Can not download free trial

I can not download the free trial of both Photoshop Elements 11 and Photoshop Premiere 11. It says there is an error in downloading from the Adobe website. :\

Please let me know what error you get while attemping to download. Also do let me know the OS and browser you are using.
Have you tried downloading from a different browser?

    How about your problem now? This problem probably caused by temporary network problem. You can try to change your DNS for test, or please wait for other time to download for test.

    What do you mean that you 'can not download free content frm internet' ? What are you trying to download and where from ? The only place to get apps for your iPad is via the App Store app directly on your iPad, and the iTunes app store on your computer's iTunes.

    All I get is a Window informing me about the three steps I have to take to be able to download. When I use the retry option I get a page telling me that the page can not be displayed. I am signed in , my e-mail is verified so I don't quite understand what is preventing the download.

    Try using a different browser.  Some browsers don't get along well with the download links in the Adobe web site.

    I downloaded PS CS6 just fine, but when I click the download now for the free trial of lightroom nothing happens.  I don't understand why this is the only program that is not responding.  I don't get any error message or anything when i click the button. I'm frustrated becase I jst purchased a new computer and need lightroom for a school prject until i can purchase the program.

    Please let me know as to what OS you are using and any error message you get while downloading.
    You can follow the steps below to download the trial software diectly without using the download manager.
    1. Navigate to Lightroom 4 Downloads page : https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_lightroom&promoid&promoid=D TEML
    2. Sign in with your Adobe ID.
    3. Copy and paste the following links on the address bar corresponding to the OS you are using and hit enter :

    Yes it is SAD ...I want to buy there master suite ....but
    support cant even fix a trial edition error ...
    and I am not spending 2600 dollars for errors and a program
    that does not load .
    I called support because I can not uninstall FLASH or
    FIRWORKS. They told me to post here and they would anser in about
    15 minutes....well its been days .
    Adobe ....do you have a clue what you customers and potential
    customers are going through?
