If you are having issues turning on Always Allow for cookies in Safari on your iPad, you may want to check to make sure that you don't have Private Browsing enabled, as noted in the following article:

When you connect your ipod up to the computer. It should show the device, usually with the name of the device, in my case 'jordan's ipod'. This should be on the row which shows 'songs', 'albums' e.t.c on the far right. There when you click on it it should go to a different screen showing a picture of your ipod along with two buttons - Update and Restore. Click update and it should take a 2 mins while your ipod is updated to the latest version of Ios.
After updating te ipod see if there is a change in results.
PS: make sure the device is active while syncing so keep tapping the screen.

It sounds like you’re concerned because you don’t see your rentals in iTunes, but they appear to have downloaded. Take a look at the article below and check the Rentals tab in iTunes on your MacBook.

Find movies you rented previously
Find your movie on the device you used to rent it.
On a Mac or PC: Go to the Rentals tab in the Movies section of the iTunes Library.
On an iOS device: Go to the Rental tab of the Videos app.
Using Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation): Look in the top shelf of the main menu.

Before that, I can see an botton said my ipad. And then I can click it to operate my ipad

Try this
Go into the control panel. Add/remove programs. Uninstall iTunes, Apple mobile device service, apple application support. Then go out and redownload and reinstall iTunes and try again.
There seems to be a glitch with a recent update and one way to overcome it is to just start over. If that doesn't work there are more in depth things you can do.

I have photoshop elements 10 recently bought via e bay. When I enter the redemption code, it tells me it is not active. What can I do please?

As above, when I enter the redemption code on the box containing my copy of photoshop elemets 10, I am informed it is "not active". I have contacted the vendor who says he has not had the problem before but so far has not helped me. How do I get a serial number so that I can download the programme from my CDs? If you registered the product with Adobe (Version 12 and 13 required mandatory registration) then the correct serial number must be recorded in your Adobe account. You can login and check there and also copy and paste the number to avoid any mistakes in reading the numbers.

In the country i live in if stolen i repport the imei number of the phone to the police and the have all carriers and carriers they work with in other countries block the phone from ever being used as a phone
