest.
Posted query on Microsoft answers no reply even after 4 days.

I am trying to add a domain user to the local admin account on a Win8.1 Enterprise computer. When I click the check name button it asks me to enter network credentials even though I am signed in to the computer with a domain admin account. When I try to
type in any of my domain admin accounts it says "The Username or Password is incorrect". Even though I used that same account to login with. I can successfully ping all 3 of my DCs from the computer and have tried putting my second DC as the primary
DNS and my third DC as the primary DC and same problem. I have checked for Active Directory errors on the DC and everything says it is running fine on the DC in server manager. I have this problem on multiple computers. Some of the computers it will work on
but 90% of them it won't allow me to add the local user to the local admin group.
DCs are running Win Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest you to use Restricted Group(via GPO) to add domain users/group to a local admins group
1)Create a new group in Active Driectory
Create a new group in Active Driectory that you wish to add to every workstations local administrator group. DO NOT add any users to this group at this time.
2.
Create a new GPO
Create a new group policy object and link it to the desired OU. Make sure that the GPO you are using covers the OU that the WORKSTATIONS you are wanting to give users local administrative rights over.
3.
Edit the newly created GPO
Navigate within the newly created GPO to Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings --> Restricted Groups
4.
Add your new Active Directory group to the Restricted Group
Right-click the Restricted Groups folder and select "Add Group" to add your new Active Directory group to the Restricted Group. In the Group field, type the name of the newly created Active Directory group and click "OK"
5.
Add the Restricted Group to the local administrator group
In the Restricted Group Properties windows click "Add" under the section titled "This group is a member of:" Type "Administrators" (without the quotes and yes it is plural), in the Group Membership window and click "OK"
6.
Wait for GPO updates to apply to the workstations
Once your users receive their updated group policy settings every workstation within the OU you specified will have your new Active Directory group as a member of the local administrators group. If you need to force the GPO update on a specific workstation,
run "gpupdate /force" in a command window on that workstation.
7.
Add a user or group of users to the Active Directory Restricted Group
When you are ready, or in a position where you need to provide local workstation admin rights you can simply add the users or group of users to the Active Directory group that you created for use with Restricted Groups within your Active Directory Management

We face the same problem with some BI4 reports.
The same report works well with the "Crystal Reports Viewers API", as used in Infoview, but not with the "Report Application Server (RAS) API".
This error appears after some time working on a report. If we reproduce the same report, but from zero, no problem.

You cannot use .mac or MobileMe as type of Account, you have to choose IMAP when setting up, otherwise Mail is hard coded to change imap.mail.me.com to mail.me.com & smtp.mail.me.com to smtp.me.com, no matter what you try to enter.
iCloud Mail setup, do not choose .mac or MobileMe as type, but choose IMAP...
On second step where it asks "Description", it has to be a unique name, but you can still use your email address.
IMAP (Incoming Mail Server) information:
          •          Server name: imap.mail.me.com
          •          SSL Required: Yes
          •          Port: 993
          •          Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
          •          Password: Your iCloud password
SMTP (outgoing mail server) information:
          •          Server name: smtp.mail.me.com

          •          Port: 587
          •          SMTP Authentication Required: Yes

Also, you must upgrade your password to meet the new criteria: 8 characters, including upper and lower case and numbers. If you have an older password that does not meet these criteria, when you try to setup mail on your mac, using all of the IMAP criteria listed above, it will still give a server error message. Go to   http://appleid.apple.com         then follow directions to change your password, then go back to setting up your mail using the IMAP instructions above.

Master Data Services - Can not add new User and MDS can not Identify LOCAL Users

We are using SQL Server 2008 R2 and system working since long and suddenly we observed mentioned two issues. The server MyServer is already restarted but did not help. The MDS installed and configured on SAME Machine (MyServer).
I have two issues here.
1. MDM website can not Identify the local Users (MyServer\MyUser).
The User created on local Machine (MyServer\MyUser). I logged into MDM website using Admin login and click on User and Permission. Then I click on add and Text box appears to type UserName. Here I type "MyServer\MyUser" (MyServer\MyUser is already
exists and working since long). Then click checkName; I received a message "No exact Match was found for MyServer\MyUser". Where as User from OTHER domain identified in MDM but could not identify ONLY the local users like "MyServer\MyUser".
2. Can not add new user in Existing working MDM.
I created windows user on machine (MyServer\MyUser1) and add it in UserGroup having an access to MDM. and then I tried to login to MDM using newly created user (MyServer\MyUser1) ; I see error Access Is Denied. The Permission assigned to UserGroup (not
to individual user). The new User (MyUser1) should automatically get added in MDM once logged in. This is working for existing users in UserGroup; BUT NOT ONLY for new user (MyUser1).

Now I Solved this problem in my case.
I just grant again all permissions according http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff486994.aspx. Now all work fine.

i have create a "masterline" UDT.
In 2005 i have written a code to insert data in that table.
eg..
SAPbobsCOM.UserTable UDT;

UDT.Name ="1";
UDT.UserFields.Fields.Item("U_USNM").Value ="XYZ";
int nErr=UDT.Add();
In "2005" it working fine but in "2007" it gives exception "MasterData Type UserTable can not add row"

What kind of User Data Table is your table? MasterData, Document or NoObject?
I have tested and the error shows only when you are trying to fill a table of type MasterData or Document. For tables of type "NoObject" it works fine.
The only UDTs that you should fill by using UserTable object are the ones of type "NoObject". AddOns that want to be certified cannot update UDO tables (only via UI API for the moment).
But you are right in version 2005 SP01 it worked fine. I'll ask development whether it has been changed deliberately in B1 2007 or it is a problem.

Can not add IPS devices to IME 7.0.1, 7.0.2, 7.0.3 or 7.1.1

On a new XP SP3 machine with Java 1.6.0.27, I can not add any IPS devices (AIP-SSM-20). I can log in on them with ssh or ASDM.
I always get this error:
"Error response from IME Server - IOException: Read Time Out. IME IME Server is not responding. Please check if it is running"
IME Server service is running (IMEServer.exe and IMEJava.exe process are running on the PC). Trying to restart services it hungs on "Stoping" ... have to kill both process with taskkill and then, restart the Cisco IPS Manager Express service. MySQL-IME servies is up and running
I tried with IME 7.0.1, 7.0.2, 7.0.3 and 7.1.1 with same result.
NO firewall on PC, full access allowed on ASA, PC-ASA-IPS are on the same subnet/VLAN
Tried to re-create the IPS certificates, same error.
On Java properties, Direct Connection option on Network configuration is selected.
Any idea what's wrong or what I can try to get IME working?

In most cases I have encountered exhibiting this behavior, IME is being affected (denied/blocked/conflicting/stopped/etc.) by a HIPS software product installed on the system. If you are able to identify such a product, then try temporarily disabling/removing it and testing again. Some antivirus products can cause this type of behavior as well (including some level of basic HIPS functionality), so you may find that to be the culprit.
If you are unable to identify the cause, test on a clean OS install (not an existing pre-made image or IT-created image that includes modifications/domain membership/packages/etc.); a completely clean OS install with IME 7.1.1.

WebtopNaming - can not find server name for server ID

We have a LB, and web servers in front of OpenSSO app servers in our environment.
OpenSSO debug log CoreSystem fills up with lot of errors like these:
ERROR: WebtopNaming.getServerFromID() can not find server name for server ID : 07
com.iplanet.services.naming.ServerEntryNotFoundException: Cannot find server.
Sometimes, it even complains about a server id (07 in the following trace) which doesn't even exist in the Site Id Table.
There are no changes in the configuration. DNS is properly configured and all the servers and their connectivity are available. CoreSystem throws these errors even after a restart of opensso app servers.
Any ideas about the root cause?

Sometimes it throws an exception with existing server IDs. But sometimes it also complains about non existing server IDs.

Crystal Server 2013: How to troubleshoot "Can not create temp file---- Error code:-2147215357"

We have a Java7 web app, which generate PDF report by calling Crystal Server 2013 SP4.
The app is being deployed on many different servers. We sometimes got the error below when generating report:

Problem is, this seems to be a pretty generic exception. It could be caused by many different reasons.
e.g. network connection problem, wrong DB login, wrong folder path, lack of folder access right, etc.
Each time we could only guess what's wrong.
We are running into it again, and this time everything seems correctly configured so far.
We wonder if there are more info we can get to troubleshoot? For example, any log file of Crystal Server we should look into? Or does Crystal Server has debug mode which prints more details to tell us what goes wrong?

For RAS, that's the problem, I am not sure where to look.......

Can not add a picture to the JFrame from an ActionListener class

As topic says, I can not add a picture to the JFrame from an ActionListener class which is a class inside the JFrame class.
I have a Map.java class where I load an image with ImageIcon chosen with JFileChooser.
I my window class (main class), I have following:

Can not add function to pages-document created with Applescript

If I create new document using the GUI (New document) I can place the cursor within any table-cell, type "=" (equal sign) and f.e. "2+2" which will result in a cell showing a "4".
If I create a document with Applescript, I can not add new functions (neither by typing = nor by using Insert >> Function (may be different, I have German version here). Already existing functions (which already were in the template) can still be used and work as expected but can not be altered.
Any idea?

The variable templateName is undefined.

About the described behavior, it's a bug which I never discover before.
It's always striking in Pages '09.

Can not add pictures to my website

When I edit my website on (bluedomino.com) I can not add pictures I receive an error message - an error has interrupted communication between your browser and the website server. Bluedomino looked at the problem and could not resolve said it was firefox issue. I switched over to Int.Explore and I have no problem it also seems to run faster. I have no problem viewing my web sites all the pictures display I can't add new ones. I'm able to upload the pictures to bluedomino but can not insert them on the edit page or post them.

This can be worked around by creating a version of the video that is compatible with your iPod.
Select a video and choose File > Create New Version > Create iPad or Apple TV Version.

I just set up new itunes for ipod touch but i just can not add movie file (mp4) to library in itunes. Please help! Thanks so much!

Make sure you're looking for it in the Movies or TV Shows libraries, or do a search for it by name.
Did you check if the format is compatible with iTunes (QuickTime plays more formats if you have add-ons)?
