Can not create mapping fro message type defined in a folder in PI
Hello
in PI 7.1, there is feature to created folder which is very good to organize you objects in the way you like. In ESR, I can create a new folder, and then create data type and message type within the folder, however when I try to create a message mapping, I can NOT use message types created in any folders, only the message types created in the SAP pre-defined node Message Types can be used for message mapping. Is it a bug? if yes, in which SP will it be fixed? is there any go-around for this issue by now? I am using PI 7.1 SP5.
Thanks
Eric
Hi Eric,
It is not the flaw.
You have two options :
1) You can directly drag the Message Type into Message Mapping Source and Target Message area
2) Select the Signature Tab -->Create the New Entry of Message Type and Select from the Search Result

You can not post a blank message. Please type your message and try again.
some additional info about the clean install, I did not Migrate any data over from a Time Machine, I started fresh. Perhaps this could be my issue. Do I need to Migrate over the User account in order to have access to my old data?

Edited by: martin.morono on Nov 8, 2012 11:49 AMThanks Levi,
I slightly modified your script to recatalog the backup pieces since they are note stored at the same location in PR and QA.
No luck. The error message is different but the result is the same... it keeps failing.

Mail V3.1 can not create a new Cablevision Optimum Online mail account
Apple Technical support asked me to report this on this forum.
I have OS X 10.5.1 with Mail 3.1. My ISP is Cablevision Optimum Online, which uses mail.optonline.net as their POP and SMTP servers.
Pre-existing mail accounts, created under 10.4.x (Tiger) work perfectly. I am unable to create a new mail account with this version of the mail program. Mail's Add Account dialog (wizard) hangs as soon as it tries to connect to the mail.optonline.com server. After a long time trying it just says it can not connect to the server. This happens if I choose the new (and default) "Automatically set up account" option or not. It happens on multiple Leopard systems. In other words, when the mail account setup wizard checks for connectivity to the mail.optonline.net POP server, it fails, even though the mail program has no problem interacting with that same server with accounts set up under a previous version.
We brought a MacBook to the Apple store, and the tech. at the genius bar could not get it to work. He said call the ISP. We did that, spent hours with the ISP tech who told me many people are complaining about this. I suspected it was a problem with the way Mail 3.1 was doing its initial connectivity check. Perhaps using an incompatible port (SSL setting perhaps).
After a good nights sleep, I figured out a work-around. I created a dummy GMail account, after it was created I modified it to have my Optonline account specifications, turned off SSL and it worked.
After I had circumvented this problem, someone else that had the same problem found a different resolution. We both also had .mac accounts defind. When they deleted their .Mac account from the mail program, they were able to create a new Optonline.net account. .Mac uses SSL.... interesting.
Thus, it seems that if you have a .Mac account with Mail 3.1 you can not create an Optonline.net account. A bug that I hope Apple fixes quickly.iLounge had some good info on this topic. The KEY INFO in the post was that after you have gotten the account set up you need to turn off your WiFi router (if you have one) to reset it.
http://forums.ilounge.com/showthread.php?t=221752
Here are the details on how Optonline says you set up an account:
Name: type your name here
Address: [email protected]
Description: whatever you want to put here
Incoming Mail Server
Host Name: mail.optonline.net
User Name: xxxxxxxxxx (don't add "@optonline.net" here, but put what goes before it)
Password: your password here
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
Host Name: mail.optonline.net
User Name: xxxxxxxxxx (don't add "@optonline.net" here, but put what goes before it)
Password: your password here
My other settings under the "Advanced" tab look like this...
Deleted Messages
Remove: Never
Incoming Settings:
Use SSL: OFF
Authentication: Password
Delete from Server: Never
Server Port: 110
Outgoing Settings:
Use SSL: OFF
Authentication: Password
Delete from Server: Never
Server Port: 587
===========
This person adds "Oh, one more thing... after you save your account settings, you may need to turn off WIFI, then "power off"... then "power on" turn WIFI back on and try to get mail again after it connects."
============
Based on the information I read here and on iLounge I was able to get Optonline email working.
1) Deleted my Dot Mac mail accounts in Apple Mail
2) Created an Optonline account based on the details above from Optonline in Apple Mail
3) Unplugged my Airport Extreme Base Station, waited 20 seconds, plugged it back in.
4) I was then able to receive mail but not send on the Optonline SMTP server
5) So...I then went back and checked the details on the Optonline account in Apple Mail. Not sure why but the SSL/authentication selections were changed. So I set them correctly based on the information above and saved. That worked and I was able to send email.
As you are having trouble with Apple Mail and Optonline (why else would you be reading this?) let me also mention that Optonline blocks Port 25 for outbound email so if you have non-Optimum Online email accounts and want to send email on that ISP's server you will not be able to do that unless (a) you pay Cablevision more for a business or boost account (b) use webmail (c) your ISP is willing to provide you with an alternative email port other than 25.
Here is the page from their site on this topic
ort 25 and Optimum Online
Answer
All e-mail sent via the Internet is routed through Port 25, the channel used for communication between an e-mail client and an e-mail server. Activation of Port 25 is currently available with Optimum Online® Boost or Optimum Online for Business. Please continue reading for more information, including activation instructions.
Port 25 Filtering/Blocking
To help control the amount of spam that originates from the Optimum Online network, Optimum Online filters outbound Port 25 e-mail (SMTP) traffic for all standard Optimum Online customers. This filtering is a common spam control measure used by Internet Service Providers. It not only prevents spam sent intentionally, but also thwarts computer viruses that let spammers connect to an unsuspecting customer's infected computer and send spam.
This filtering is transparent to the vast majority of our users. However, if you access a non-Optimum Online e-mail service with an e-mail client application (like Outlook Express), or run your own mail server, you may not be able to send and/or receive e-mail.
Port 25 Availability
If you require Port 25 to be active, Optimum Online offers these options:
Subscribe to Optimum Online Boost. Click here for more information.
Businesses can subscribe to Optimum Online for Business or Optimum Online Boost for Business.
Activating Port 25
If you subscribe to Optimum Online Boost, and would like to utilize Port 25, you'll need to activate it. Simply follow these steps:
Log into optimum.net using your Optimum ID and Password.
Click on Optimum Services.
Click Manage from within the Advanced Config section.
Set Port 25 to On and click Submit. Your modem will be rebooted automatically. Once it starts up, Port 25 will be active.
Optimum Online for Business customers who do not subscribe to Optimum Online Boost can call Technical Support at 1-866-575-8000 to have Port 25 activated.
Workarounds for Standard Optimum Online Customers
If Port 25 filtering is affecting your ability to send or receive non-Optimum Online e-mail, here are some options you may choose to pursue:
Contact your e-mail service provider to see if they support alternate connection methods such as VPN or SMTPS.
If available, use your e-mail service provider's WebMail. -
OWS-00102 Reason for not creating a custom Java type: simple or mixed conte
Hi ,
I am generating the java proxies from a WSDL file in Jdeveloper and I am getting the below warning.
WARNING: OWS-00102 Mapped {http://xmlns.fmr.com/systems/dev/aar/requests}ViewRequestStatusResult to javax.xml.soap.SOAPElement ViewRequestStatusResult. Reason for not creating a custom Java type: simple or mixed content is not supported.
I have tried using Jpub as well, but it does not work as well.
I am very new to JAVA and It seems some java code needs to be created. can any one please help me how to resolve this issue.
Thanks and Regards,
Vineetvar cResponse = app.response({
cQuestion: "Enter the section number to appear in the stamp.",
cTitle: "Section Number",
cLabel: "Section Number:"
if (cResponse == null) {
event.value = '*INVALID*";
else
event.value = cResponse;
You can only remove the 'Warning JavaScirpt" is by creating a special application folder script for the 'app.response' method that uses the 'trustedFuncton' to suppress this security warning. Then in you form, you will need to test for this function and either issue a warning about the missing function or run the 'app.response' code and live with the warning. Each system will need the special application folder script installed on it. -
DBMS_XMLSCHEMA.CopyEvolve produces ORA-30945: Could not create mapping tabl
Hi,
I am trying to update a XML Schema concerning the documents relaties.xsd (the old one) and relaties_v2.xsd (the new one containing only a minor change).
The document relaties.xsd looks like this:
<xsd:schema xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
xmlns:xdb="http://xmlns.oracle.com/xdb"
elementFormDefault="unqualified"
attributeFormDefault="unqualified"
version="1.0">
<xsd:element name="Relatie" xdb:defaultTable="">
<xsd:complexType>
<xsd:sequence>
<xsd:element name="Voornaam" type="xsd:string"/>
<xsd:element name="Achternaam" type="xsd:string"/>
<xsd:element name="Tussenvoegsel" type="xsd:string"/>
<xsd:element name="Geboortedatum" type="xsd:date"/>
<xsd:element name="Geslacht">
<xsd:simpleType>
<xsd:restriction base="xsd:string">
<xsd:enumeration value="M"/>
<xsd:enumeration value="V"/>
</xsd:restriction>
</xsd:simpleType>
</xsd:element>
<xsd:element name="Sofinummer">
<xsd:simpleType>
<xsd:restriction base="xsd:string">
<xsd:pattern value="\d{9}"/>
</xsd:restriction>
</xsd:simpleType>
</xsd:element>
<xsd:element name="Straatnaam" type="xsd:string"/>
<xsd:element name="Huisnummer" type="xsd:string"/>
<xsd:element name="Woonplaats" type="xsd:string"/>
<!--xsd:element name="Postcode" type="xsd:string"/-->
<xsd:element name="Postcode">
<xsd:simpleType>
<xsd:restriction base="xsd:string">
<xsd:pattern value="\d{4} [A-Z]{2}"/>
</xsd:restriction>
</xsd:simpleType>
</xsd:element>
<xsd:element name="Zrn">
<xsd:simpleType>
<xsd:restriction base="xsd:integer">
<xsd:minInclusive value="1000000"/>
<xsd:maxInclusive value="99999999999999"/>
</xsd:restriction>
</xsd:simpleType>
</xsd:element>
</xsd:sequence>
</xsd:complexType>
</xsd:element>
</xsd:schema>
Here are the steps I took.
DECLARE
res BOOLEAN;
BEGIN
res := DBMS_XDB.createResource('/xsd/relaties.xsd',
bfilename('XSDDIR', 'relaties.xsd')
END;
DECLARE
res BOOLEAN;
BEGIN
res := DBMS_XDB.createResource('/xsd/relaties_v2.xsd',
bfilename('XSDDIR', 'relaties_v2.xsd')
END;
BEGIN
DBMS_XMLSCHEMA.registerSchema(
'http://localhost:8080/xsd/relaties.xsd',
XDBURIType('/xsd/relaties.xsd').getClob(),
TRUE,
FALSE,
FALSE,
TRUE);
END;
CREATE

CREATE OR REPLACE
TRIGGER upo_rdt_ai
AFTER INSERT ON relatie_documenten
FOR EACH ROW
DECLARE
doc XMLType;
BEGIN
doc := :new.SYS_NC_ROWINFO$;
XMLType.schemaValidate(doc);
END;
Then I inserted some xml documents into the table relatie_documenten. The XSD worked fine.
Then I executed the following statement:
BEGIN
DBMS_XMLSCHEMA.copyEvolve
( schemaURLs => xdb$string_list_t('http://localhost:8080/xsd/relaties.xsd')
, newSchemas => XMLSequenceType(XDBURIType('/xsd/relaties_v2.xsd').getXML())
, preserveOldDocs => TRUE
, mapTabName => 'RELATIE_DOCUMENTEN_TEMP'
, generateTables => FALSE
END;
This resulted in:
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-30945: Could not create mapping table 'RELATIE_DOCUMENTEN_TEMP'
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kqludp2], [0x66AB407C], [0], [],

ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XMLSCHEMA", line 210
ORA-06512: at line 2
I checked system priviliges as documented in XML DB Developers Guide, Chapter 8 XML Schema Evolution. No other users were connected. The mapping table RELATIE_DOCUMENTEN_TEMP nor any other object named RELATIE_DOCUMENTEN_TEMP did not exist.
Anyone an idea why I cannot create my mapping table ?

Hi All,
All the start variants of the process Chains, getting the error " NO_MORE_SPACE: Can not create MTE: no more space: no more MESSAGE_CONTAINER slots available. ". But the process chains were being completed successfully.
Start process job is released at 5.00 Clock every day, it takes 1 hour to complete the start process job, when I checked the job log for this process, i am getting the above said error.
Going through the previous threads, I tried few options like utilization of table space etc. here I dont have any problem related to table space.
Please assist me in solving this problem.
Thanks in Advance
SreekanthHi,
As per my analysis...i guess there is no space to maintain the logs in ur system...
For this u have to delete the old logs in ur system from SM37...
U can do by a program for the same, basis team will handle these type of performance issues....
Pls have a talk with them....
On the error in dispaly messages also u can go thru long text there it'll give the detailed descrition....

Admin Tool can not create any new database or model [nqserror 46131]
Hi everyone!
I can not create anything new in each layer on the admin tool. It marks unknown error.
When I try to import metadata it send the message: [nqserror 46131] unresolved hostname, everything in online mode. I can modify everything offline, then replace the rpd and I can create reports in Answers. But I need to do all of these online mode.
Everything else works well (Answers, Dashboards, Publisher). The server name is correctly put in the instanceconfig.xml.
OBIEE Version: 11.1.1.6.0 (upgrade recently from 11.1.1.5). The scheduler does not start since migration.
Server OS: Red hat enterprise edition

Error in ALE service 29 Could not determine recipients for message type MAT
Hi Experts,
While transferring the material using ALE am getting error 29 ie 'Error in ALE service' and message is 'Could not determine recipients for message type MATFET'.
Also i ve recieved the materials with the proper status al the end am getting the above error.
Kindly help me out.
Thanks in advance.Hi ,
Status 29 means " partner profile not found " . Please check if the recieving partner is configured properly in WE20 in sender system.
Also make sure that the Port and RFC definations are also completed. If the IDoc is manually triggered then please make sure that control record parameters of the idoc are properly filled - if we miss the details ( like wrong port given , wrong basic type for message type - or extended message type ) then also the idoc will fail in status 29 even though the partner profile is properly configured .
Since your idoc is getting generated i think no issues with BD64 since already interested recipeints were populated in control record of idoc.

So, I work on a legacy CF web site and there are numerous SELECT * FROM USERS_TABLE queries all over the site.
Well, we changed the structure of said table in the database on our Testing and Staging sites, with no issues.
When we pushed up to our production environment and changed the structure of the production DB table, the server kept kicking back "Value can not be converted to requested type."
After doing some searching out there, it looks like CF caches the structure of the table, and you either have to restart CF to clear it, or rename and then name-back the DSN to fix the issue.
http://www.bennadel.com/blog/194-ColdFusion-Query-Error-Value-Can-Not-Be-Converted-To-Requ ested-Type.htm
That said, this doesn't happen in our testing and staging environments - so what would be the difference?
Is there some setting I need to change in the CF Admin to keep this from happening again?Also, if you can use a Stored Procedure to retrieve the data, do so. Standard queries gets all the information, anyway, chokes bandwidth passing it all to the CF server, and forces the CF server to filter, sort, and format the data. SPs tell the db server to get ONLY the data requested, and forces the db server to filter and sort the data, leaving only formatting to the CF server.
That's not true. The only time CF messes with data returned from the DB is if there's a maxrows attribute, and the record set returnded from the DB has more than that number of records... which causes CF to truncate the recordset to the correct size before returning it. The DB might or might not stop sending rows down to CF after CF says "yeah, I've got all I want now".
Other than that, for all intents and purposes all CF does with the SQL is pass it to the DB and wait for an answer. The only thing it does to the returned data is to create a CF record set ("query") with it... this does not involve any filtering and sorting.

Regards,
VijayHello Sheila,
sorry - my first answer was in mistake - Status K means:
"The transaction is processed using payment cards. The order, however, does not contain valid authorization.
This problem occurs in billing documents for follow-up deliveries."
Could you check this ? Last way would be to set a breakpoint into the FM 'RV_ACCOUNTING_DOCUMENT_CREATE'
and trigger this via VF02 -> Release to accounting.

Could not determine recipients for message type HRMD_B
Hi,
I am getting below Error in SRM when transferring Org Structure data from HCM system to SRM system in a Idoc. I am using Message type HRMD_ABA and not HRMD_B. I didn't maintain Distribution model for HRMD_B. But in my IDOC status I am seeing below error message for Message type HRMD_ABA Inbound to SRM.
Only I am seeing HRMD_B message type in transactions WE81 and WE82.
Any idea? I appreciate your help.
Could not determine recipients for message type HRMD_B
Message no. B1003
Diagnosis
An IDoc of message type HRMD_B was passed to the ALE layer, but the three receiver fields in the header record were not filled. In this case the ALE layer tries to determine the receivers from the entries in the distribution model. There are no entries available in the distribution model for the above message type.
Procedure
Define the receivers in your distribution model for this message type or deactivate distribution for these message types.
Thanks,
ShearsHi Shears
Did you find soulution to your issue ??
thanks

Message no. B1003
Diagnosis
An IDoc of message type ACPJMM was passed to the ALE layer, but the three receiver fields in the header record were not filled. In this case the ALE layer tries to determine the receivers from the entries in the distribution model. There are no entries available in the distribution model for the above message type.
Procedure

Yesterday it was not coming and GR was getting posted.. I was doing configurations for CIN and day before yesterday everything was done,all the registers were getting updated. For that I did many customisation in SPRO. I did settings in tax ion goods monement. and in Material master to assign screen sequence for foreign trade data screen. Is any customozation triggerring IDoc? Earlier also this came, that time we got client copy, but the problem is recurring. Its very urgent as we are going to transport SPRO settings to production.
Solutions will be rewarded.
regards
B Shar
Edited by: Ian Wong on Jul 4, 2008 4:48 PMHi
If you are not working with ALE & this message comes, then somone has mistakenly activated ALE linkages for IDoc Output in Accounting.
if you want to keep this active & go forward, you need to complete the Distribution model customizng in BD64.
Thanks & Regards

Changing folder order in project
This may be a dumb question, but is there a way to rearrange the order that the folders show up in a project tree? It seems by default CVI has them in the order of "User Interface Files", "Source Files", "Include Files", which is fine. However, I h
