The other day I was prompted to update itunes. I started to, and it crashed my itunes. Then I tried to uninstall itunes, so that I could turn around and re-install it again. Now I can not install itunes. I get Runtime Error! message. R6034. For the last two hours I have tried deleting itunes, moving the .dll files to the desktop, restarting the computer (more times than I can count), deleting the temp files, updating my internet explorer, using the fix it program,.....
The two messages that I am getting are:
Runtime Error! Program:c\Program Files (x86)\itunes\Tunes.exe R6034 An application has made an attempt to load the c runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
Also: Service to 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Moblie Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient priviledges to start system services.

I too was getting the same message regarding R6034. After many frustrating hours I went to the iTunes support page and clicked on "install and update." When that page came up I scrolled on to "removing and reinstalling iTunes......" There they tell you what files need to be removed and what order to do it in so you can reinstall iTunes. My iTunes works now and I didn't lose any music.
About the Apple Mobile Device, well that's one of the files that has to be uninstalled. When you reinstall iTunes the Apple Mobile Device is automatically reinstalled.
Hope this works for you as it did for me. Warning: it takes about an hour to do all this.

I have tried some soution from the similar case to uninstall itune and also related components already but finally the probelm still occured.
Please you help to suggest me what can i do? I need to restore my back up data to the new iphone as the previous one got stolen.

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. That's an unusual message to be getting on a Windows system. (Typically it's a Mac itunes installation message.)
I'd like to have a closer look at that error message please, tamara.
Try another iTunes install. While the error message box is open, hold down the Alt key and hit the PrtSc key. Paste the screenshot into an image file (using a program like Paint), and save the file.
Start a reply here and click the wee camera icon at the top of the reply window. Click "Choose file", browse to the image file, select the file and click "Open". Now click "Insert file" to insert the screenshot into the reply.

This is my first post so excuse me if it has something wrong. I get the new iPod Nano 3G but, I can not install iTunes. When I am trying it shows me this:
Unable to install the GEAR driver set at this time. The GEARAspiWDM service used by the GEAR driver set is scheduled to be deleted during the next system reboot. Please reboot the system and run iTunes again.

Earlier iTunes (and supporting applications) need to be completely uninstalled before you can install the new version. Here's the complete Apple info on this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923
Mobile device application will most likely fail to uninstall, so you would need to visit its location(s) and manually delete the files THEN folder(s). The location of the folders is documented in this link from Apple.

in case you have not noticed yet … the iPad app "iTunes Festival London 2013" version 4.3 is NOT compatible with iOS7.
While I could enjoy the shows with iOS 6.1.3 without any problem - after updating to iOS 7 and updating to 4.3 of the Festival-app … whenever I click a video the screen collapses downwards and turns black.
In case you find the bug it would be great, if you added some extra days for watching the missed / recorded shows.

My Itunes would not update. The I was told to uninstall everything. Now I can not install Itunes, there is an error everytime. How do I fix this? Please help me!

It started with my itunes not being able to update and it said errors. Then I uninstalled multiple programs the forums told me to do. Still had errors trying to uninstall. Then tried to reinstall, errors. Then tried to go back and restore my computer to a previous time when Itunes was working. It has disapeared. The programs I have tried to "repair" in ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS are:
ITUNES
APPLE APPLICATION SUPPORT
APPLE SOFTWARE UPDATE
BONJOUR
QUICKTIME
The error says: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
I thought I uninstalled all these programs, but they are still there, yet I can't find Itunes to open it. I tried connecting my Ipod to see if Itunes would open and it won't.
The only thing I can think of is to wipe out my whole computer to the basics and start over?!?!

i got the new white ipiod touch and i downloaded itunes 105.2 but when i try to install it i get two errors

Then i hit it ignore and the first error pops up again and then i hit "ok". After that it says it can not continue.
I've tried everything such as using ASU(apple software updater) and using the download only and installing manually. I unistalled everything apple related and tried it fresh again and it doesnt work either. I tried saving it to my hard drive and disconnnecting from interenet and turned off all protections andi get the same excat error each time. The farthest i've gotton is when i installed it and it said i needed an apple application supporter and when i tried to install the AAS i got the same error above so it seems nothing will work. Try doing it in a WIndows Safe mode - Restart computer and hit F8 key right after your see BIOS check and choose "Safe mode with networking"
Do the SFC /SCANNOW again.
If that does not work, whilst in safe mode, download Free Malwarebyte software from CNET's Download.com. Install, update virus definition then perform a full scan. Remove if it did find some viruses or trojans. Restart computer.
Back to regular windows, do the SFC /SCANNOW again.
If that doesnot work, check to see if your Hard drive has errors or bad sectors
GO START BUTTON /COMPUTER, right mouse click OS (C:) and choose "Properties"
Choose "Tools" tab and under error checking, click "Check Now".
Make sure "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" is checked and click start.
Restart windows will perform the above task to fix errors This may take hours depends on how big is your Hard Drive

I've downloaded the newest version of iTunes but it will not install tried everything. Uninstalled and ran as administrator you name it, currently have no iTunes installed. Get this message,

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?
