The iPhone is not JailBroken. what I did is, on Thursday i:e 20th Sept. opened itunes and Restored (Restore + Alt ) By selecting the 5.1.1 firmware file from Itunes LIbrary.

Since updating to iOS 8, I can successfully call some numbers, but for some I get a message such as "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again." There's also a mention of "switch 18-2". But I can make the call from a landline. Any fixes?
Try a reset of network settings. To do so, tap on Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will not delete your personal data.

Upgraded to iTunes 11. Now, I can not sync my music to my iPhone 4S (iOS 6.0.1). Apps, movies and videos sync OK. Music is the problem. Tags are correctly check-marked. NO ERROR MESSAGE THOUGH. Just a No Content in the Music App in the iPhone. Any ideas ???

It shouldn't expire - none of my cards have ever had an expiry date on them.
If the card doesn't have its value written on it then the only way to see its value is to redeem it onto an account. -

There is no way to go back. You can try reseating your nanoSIM or replacing it. Or call your cell provider and have them check the provisioning on your phone.
Or Restore your iPhone from your backup in iTunes. -

You can view the balance of your iTunes account : on my iPad it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Store and it should show on the screen that you are taken to). If your balance is zero then it might not show.

I believe the item will get automatically charged to the credit unless it is an item for which such a payment method is not valid (e.g., a gift card).

There is also manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows. Yes lucky me . If all troubleshooting has been done in Resolve iOS update and restore errors and if you have at least taken it into a store where they could try a restore themselves then that would suggest a hardware fault with the iPhone.
If you are out of warranty then it is correct that they would quote you an out of warranty service fee. From here it would be a matter of trying the steps above and if you have already tried then doing the service when you do have the cash. -
After having upgraded my iPhone 4S to iOS 7.0.2, I can not turn on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. After trying various tricks I found via online forums such as software reset, enable Airplane mode, and resetting the network settings, I have now also completed reset of the phone WITHOUT success. Is there something more to it? If not learn hardly be any more iPhone for me. Really disappointed. Grateful for help!
If you have tried all of the steps in this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559 and have completed all of the user troubleshooting, restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new, then make an appointment with the Apple store to have the hardware checked.

I take my iPhone Sim out and put at another phone and add credit balance then put it to my iPhone again.
if any body could help me.You need to take this up with the customer support for your cell carrier.

For that kind of connectivity you need to be using an email account configured either as IMAP or Exchange.
IMAP & Exchange accounts will maintain a sync across all your devices, so if you read / delete a message on your phone, it will disappear from the server as well. This cannot happen in POP email accounts.

Alternatively, if its anything other than Google, you will need to contact your email providor or IT department (if your email address resides with an enterprise environment) to get the correct settings.
