Can not Login into iMessage!

I cannot login into iMessage and get this error:
"Your Apple ID "*******[email protected]" can't be used to set up iMessage at this time.
If this is a new Apple ID, you do not need to create another one. To use this Apple ID with iMessage, contact iMessage support with the code below.
Customer Code: 1115-1922-****"
I don't have apple care subscription; any idea how I should handle this issue?

    Just hang tight, these services are taking a while to catch up with the traffic on the servers right now. things should start working as the evening goes on.

    Hello there, I had an account which is blocked with no a clear reason from skype, they told me that it had some suspicious activites and all i did is adding my friends' accounts simultaneously and skype support told me to create another account and there is noway to get the old account back which had about 100 important contacts on it and I lost them all and I can not retrieve them now even I asked the support to just backup my contacts and send them to me and they refused, after this I can not sign into skype from my PC. The next step i did was to create another account to start over from the beginning again, I signed into it from my Android device. I Added some of my friends who were on the old account - just about 5 - 7 friends -without being confirmed the request and this account also got blocked and I can not sign into skype with any other account from my android device. Now there is noway to use skype from my side and I dunno what the wrong i did and how can I solve this problem before I think of another alternative better than skype. Thanks in advance.

    You didn't really specify what happens when you try to sign in.

    This is well known bug in OWH 9i.
    The thing is:
    1. Repository Assistant need to login under SYS and only SYS
    2. SYS are allowed to login to Oracle 9i only AS SYSDBA
    3. ... but Repository Assistant CANNOT correctly login by "SYS AS SYSDBA"
    Solution:
    1. Set Oracle 9i init parameter O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY=TRUE and restart database instance. This allow you to login as SYS (without SYSDBA) to Oracle 9i.

    Starting two days ago (7/30/13) I got booted off of iMessage and now when I try to
    sign-in I get an error message Could not sign into iMessage.  Is there a problem with
    iMessage, or did something change?
    I running an iMac 2.5GHz w/20GB mem running 10.8.4.

    Upon further research on the Apple support site, I found that I had to allow my mac to auto update time -- under the system settings date / time.  Once I changed this setting and recycled the iMac, I was able to sign into iMessage.

    Go ahead and patch the server to SLES11Sp3 and OES11SP2 (via CLI and
    using yast wagon). I've seen the same recently, and after updating it it
    went away.

    I could enter my email address and Firefox remembered it. Also, the password was remembered and i could login. For the last few days it does not remember my login email address even though I checked the box that asks it to remember. It remembers the password but I cannot log in it keeps telling me "The username or password you entered is not on file, please try again". I have no problem logging in with Internet Explorer with the same email address and password, I prefer to use Firefox where all my bookmarks are. Something changes with my Firefox and i can't figure out what. Please help

    Is there a button to click instead of pressing Enter? If so, try that. The computer may be trying to correct your typing.

    Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
    "Clear the Cache":
    *Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
    "Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
    *Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
    You can check if there are entries in the password manager with an empty user name.
    Make sure that you haven't saved multiple (uppercase, lowercase) versions of that name and password.
    Remove saved Password(s):
    * Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"
    If you click "Never" then you create an exception that needs to be removed.
