Can not login into messages app

I have tried to login into the Messages app but continue to receive the following error messages.
"Incorrect Apple ID or password."  Any suggestions?

    As the Messages app could be logging in to AIM, Jabber, Yahoo, Bonjour and iMessages and four of those five need passwords but some could be the same as your Apple ID, you are going to have to be clearer.
    iMessages uses an Apple ID. It may well be your iCloud ID (All iCloud IDs are Apple IDs but not all Apple IDs are iCloud IDs)
    An Apple ID issues by Apple ending in @mac.com or @me.com if registered with iCloud or an @icloud.com  one can also be Valid AIM Screen Names.
    The same is true of an Google ID and an Jabber account in Messages were you might use  the Google ID as your Apple ID.
    Technically the same is true of a Yahoo ID but this is less likely.
    Bonjour does not need a password so we can eliminate that.

    I can not log into the App Store, even though I am logged in to App Store and my password is entered into the settings. This appended after I accidentally switched to the British version of iTunes and I logged out and back in to get to the US. Now, I keep getting an error message that I can not log into the App Store. I have tried updating it to the computer and restarting, but still keep getting the error message. Help please! :)

    I am afraid all apps are tied to the Apple ID they are purchased with and are not transferable.
    Your son have to buy those apps with his own Apple ID and start from scratch.

    at the moment i have the problem that i can`t login into the mac app store. I want to update from 10.6.8 to 10.9 maverick. But if i enter my Apple ID, i got the message that the app store is not available and my request could not complete.
    Any informations about that?

    I would delete the app store (drag it to the Trash.) And download and install this update combo over your current installation of 10.6.8.

    I can not Login the app store from my iPhone Because of my address.
    I tried to change my address to my original Country
    but their is this massage "you have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change store".
    so i bought two applications for my mac to spend my balance but still their is .43 $ which is i can't spend it to settle my balance.
    now I Transferor my .43 $ to change my address to my original address so i can Login the app store and update all apps also purchases another app as well as I was able to.

    Quit the offending app completely and reboot your iPad.
    Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
    If the app still will not work, try deleteing it and reinstall it.

    Hello there, I had an account which is blocked with no a clear reason from skype, they told me that it had some suspicious activites and all i did is adding my friends' accounts simultaneously and skype support told me to create another account and there is noway to get the old account back which had about 100 important contacts on it and I lost them all and I can not retrieve them now even I asked the support to just backup my contacts and send them to me and they refused, after this I can not sign into skype from my PC. The next step i did was to create another account to start over from the beginning again, I signed into it from my Android device. I Added some of my friends who were on the old account - just about 5 - 7 friends -without being confirmed the request and this account also got blocked and I can not sign into skype with any other account from my android device. Now there is noway to use skype from my side and I dunno what the wrong i did and how can I solve this problem before I think of another alternative better than skype. Thanks in advance.

    I use WarehouseBuilder 9i's repository assistant to create new repository on a host.While the database is oracle 9i release 2 , the sysdba's name/password can't login into the database.But if the database is oracle 8.1.7 ,the sysdba's name/password can login.Why?

    This is well known bug in OWH 9i.
    The thing is:
    1. Repository Assistant need to login under SYS and only SYS
    2. SYS are allowed to login to Oracle 9i only AS SYSDBA
    3. ... but Repository Assistant CANNOT correctly login by "SYS AS SYSDBA"
    Solution:
    1. Set Oracle 9i init parameter O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY=TRUE and restart database instance. This allow you to login as SYS (without SYSDBA) to Oracle 9i.

    I had patched the OES 11 SP1 via YAST in order to update to OES 11 SP2. Upon restart, I can no longer login into the GUI.

    Go ahead and patch the server to SLES11Sp3 and OES11SP2 (via CLI and
    using yast wagon). I've seen the same recently, and after updating it it
    went away.

  • I can not open the messages app on my daughters iphone 3gs

    every time you try and open the message app the screen goes blank, white for around 10 seconds then revirts to the home screen, is there anywhay of fixing this, she has 2 messages recieved but can not read them or open them.

    Close out of the message app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.
    Then do a reset, no data loss.  Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
    Then check the message app again.
    Hopefully you haven't restored yet.

    Using IPad 2nd gen.  New message app now with new so update.  I cannot get signed in.  Won't accept my Apple ID password and then times out stating network connection problem.  WIFI working fine.   Anyone have this issue?

    FaceTime works with your Apple ID in conjunction with an E-Mail address.  However, two can not be active with the same Apple ID at the same time unless each device has a unique E-Mail address.
    You may be able to get the second device to work if you obtain another E-Mail address and register it with your Apple ID.
