Hi, Eric:
What are your LDAP configuration settings? Is the "Group Is Context"
flag set to false?

How Can I change all User Passwords Within a Directory Instance
Hi Experts,
I've been asked to refresh an old directory instance with some production data. Easy enough I thought, however, the user has requested that all user passwords within the old directory instance are preserved. Is that at all possible? My chain of thought was that I can extract user passwords from the old instance into a file: -
# ldapsearch -D cn="Directory Manager" -w xxxxxxxx -b o=xxxxxxx objectclass=* userpassword > <name of file>
And then then use ldapmodify (or alike) to re-import the user passwords once I've refresh the old instance with the production data. However, to my knowledge, in order to modify a particular entry via a file, i'd need the following format: -
dn: gci=-1,ou=people,o=xxxxxxxx
changetype: modify
replace: userpassword
userpassword: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The only information I have in the file I created using the ldapsearch command above is as follows: -
dn: gci=-1,ou=people,o=xxxxxxxx
userpassword: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I don't want to have to edit the file and add the relevant missing entries accordingly as the generated file has somewhere in the region of 150 thousand entries.
Am I approaching this the correct way? Is there any other mean of achieving my requirement.
Thanks in Advance.Hi,
It does not seem a big deal to add the missing lines to your output file.
For instance, the following awk command should do the trick
cat search.out
dn: gci=-1,ou=people,o=xxxxxxxx
userpassword: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
cat search.out | awk '/userpassword/ {print "changetype: modify} ; print "replace: userpassword"; } {print $0}
dn: gci=-1,ou=people,o=xxxxxxxx
changetype: modify
replace: userpassword
userpassword: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Then you can use ldapmodify to apply your changes

If I have a sub site URL and a user with Site Admin, can I list all users in that sub site that have Full Control at that level?
Any C# code sample?Still you can do that, just pass the subsites to your code and from their you can find the users dynamically.
You could also use SPWeb.Users property to get users assigned to a subsite
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.sharepoint.spweb.users(v=office.15).aspx
alternatively you can also use SPWeb.SiteUsers to get all users
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.sharepoint.spweb.siteusers(v=office.15).aspx
other APIs of help-
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.sharepoint.spweb.associatedmembergroup(v=office.15).aspx
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.sharepoint.spweb.associatedownergroup(v=office.15).aspx
http://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/questions/101671/object-model-list-all-users-with-full-control-on-a-sub-site-in-sharepoint-2013
Hope this helps!

How can I list all the domains configured for Weblogic Servers?
How can I list all the domains configured for Weblogic Servers?
I saw a note, which says the following:
"WebLogic Server does not support multi-domain interaction using either the Administration Console, the weblogic.Admin utility, or WebLogic Ant tasks. This restriction does not, however, explicitly preclude a user written Java application from accessing multiple domains simultaneously."
In my case, I just want to list all the domains, is that possible by using any scripts?
Thanks
AJIf you use WLS Node Manager and the Config Wizard was used to create the domains, then the list of domains should be in a location like this:
<MIDDLEWARE_HOME>\wlserver_10.3\common\nodemanager\nodemanager.domains
Enterprise Manager Grid Control also has support for multi-domain management of WLS in a console. -
Tasklist.exe does not list all Modules in Windows 7 64-bit
tasklist.exe does not list all Modules in Windows 7 64-bit.
If I want to look at the DLLs loaded by Excel, I would type:
tasklist /M /fi "imagename eq excel.exe"
When I run this in XP or 32-bit Win7, it works fine, showing all the dlls loaded by excel. However, in 64-bit windows, it does NOT show all dlls - only a limited subset. If I use Process Explorer, I can still see all the DLLs loaded by excel,
but that is useless for writing automated scripts.
To check this out, try looking for kernel32.dll - it is always loaded by Excel, but tasklist does not display it in 64-bit Win7:
tasklist /M kernel32.dll /fi "imagename eq excel.exe"
So, since tasklist is broken, is there a good (command-line) way of looking at what dlls are loaded by a process?

How can i view all users?
Hi all.
i am using Oracle 10g.
How can i view all users?
Tanx
AlamSo if you can not get complete set of data you will take a subset (which can be empty, BTW) and say this is a complete list?In a 10.2.0.4 database a user with CONNECT role only can see every username. Can't see all the details but that's the intent of the view. I don't know if this is a doc bug or what.
And, it is, BTW, a very good thing DBA_USERS is not available to everyone. List of users is part of security and is at least confidential.Agree 100%. I just thought it was a bit odd for you to suggest that I RTFM the ALL_USERS definition, and point out that the docs state it's a list of users visible to the current user, when your suggestion to the OP was to use DBA_USERS. It's likely that a user with the ability to query DBA_USERS would have all users visible to them anyway. I just didn't understand your rather rude followup directed at me. I'm just trying to help, just like everyone else here. -
That did not help me find out needy iPhone will break Icloud account for Iphone his serial number (DN******TTN) for I am I can not activate buy user please help
<Personal Information Edited by Host>Your question isn't at all clear. Is this a second-hand phone which has been locked by the previous user? In that case only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you unable to contact him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all.
You should if possible return it to wherever you bought it and ask for a refund as in this event the device is completely useless.
You should not post serial numbers or any other personal data here; I've asked the Hosts to remove it. -
Can not see all the clips in large Icon view in my bin
I arranged my clips in a bin in large Icon view but i can not see all the clips in the bin while in that mode. I see the clips when in list mode or when i drag them out of the bin into the main bin. As soon I drag them back in large icon view bin they do not show up, when going back in list view they are there.
Any idea
Also my daughter accidently pulled the electrical plug, which turned my external hard drive off. So the media was off line. I hit reconnect the clip but the clip does not show as connected in the bin it keeps the Media offline icon but putting the clip in the viewer or time line it plays it. So the clip is reconnected
hope anybody can help with those two issues thanksNick
thanks for your message it helped to show the clips. Here how I solved it. I put the clips i could not see in large Icon view, to the Project folder. Even in the project folder I was only seeing the clips with Thumbnail in list view. When i hit large Icon view the clips disappeared, and they could not have been lower down as i only have about 5 folders in the project. I then clicked arrange the clip by name and they showed up again. Like that i dragged the clip back in to its bin and it showed up. The reason for going back and forth I arranged the clips manually in the bin before and when hitting arrange by name it spread them to far apart and put the clips not in a sequence I liked.
for the second part I followed Neil's suggestion it worked. -

Using tab groups but Firefox 28.0 crashes and even can not save all tabs in archive recently
Hi. I installed tab groups addon on my firefox 28.0 (firefox portable version) and each group has its tabs. of course. Problem is that Firefox crashes when i work on a group with the tabs and even can not save all tabs in archive as MAFF recently too. When i try to save all tabs in archive as... i choose the name and hit save and wait but after some time this crashes too. Last time i saved all my tabs and groups as MAFF or other file was end of april and since then i can not save them anymore because of the crashing.
I read on the help site to delete Firefox then reinstall ect. to fix problems but I DO NOT want to erase my groups with their tabs as i chose this solution working with group tabs as it would be to hard on my cpu when i use for each group a different browser for example.
Please help me fix this problem with the crashes but without loosing my groups and its tabs as they are all important and do not wish to erase them as i use them all.
Thanks and hope for a soon reply :)Can you give me your crash reports?

I can not see all "Divisions" in BP Rel.--Partner Function Assignment
Hi,
When I edit "Partner Function Assignment" in BP reliationship such like BUR011("Employee Responsible"),
I can not see all "Divisions" in list which I can see in configuration via SPRO-->Customer Relationship Management->Master Data->Orgnizational Management->Division Setting->Define Divisions.
E.g., in configuration, I can see 7 records of divisions from "001" to "007", but in "Partner Function Assignment" of BP relationship, I can only see "002" to "004".
Do you know why? Thanks a lot!
Best regards,
Longhi
that should not be happening,if they are visible in one client then should be there in another too
do one things try run this
hrbc1_atributes_buffer_update
it will refresh the buffers of your org structure and then you may be able to add this
also check the check box where it is mentioned that"object determination should be permitted"
remember it will run only for once after you run this the check box will be unchecked again
i guess it may solve your probs
also try to structure your org structure index
use t code
crmd_index_om
and withtin the object type give O
and execute
best regards

Mavericks Mail-cannot scroll down to select a group by holding mouse button.
I do not like the new Mavericks mail. When I attempt to hold the left mouse button and scroll down to select a group, the program automatically locks onto the first message I touch and moves it. Prior to Mavericks scrolling was an easy process. This
