You need to get your wireless settings first. Get the SSID (wireless network name) and security key (password) for your network. Are you using a Linksys router? Utilites App about a dozen times ans they all said everything was good
except for the last time there were erors found and I ran the
Disk Utility from the Start Up Disk and the repairs were made and everything
was subposed to te good and still Nothing on the desk top.

I used the wrong password to join my new belkin wifi. Now that I have the correct password, I can not get the to the join screen with the space to type in the password. I continue to get the unable to join message. I have put the touch to sleep and I have turned on and off the wifi and join options on the Network screen page. Does anyone know how to get pass this block of the wrong password to a new page that will allow me to type in the correct password. I see there is a option that asks if I want to reset the network settings.. is that what I should do? and what does it erase when I do that? Thanks for any input anyone has.
Yes. Reset network settings. Head to Settings -> General -> Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.

I have contacted at&t and they did what was nessary to unlock my phone was told to backup my phone and did that so know I just need to restore my phone with ituens which ituenes will not let me do cause I get message can not connect to cause of no internet connection wich is not true cause other wise you would not have gotten this
Try restoring the iPhone to factory settings. If you are having difficult restoring, put the iPhone into Recovery Mode and see if that then works:

If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.

Can not get WET200 Bridge to wireless connect to EA6900 Router

I have a connectivity problem with my LinkSys WET200 Wireless-G business Ethernet Bridge
SN: MVP007800846. Any trouble shooting suggestions appreciated.
My system is Dell Vostro 1500 laptop, with Windows XP SP3
Basis problem: When I try to connect wireless to my NEW LynkSys EA6900 router; I receive the error “Limited or no connection” from the cable connection icon in the system tray. I have tried several things ( restart computer, restart WET200) to make a valid connection with no success.
BACKGROUND and what I have completed:
I replaced my old LinkSys WRT router with a new LynkSys EA6900 router. The EA6900 is up and running (after a few set up problems) and able to connect to both PC and MAC laptops and Android and Mac phones plus a couple of wireless printers.
To set up the WET200, I connected an Ethernet ( ENet) cable from the Wet200 PoE port to a unused port on the EA6900 router. I used my PC desktop Firefox browser to access the WET200 setup screens by entering the WET200 default IP address in the Firefox address bar. I connected to the WET200, entered the default username and password and could see all the setup screens.
I selected the WIRELESS, Basic setup, did a sight survey and my EA6900 network name and security setting was present. I entered the network name in the Basic Wireless setup and changed the WET200 security setting to match the network security setting.
I removed the ENet cable connecting the WET200 to the EA6900 router. Power recycled the WET200. I then connected an ENet cable from Port 3 on the WET200 to the Enet cable connector on my PC laptop.
I then received the error “Limited or no connection” from the cable connection icon in the system tray.

Need to ask a few questions, so I understand the network and the area this is in. How far apart are the router and WET? Did this work with your previous router, what kind was it? Normally we (Small Business) can not guarantee compatibly with non small business equipment.
I have seen WDS work between a WET 200 and other WET200's, also with some of the other older Small Business routers, like WRV200, and 210.
The main problem is most likely that the EA6900 is too new. I say that because the EA6900 is an AC router, the WET200 only does "G". One of the major components required for WDS to work is that Radio Chipsets match and well as channel, radio signal G to G, G/N to G/N, N to N.
I am afraid that there is too much age difference between your products.

Can not get MacBook Pro to wirelessly connect to Deskjet 2512
I have installed the software 3 times and I still can not connect to the printer wirelessly. The directions for converting from USB to wireless instruct to go to Finder/Applications/HP then choose my printer. The file only containsDevice Utilities, HP Scan, HP Uninstaller and HP Utility so I can go no further with the instructions. I installed the drivers again just to make sure that I hadn't missed something. Still no connection. Help. I have two of these printers and need them both connected.

The Deskjet 2512 does not supports wireless printing. You will need to either connect directly to your computer with the USB, or purchase a wireless print server.

Can't Get The Canon MP560 To Connect To WIFI
Hello. I recently purchased a Canon MP560, and I'm trying to get it connected to WIFI. I first installed the CD, then connected the printer to my imac with a USB cable, and with the cable, it will print, copy, and scan just fine. Id like to move the printer to a better location, so I need the wireless connection. I am running Leopard and using airport in my computer (my ipod touch connects wirelessly just fine). The instructions that came with the printer are mostly gobbledygook to me. The wireless connection on the printer is "ON". When I try to follow the instructions, I get to "Enter WEP Key". I don't know where to find that, or if I'm even going in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated.
I did find the IPv6/IPv4 setting on the printer, but changing it did not help. I called Canon support today. I was reluctant to do that, thinking I would get a geek that I couldn't understand, but that wasn't the case at all.
First, I had to go to System Preferences> Print & Fax> Then I had to delete the printers I had listed. Then click + (add), go to "More Printers", then add the one listed. Next, I had to go into Applications> Canon Utilities> MP Navigator EX 3.0> Scan/Import> Preferences> Product Name> There were two printer types listed. One said "Canon MP560 Series", and the other said "Canon MP560 Series_5F5053000000". I was told to click on the longer one with the series of letters and numbers, then click OK at the bottom. The printer then could print and scan by WiFi. It all took about 5 minutes on the phone, and was surprisingly painless.
I was told that I should (if I wanted to) be able to switch back and forth between Wifi and USB, and the computer would recognize the different connections automatically, but I find that is not the case for me. Just about everywhere (like in System Preferences>Print & Fax, Sharing, MP Navigator, etc.) There are the two previously mentioned printer types listed. I am finding that if I want to print and scan by WiFi, the longer printer name has to be selected everywhere. If I want to print and scan by the USB cable, then the shorter printer name has to be selected everywhere.
Basically, it was a Canon problem all along. I pretty sure that some of these instructions were not included in the Canon manuals that came with the printer. After calling Canon support, it sounded like they knew exactly what the problem was, even before I started. Oh well, at least it's settled and everything is running OK now. I hope this thread helps someone down the road. Thanks PAHU for responding.

I'm trying to hook on personal hotspot to my toshiba laptop but it couldnt work as the connection is limited to local only without Internet access.
The hotspot works well on other laptop and I-devices, but not my toshiba...

I am trying to setup wireless using my old dome Airport Extreme Base station. I had previously used it about 5 years ago when I had dial up but have now switched to DSL with Windstream. I can not get connected as the ABS keeps trying to dial up(the old phone number). When I tried to change my network settings an annoying popup window says "your network settings have been changed by another application'. I have no idea what the message is all about and when I close this window it immediately pops up again and prevents me -as far as I can tell -from changing my Airport settings? I need advice on how to get this wireless setup done. Maybe a reset? or something else? I have the DSL phone line plugged into WIndsteam Seimens Speedstream 4200 modem and then the ethernet (yellow) wire from the WIndsteam Seimens Speedstream 4200 modem to the port on the dome that is a circle of dots.
1)Can you explain how using the AEBS as a bridge will work with the Seimens Speedstream4200?
As a bridge, the AEBS will basically become a wireless access point. This will allow the AEBS to provide a wireless network, but still allow the Speedstream to provide NAT & DHCP services for the wireless clients connected to the AEBS. If the AEBS was left as a router, you would have a double-NAT condition which isn't necessary bad in itself, but would create a second subnet. That would make it more difficult for clients connected to the AEBS to access clients connected to the Speedstream.
2) Is there a link that will guide me through the steps to set the AEBS as a bridge?
You can easily reconfigure the AEBS as a bridge using the AirPort Utility.

3)Can I just connect the DSL phone line to the AEBS and eliminate the Speedstream4200?
Unfortunately no. The AEBS does not have a built-in DSL modem. You will still need the Speedstream to provide this function. -

Bought a new Ipod touch and the WiFi does not connect. Tried Reset and total Restore, does not connect to Router on DHCP, tried Static IP, Subnet, Router and DNS manually and still can not get it to connect even though it registers as connected. Using Airport for router, latest firmware, no problems with Iphone 4 or Macbook Pro or any other internet devices. After total Restore (factory settings) tried again, showed connected to router, but does not display "check" next to router but little rotating icon even though the wifi range signal shows connected at full strength and it says it is connected. Just can't seem to get it to generate an IP. Any solutions other than turning it on and off again? Not a Merry Christmas morning.

Second, Airport is an Express and I have a second one that I carry with me when I travel. Tried to connect my Airport Express to the internet and could not although the iPod did recognize the router and tried to connect to the internet for some time, unlike my previous problem. Updated firmware on my travel router, still could not connect to the internet. Going to try to set up a manual Static IP on the travel router here in a few and conect through it although I predict the problem will persist. Back on the Christmas Present Airport Express router, it is back in play and working fine for all devices save the iPod.

Has any one experienced not being able to send mail and only receiving some? I get the message " can not get mail. No connection to the server! " Yet I get some mail but can not send out any. My iPad is only 1 month old! It worked perfectly for about 10 days.
