Can not find my Program in Lion Activity Monitor until reboot again

Hi,
I have tried to installed the datacard driver and user interface program in Lion and reboot; however, the resident program to detect the device of datacard does not exist in Activity Monitor. I need to reboot again, then I can find it exits in Activity Monitor of Lion. This issue does not happen in Mac Snow/Snow Leopard(32-bit/64-bit). I use the Metapackage or terminal command line to install and both need to reboot one more time. My script is
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/loginwindow AutoLaunchedApplicationDictionary -array-add '{"Path" = "/opt/data/Monitor.app";"Hide" = "0";}'
Is it a side effect of finder known issue in Lion ? Or I need to use another way like "Launch Daemon" or "Launch Agent" to do?

If it is still in your country's store then you should be able to re-download it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad/
If it isn't then do you have a copy of it on your computer's iTunes or on a backup of your downloads that you can use to re-sync to your iPad ?
If it's not in your country's store and you don't have a copy for syncing back then you try contacting iTunes support and see if they will refund or credit you (but a lot of subscriptions say that refunds aren't given) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Adobe can not find installed program to verify serial number.

I download and install trial version of C6.
I then tell it I have serial number.
It comes back with:
Serial number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer.
I have down loaded and installed 3 time.
Same message each time. For CS6, Acrobat XI Pro

If you purchased an upgrade of an older version and you do not have the older version of the software installed, then you need to have the serial number for the older version in order to get thru the activation processing for the upgrade.
If you do not have an older version, you either purchased an upgrade version without qualitifying for it, or there is something awry with the purrchase since it appears the software is considering itself to be an upgrade. If these are more along the lines of your situation, I recommend contacting Adobe support directly using chat or by telephone.

I have the following problem:
I have a program that uses excel but it wouldn't open when I compile it as an executable.
I have searched the board because I kind of remember this being an age old problem and I have found a common solution would be to include a couple of files from C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\vi.lib\addons
This proves to be a problem because I don't even have that folder

As chrisger stated, those dynamic VI's are part of the Report Generation Toolkit which you don't seem to have ... so that may not be your problem.
Wild guess: Have you copied the projects.xls file from C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW x.x\examples\comm to the directory containing your executable?
Check the online help ... it may have changed since LV6.1, but maybe not.

A program called "tudosearch" interferes with my Firefox - it always comes up when I try to open Firefox or if Firefox tries to call up another program. I can not find a way to get rid of it.

When I try to open Firefox, a window comes up saying that Firefox can not run Tudosearch. I then have to exit this window before I can go on. It also comes up when I try to go to another website while in
Firefox. I can not find the program "Tudosearch" on my computer therefore I can not remove it. Any suggestions?

I have tried everything I could to fix this, but some things require actually being on Firefox, and since I cannot get on, I cannot click on the tabs to do it. I have even totally uninstalled firefox, and that has not fixed this. I still get the same message that firefox is running and I need to close it or restart (which I have also tried dozens of times). I have removed things like Java, and that has not helped either. If I cannot even get on line in firefox, how can I fix this. I am not crazy about using internet explorer, but right now, it is my only option. I even tried to start in safe mode, and the same message box pops up!

INCLUDING SYST-REPID TAXI_HEADER_SUBSCREEN.
In order to know where exactly its called from VA03 ...put breakpoint at this call subscreen and execute.

I downloaded macprotector, now I can not find it, will it hide in my HD under another name

I downloaded Macprotector before realizing it was a scam. I saw it in my applications but could not move it to trash as it would not close.
I forced quit and now have reopened the Macbook and I can not find the program to deleat it. Will it change names? I have searched my HD for Macdefender and Macprotector with no luck. Do I need to look further or is it really gone?

Removing strange software can be a task. The following outlines various ways of uninstalling software:
Uninstalling Software: The Basics
Most OS X applications are completely self-contained "packages" that can be uninstalled by simply dragging the application to the Trash. Applications may create preference files that are stored in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder. Although they do nothing once you delete the associated application, they do take up some disk space. If you want you can look for them in the above location and delete them, too.
Some applications may install an uninstaller program that can be used to remove the application. In some cases the uninstaller may be part of the application's installer, and is invoked by clicking on a Customize button that will appear during the install process.
Some applications may install components in the /Home/Library/Applications Support/ folder. You can also check there to see if the application has created a folder. Some software use startup daemons or agents that are a new feature of the OS. Look for them in /Library/LaunchAgents/ and /Library/LaunchDaemons/ or in /Home/Library/LaunchAgents/.
If an application installs any other files the best way to track them down is to do a Finder search using the application name or the developer name as the search term. Unfortunately Spotlight will not look in certain folders by default. You can modify Spotlight's behavior or use a third-party search utility, Easy Find, instead. Download Easy Find at VersionTracker or MacUpdate.
Some applications install a receipt in the /Library/Receipts/ folder. Usually with the same name as the program or the developer. The item generally has a ".pkg" extension. Be sure you also delete this item as some programs use it to determine if it's already installed.
There are many utilities that can uninstall applications. Note that you must have this software installed before you install software you may need to uninstall. Uninstallers won't work if you install them after the fact. Here is a selection:

Look for them and others at VersionTracker or MacUpdate.

After removing all the components of the software you may have to restart the computer to fully disable the software. This will be the case when removing software that has installed a daemon. First thing to try is a reboot of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

The only way you could get Lion for free was if you had purchased a new Mac within a certain number of days before Lion's release. Buyers could then get a free upgrade to Lion. That offer is long gone. Otherwise, it's never been free.
