Can not load help information, so I can not save my work?

I have been working on this vi for about an hour.
When I try to save I ge an error that says "Can not load help information of find_resources.vi"
So it will not let me save it.

Hi James,
That error is usually indicative that the VI is unfortunately corrupt. I'm sorry that you had to spend some time rewriting your code. I wanted to provide some information that I found in case you ran into anything like this again in the future.
If "Select All" then copying to a VI does not work, that is usually a good sign that the VI is corrupt. At that point, there is not much you can do except possibly look at the recovery VIs that LabVIEW saves. If the VI is there, you can try moving it out of the recovery directory and opening it. The location for the autosave directory varies depending on how your system is set up, but it is typically located in your Documents folder > LabVIEW Data > LVAutoSave. Can't load any websites. I do not get any "error messages", the "enter" button has no effect in the address bar. Works fine in the FF search box and in IE.

Entering a URL in the address bar and hitting enter does nothing. Neither the "enter" button or "address bar arrow", for going to the website, function. Website does not load and no error messages appear. "Enter" button works fine in the FF search box and in IE, so it's not my keyboard.
Tried most of the recommended fixes under the "Error loading websites" article with the exception of "DNS refetching", as typing "about:config" in the location bar does no good as the "enter button" won't function. I've removed and re-added FF back into the windows firewall, removed ZoneAlarm from my system, edited proxy settings, deleted and reinstalled FF several times. NOTHING WORKS!!! I'm a die hard FF fan and this is KILLING me. Please HELP!!!

You have a lot of information in packed in the "More system details..." (in the right-hand column), where it looks like you found a solution. If not take a look at "Problematic Extensions" the AVG Free installation of their "'''AVG Free Search'''" can cause such problems. Directions to fix that are specific and involve reinstalling AVG Free without the Link Scanner component.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.

That file might have moved to a different location on the server. I think you'll need to check with RefWorks support or your local IT department on why the install page links do not work.

I was told by genius bar to install Yosemite, which I did. But that did not solve the problem. I removed macKeeper, as well, since a techie friend told me that could be the cause. Are you shooting RAW? Are you exporting masters or versions? Is there a size limitation on the Walgreens site?

Could not load servlet information from web server

I am trying to register a servlet through the web object manager.
As soon as click the web object manager menu pick I get the following
error: Could not load servlet information from web server.
On other peoples machines here it works fine and they can register
servlets. What am I missing!

You must be using Jdev 3.2.x, this is a known bug. In Jdev 9.0.2 we use the standard J2EE web.xml in order to register servlets. You should consider moving to the new IDE.

Still my search is going on. I dont know why oracle people made this that dificult, If I am not wrong I think earlier i could easily locate the previous version artifacts(softwares) easily. but now why they made that complicated.. no clues.
