Can not make a new tab

I have been a FireFox user for years. I know how to open a new tab. File -> New Tab does not open a new tab. Clicking the plus sign on the right end of the existing tab does not open a new tab. I'm running FireFox 3.6.15 under Windows 7. Is there a bug in the latest FireFox upgrade?

i'm running windows 7 and firefox 3.6.15 older version did not has this kind of problem please fix something is messed up with tabs and bookmark clicks. browser works perfect but do not reacts sometimes while clicking on bookmark toolbar websites with left and center mouse buttons :)

If you don't know the encryption password, you're out of luck and will not be able to access the backup at all.
So you would have to set up a new device as new.

That can be a problem with the Ask<i></i>.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

How can I make a new tab for FF 5.0 show my most visited sites like my prior version did?

Since I installed FireFox 5.0 recently, when I open a new tab, it is just blank. My prior version of FireFox showed about 9 or so of the sites I visited most often. I never set this in the old version. It just worked that way. I loved it. I have no idea how to make it happen in FireFox 5.0. I am even considering re-installing the old version because of this. I hope you cn tell m how to make this work.

There are a number of different "speed dial" or "fast dial" add-ons to do this. To see which one you had before, check your disabled add-ons. There could be an updated version.

I can not make a new copy in ICloud, is it the available storage?

My Iphone 5 prompts me to make a new copy since the one in the cloud is 12 weeks old, I try to make it but the phone starts calculating the remaining time for the copy and stays that way all the time. I have a plan for 15GB, and it says that I have 6.7 GB left, apparently the new copy will take 8.2 GB, which may explain the impossibility to make a new copy, this mean that I need space for the old copy and the new copy? Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:

The problem is that there is a limit for creating new iCloud accounts from a device and if the previous owner already created three accounts with this iPhone you bought from him, then you would have to use another device in order to create a new one.

I have not tried that...I will look up the process so that I can do it correctly (and still transfer all of my files, contacts, etc). Any suggestions? What is the advantage of restoring as a new device..is this more akin to a complete wipe of a hard drive?
