Can not create connection

Question

I wrote a small program to try OCCI (Oracle 9i Release 2). I compile with MS VC .Net and run the program on Windows 2000 and Windows XP:

I run the program an two platform and the result is:
----Unknown error.----
In the debug output window of VC .Net, I get the message:
HEAP[test.exe]: Invalid allocation size - cccc0060 (exeeded 7ffdefff)

You need to use a separate occi dll to work with VC7(.NET) and it is available for Oracle 9.2.0.3 on Windows. Please contact Oracle support for details.
