Can not connect iTunes Store message

Hi,
İ bought my iPad from US and it's sync. to Turkey conditions by itself. İt's been just 1 months, so i iTunes store gives a Message which says " can't connect to Store" and just one option, you need to pick "OK" button. on my user manuel says iTunes store not aplicable in many countries, not many more,
how can i change my iTunes Store settings? Or may i use iTunes Store from Turkey?

Is this on your iPad, iTunes your computer, or another device ? If on your iPad then can you connect to the internet in other apps e.g. Safari ? If you can then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

Lanny here are the startup key sequences on wired keyboards to know for future reference:
SHIFT - safe boot.
command-S single user mode to run fsck
command-R to run a recovery boot.
command-option-P-R to reset the PRAM on Macs younger than 4 years, or whose PRAM battery is younger.
command-option-O-F to boot into open firmware.
D key to boot hardware test on an Intel Mac - for pre-July 20, 2011 Macs, this means having the original installer discs.
Option key - Startup Manager.
Option = Alt key on Windows keyboards.
Command key may be Windows key on Windows keyboards, or cloverleaf or Apple logo key on Apple keyboards.

Im having a problem when in App Store and trying to download a game i keep getting error message saying "Can Not Connect to iTunes Store" since last night. Spent hours on the phone this afternoon with Tech Support since only 3 days old my iPad3, only to have him have me doing a restore after backing everything up...once off the phone i noticed the Restore wouldnt even work on my PC, saying an unknown error has occured. I am dreading having to call back and spend the next few hours on the phone with them on a brand new product. If still having problems going back to Apple Store in the local mall where hubby bought it for my bday present 5 days ago and will be demanding a brand new one... why should i have to restore a brand new product that was barely used during the past 3 days to factory settings..to me it is a product defect and want a new one since its brand new!! just thought id let you know what Apple Tech Support was having me do with basically same message. Here are the specifics for working with an iOS device:

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

iCloud is not the same as the App Store, so you cannot find it via www.icloud.com. If you want to access the App Store, then please open the App "App Store" on your iOS device or visit the App Store on the Mac/PC by using iTunes.

You've tried logging out of your account by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and logging back in, and/or tried a soft-reset of the phone ?

My wifi is ok but i can not conect itunes store with my icloud ID

I don't have any problem with wifi and i can conect other web sight,unfortunately just have difficulty with conection itunes store by my icloud ID.

I have done a lot of restores to the Iphone, and resets also.
I;ve done holding both buttons as you sugested, but there is no signal appearing.
I am in Uruguay, South America and the original company is Movistar ( Telefonica) and the new sim card is from ANTEL ( the officail and biggest company in my country).
I don;t knoe what todo.
I have been trying for more than one mont.
I have gone several times to both companies. Aldo two times to Apple uruguay, and nobody can help me.
