Can not download A91514-01.zip

I have tried to download the Oracle9i Personal Edition Release 9.0.1.1.0 for Microsoft Windows 98 zip file three times and it keeps getting to 99% complete and then hangs. I am using a high speed cable connection and have tried using both Internet Explorer and Netscape.
Is there an alternate link I can use?

The download asks you to sign in. I sign in and then try and download again and am redirected back to the signin page. I have verified that I am signed in by going to personal preferences.

Once you are logged in, do you see "Hello <YourName>" in the top right corner below the Search field? If you are able to log in but can't download the update, a firewall or anti-virus software may be blocking access to the National Instruments FTP site. You can try to download the update directly from ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/softlib/first/frc/FileAttachments/. If that still doesn't work, you will probably need to adjust the anti-virus software to allow FTP sites or try using a different computer.

Can not download MDM 5.5 SP05 Application Patch 1 (Build 5.5.41.58)

I was able to download all other components of MDM SP5 Patch 1, except
MDM 5.5 SP05 Application Patch 1 (Build 5.5.41.58) (BPMDMA55005P_1-20001090.ZIP). It doesn't show up in download manager.
Anybody else had luck downloading this file?
Is it a bug or access issue?

No error message.
Component doesn't show up in Download basket. So can not download it.
Earlier it was nice, just right click on the link you could save the Zip file.

The GB size of the download file is the compressed size (like .zip or .dmg). When the file is installed/uncompressed it can be 2-3 times larger.

I recently purchased a tv episode from the iTunes store. However, I can not get the tv episode downloaded to my IPOD Touch i.e. can not sync movie although music works fine. From what I read it is an issue with the format of the episode. The format is HD and apparently is too much for my IPOD touch. According to the documentation, the SD format for the episode should have been downloaded at the same time as the HD. I have the latest iOS for my IPOD Touch, 4.2.1 and latest for ITunes 10.5.3.3. I am using my PC with Windows 7. I can not download directly to the IPOD Touch since access to the clous is required i.e. iOS 4.3 or higher. Any suggestions?

Basic troubleshooting steps oultlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
You need to go through all steps in succession until your problem is solved. If going through ALL these steps fails to resolve your issue, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.

Yes, the upgrade is the likely cause.
First you should try to deauthorize your computer/iTunes library before attempting to authorize it again. To do this, click the Store drop down menu in iTunes and choose Deauthorize this Computer. Then enter in your iTunes account credentials.
When it has finished, choose Store -> Authorize this Computer and again enter in your Apple ID account credentials.
Finally, try resyncing your Nano to see if that makes a difference.

settings - app/iTunes store - sign out and sign back in with your new id.
Note - if your older apps needs an update it will use your old apple id and password, as Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can't merge apple id.
