i have tryed to purchase itunes but cannot because i have forgotten my answers to security question answers i have followed every instruction giving an still cant get in to change them even the email can any one help me

What instructions have you followed, and what happened when you followed them ? Have you got a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170, and if you do have you received the reset email to it ?
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions), or you do but aren't receiving the email to it, then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

So I recently forgot all the answers to my security questions and to make matters worse, I tried going to the 'password and security section' to send a link to my 'rescue' email address. Unfortunately, I went to that rescue email address to be notified by Microsoft that someone may be using my account, so I changed the password to it and now I can login. But I see no link to reset my security questions even though I pressed the send button several times.
My account is now locked and I don't know what to do :( please help me!
I want to change my rescue address too, but since I forgot my security answers - I think I'm doomed.

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) - but some recent posts are saying that Apple have temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes are improved, so it may take longer
