Can not charge, restore, and be recognized by my comp.
I was playing a game when my battery went out and I pluged it in recharge but it showed me a white screen, I tried to restore to the factory settings but it couldnt finish. Now being removed the OS, my computer doesnt recognize the device, and I can not charge it.. I am confused. tried restarting comp, another comp and changing usb hubs.

I am having the same issue. I just had the battery replaced at a third party store. The battery powers the ipod up but it needs to be restored. It is saying it isn't eligible for rebuild. a month ago I bought a battery case for iPhone 5 and it worked properly until I installed iOS 7. From that day my iphone is operating normally, BUT when the battery is empty, unfortunately I can not charge additionally my iphone with the "extra battery case".
Does that mean that you did not even create a new software that supports additional battery case or it is something else?

VKThe Mophie Air is a good battery case, but doesn't offer the protection she's looking for. I suggest sticking to the Lifeproof, the iPhone has a very good battery (2-3 days moderate usage for me).
To your 2nd to last paragraph, that is false. Verizon is allowing exisiting customers to keep Unlimited Data - but will lose it once they use a subsidized upgrade. So if you buy a 4S (or LTE device for example) outright, you will keep unlimited data. Mobile hotspot may use up a bit of data, but it is a separate add-on/feature. The new Family Share plans may change that, so it's one giant center of data all devices use. -

You have to put the iPod touch into the recovery mode.

After updating my ipad to ios7 it is on recovery mode. Then I tried to reboot it and it shows an image to connect to iTunes. I tried to connect to iTunes and restore it but it says ipad could not be restored and an error occurred. What can I do now???

Can not charge and turn on my New Ipad

I have a serious problem with my New Ipad order in Singapore iStore. My new iPad is an 3rd generation 64GB, 4G. Yesterday night when I'm not home, my son played with the New iPad until it run out 100% of battery and turn to black screen. When I came back home, I plug the iPad with the wall charger overnight (about 7 hours). This morning when I waked up, I found that the iPad still not be charged. In the screen their is a big battery icon with red indicator that the baterry level is extremly low. And I can not turn on the creen, can not restart (presh and hold on/off and home buttion for long time). I try to continues with the charging until now but it become worse when now no more battery icon indicate on the screen. The screen now totally black and can not turn on in anyway.
Can anyone help me to fix this issue ? In fact I just received this iPad some days before :-(
Thanks so much for your helpThe 10W charger used to worked well before. But I never let the iPad run out of 100% baterry level before charging. When the battery level come to about 5% to 10%, I already charge. The problem is yesterday I was out and my 3 years old son played with the iPad until it self turnoff when battery level come to 0%. I only plus the wall charger after I come back home and found that there is no more battery. At that time, one the screen apper only the big battery icon with red indicator of battery level which is extremly low.
I tried to moving the lead arround as well as using other charger but it still not work. The iPad now become fully black screen without any reponsive to any button press.
Anyone can give me some advice ?

I upgraded my iPhone 4 last evening to iOS 6, the upgrade completed and the device was usable. Then in the morning I went to the device to check E-mail, Voice Messages, Test Messages, etc... and the phone was dead. I tried plugging the device into a charger (for a couple of hours) - still dead. Plugged into computer with iTunes, device not recognized or discovered, and iPhone was still dead... Took the iPhone into an Apple Store and the Technician looked it over for any visible signs of defect/malfunction, then performed various tasks to breathe life into the phone - nothing... His suggestion, at this point, was to replace the phone. He speculated that the iOS upgrade possibly corrupted the iPhone's charging firmware, and that this device was now a BRICK. Keep in mind that the phone and it's charging abilities were perfectly fine prior to the iOS Upgrade. I hate to go through the replacement hassle and the cost ($159.00) when the iOS upgrade caused the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have tried holding down the home and power button countless of times. It doesnt respond at all. Plug my phone to a charger and hold down the power button and my phone switched on. But it said Activation Required and said connect to Itunes. As e screen remains on the connect to Itunes screen, I disconnect the charger from my phone and my phone went dead instantly. My battery is full btw. Tried connecting to Itunes through my Macbook Pro but iTunes doesnt detect my device and the apple logo flashes for about a few seconds on my phone and then disappear and then came back on again. My Iphone has been connected to my laptop for about 30 mins and the apple logo has been coming on and off for 30 minutes now and Itunes has not detect my device yet.

Hard Reset
Press and hold BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
if no result try to back up and restore via itunes on a computer.
if wont restore try this
recovery mode
open itunes on computer
plug cable into computer not iOS device
turn device off
hold home button and plug cable into IOS device. do not release home button until an itunes graphic appears on IOS device.
look to computer should have message about recovery mode click ok and restore

I am not able to Sync. My iPOD classic 80Gb. It tells that as iTunes can not read the contents-restore to factory settings- after restoring – it tells that it can not be restored bcause there are files that are used by other application. My iPOD appears in My Computer in drive H as a mass storage generick volume
Try disabilng the Enable Disk Use option from under the iPod's Summary tab, applying the changes, and seeing if that helps.
Otherwise, temporarily disabling any antivirus, security, firewall, or file indexing software that may be running on your system and then try restoring your iPod again.
