Can not get BT Vision app
Hi all,when following the instructions to activater the BT Vision app, I log in etc fine, confirm my account number, but the system then tells me there is an open order on my line? I am not aware of anything open. This seems to be blocking me activating the app. Apart from spending hours on the phone to BT is there an easy way I can see what orders are open on my line? I have searched my email for anything beginning VOL etc and found nothing?

iTunes and iCloud are different accounts. You can both use the same ID for the store login and share your music etc., and use different ID's to log in to iCloud, thereby keeping your calendars etc separate. -

Every time I touch my iTunes app it opens for about 1-2 seconds and then immediately shuts back down. Has anyone else experienced this or have suggestions on how to fix this?

I need help with my ipod touch. it is connected to our wifi. but i still can not get on the app store,itunes,safari or facebook anything that requires wifi. Ive tried resetting everything but still not luck.

Updated to an iphone 4s from iphone 4. Did backup and sync but some apps have not been copied to the 4s although they do show up on the iphone4. How can I get my missing apps?

As you didn't answer the question we have to assume that someone else loaded that app onto your machine. If that is the case they will have to tell you what ID details they used to do that. By using those same details you can update it if necessary.
But it would appear you want to be rid of it and while you can remove the app itself from your machine by deleting it, you can't remove its trace from your purchase records. I believe that would apply even if you edited your appleID and chose another one. Future downloads could be made and updates accessed by the new account but the old records would remain. -
I have an app called ipieta which was originally downloaded onto an ipod. I gave the ipod to someone else, but now that I've had the iphone I can not get the audio even though it is downloaded into itunes music like it said to do. It won't work. I've tried more than several times to get help but nothing helps. Do I need to deauthorize the ipod or perhaps erase all the downloaded ipieta stuff and start over?

Ringtones aren't transferring to 3G phone.
