Can not load the database homepage-help

Hi, dear all, i got the problem for loading the database home page tho.
the URL: http://127.0.0.1:8080/htmldb
the error accured saying: cant find the page.
what should i try to connect it?
anyone's prompt reply would be much appreciated.

Please also find a file called hosts on your PC. Mine is in a directory called C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc

Can not load the Database Home page

I have installed the database on a XP sp2 computer. After the installation is complete I try to open the database home page using the short cut created by the installation program and I receive an error from in I.E. The page can not be displayed. I tried to connect using the Run SQL command line by typing "connect system/password (My system password create in the installation)" and I receive another set of errors:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

What about the user accounts you used for the install?
Was the install user a local admin user on your machine?
What does the command net localgroup ORA_DBA say?
Is the user you are trying to connect to the XE db a member of this local group?

Error --can not load the specified XML or schema source

HI All
I am facing a problem while creating a xml maps connection. i am using ms excel 2007 and xcelcious 2008 engage. when i am trying to create a xml maps connection and give my url then open then give my user id and password its says can not load the specified XML or schema source..
my url is working fine when i open it through internet explorer.
anything i miss somewhere?

Also, run AutoConfig and make sure it completes successfully.

My problem is a sudden loss of ability to get to PSE12 Organizer when I tried to load a saved scan. Had been using the Organizer and the Editor with no problems for several hours just before that.     Can not load the Organizer from the icon at the bottom

Can not load the Organizer from the icon at the bottom of Editor screen, from the icon on the MacBook Air dock (OS 10.10.2), nor from the file in applications located with Finder.
I have tried without success to access Organizer after turning off and on the scanner, turning off and on the computer, loading a fresh copy of PSE12 from the CD, and restoring default preferences. I have searched on line for other options but not found any.

Can not load the Sonivox 250 Meg GM Wave table into soundfonts manag

I have an Creative Xi-FI platnium and no matter what I try I can NOT load this sound font.. I can load it into Vienna soundfont manager.. I have tried adjusting the cache level (I have 2 GB of RAM BTW in my system), I keep getting an error can not load. Please HELP!!! I even tried the registry edit.. How do I find the bookmarks file when I can not load the application? I.e., I can not get to the library.

My laptop died. The hard drive is in a case and accessible. It is connected to a 10 year old Pentium. How can I retrieve the bookmarks file from the Laptops drive when I can not load Firefox from that drive? I.e., I can not get to the library on the Laptop drive. I do have full access to it.

You can locate main bookmarks file, '''places.sqlite''', for restoration in another Firefox install, in your profile directory.
Since you profile is on another hard drive, the normal shortcuts to find it won't work.
On Windows XP, you can find the profile here:

Urgent: can not startup the database in unix server

hi...i am facing a treamendous problem...
to shutdown the database(unix environmment), I have connected through putty and from there in the sysdba login, I have given the command "SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE"
but after that suddenly the power failure occurred and my local machine from which i was accessing the unix server, got shutdown..
after the restart, when I am again accessing the putty and connected to the oracle11g server and from sysdba login, given the "STARTUP OPEN" command, then it is showing the error...
SQL> startup open
ORA-10997: another startup/shutdown operation of this instance inprogress
ORA-09968: unable to lock file
Linux-x86_64 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable

Flash recovery area issue. I can not open the database??

I am using oracle 11.2.0 .1.0 on windows
when i tried to start the database I got the following error.
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
I clear out all information in Trace file. I cleared out all operating system level audit trails. then i deleted archivelog files using operating system level delete. still my database is not opening???
I tried to start this using RMAN but got the same error. now i have deleted the files from flash recovery area how can i let oracle system to know that those are deleted and there is enough space. Rman does not execute crosschek commands at mount state of the database?
Need solution.

Can not connect the database via query string (C#). The SQL Server Management Studio is showing the full path of a location instead of database name.

establish a connection to the database using C#.
As Olaf said, was any error message thrown out when the connection failed? How did you create these databases?
You can use the following T-SQL to attach the database and see if the issue persists.

Why can not load the Linux System?

I want to install Linux as the second OS on my notebook.I downloaded the Fedora8 software on the C: partition and decompressed it on the C: partition too. Then I copied and decompressed the file "isolinux " on the D: partition.
I installed the software "grub4dos" and made some changes in the document: \boot\grub\menu.lst. When I restart the computer and choose the Fedora8 from the loader menu, the Linux installation process can not be started and show the follow message:"Because follow document is lost,you can not start Windows:<Winder root>\system32\hal.dll. please copy it on."
What is the reason?
