From that limited information, we must sadly make guesses...the exact and complete content of error messages is always more helpful than short abbreviated descriptions.
So, here is my guess? Is there an IT Policy on your device?

If there is and you are on BES, then stop now and go talk to your BES admins...they control everything.
If there is and you are not on BES, then you will need to conduct this to cleanse your device of the IT Policy:

Pay careful attention to the warnings provided, especially the fact that your device will be wiped clean in the process. You can find proper backup instructions via the link in my auto-sig on this post. But, when you restore, do not do a full restore...restore instead only those databases you required (e.g., calendar, contacts, etc.) and specifically avoid restoring and databases that have anything to do with IT Policy, Enterprise, or any thing similar. If you restore those databases, the IT Policy will be dutifully restored to your device, and you will be right back where you started.
If there is no IT Policy, then contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

    Are you wanting to stop the 41 files from opening at once or is this intentional? At what point do they open when you power on the mac or when you boot Illustrator? What OS version are you using?

    Be patient and wait for someone to reply. This is a user to user forum, we are all volunteers. Another thing you can do is contact AppleCare or bring your machine into an Apple Store or AASP. Perhaps they will have some suggestions.

    Power down the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait 10 minutes.
    Plug it back in. Power it on. Wait until all the lights are lit up properly.
    Restart the computer.

    You do NOT need to restore your iPad.
    I believe that the problem is that there is a disconnect with your iTunes account and your iPad. What you are experiencing is a somewhat common issue after you sync your iPad, update your device - it could be a number of reasons that are causing it. the recommended fix is to download another app in order to "reconnect" your ID and iTunes account to the iPad.
    You can read more about it here. You will need a WiFi internet connection in order to fix it - or you have to be able to sync with your own iTunes library.

    can not open any web page in Safari on the IPad.  All other wireless features work fine.

    If this does not work then try a reset ,
    Reset your iPad by pressing the 'Sleep' and 'Home' button at the same time for about 15 seconds or so. Your iPad  will then go through a reset / reboot procedure and will be ready for use within about a minute.
    Don't worry about doing this as you will not lose data or settings.

    Can you open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable Protected Mode [Edit | Preferenes | Security (Enhanced)].

    I can not open any files in Photoshop.  I can open them in Bridge or LR.  If I open a file in Camera Raw and try to go to Photoshop, PS opens and just sits there and looks at me as if I opened the program only.

    Is this a new installation that has never worked, or is this a problem that has cropped up recently?
    In any case, there are two things you can do that between them have a very good chance of getting things working for you.
    1.  As a diagnostic, click Edit - Preferences - Performance, and uncheck (disable) the [ ] Enable OpenGL Drawing setting, then close and reopen Photoshop.  If this corrects the problem, then chances are good that your display driver needs to be updated.  To do so, go to the web site of the maker of your video card (e.g., nVidia or ATI) and follow the links to the driver download that matches your hardware and operating system.  When you've updated the driver and rebooted your system, re-enable the OpenGL Drawing setting (remembering to close and restart Photoshop) then re-test.
    2.  Clear all Photoshop preferences to standard defaults.  To do this, press and hold the Control, Shift, and Alt keys IMMEDIATELY after cold-starting Photoshop from its shortcut or menu entry.  If you're quick enough, it will prompt you.  You'll need to go through all the preferences again to ensure any customizations you want are re-done.

    Could you please specify how exactly did you transfer Acrobat from one MAC to other.
    You might need to deactivate the software from your old machine and then activate it on the new one with the same serial number (for Acrobat license) or Adobe credentials (for Acrobat subscription).
    If you have done the same way, then let me know if you are able to open Acrobat itself.
    Do you get any specific error message while opening a PDF?
