Can not plug into itunes
i tried updating my phone for the first time and i forgot that i had to plug it into iTunes. Now it just keeps asking for me to plug it into itunes but i dont have a home computer to do that with. how can i get my phone back on?

See this for help doing the update while connected to your home WiFi network. Can not sign into itunes get error code 5002
I was able to sign into iTunes, but when attempting to download a song I received error code 5002 and to try back later. Now I Can not sign into ITunes at all and am still getting the code 5002. I've changed my credit card info via store.apple.com but this did not fix the problem. ran diagnostic check and everything is fine. Is this a problem on their end?
I fixed this error for my daughter after a while by working out that the address in her login profile was a different country from the iTunes and App store that she was logging into...
I also blogged about it to try to help others as this took out a good 6 hours of my Christmas evening trying to set up my kid's MBP.

Please help.it will not let me sign out to sign back in...when I try to sign in it wants me to verify, , then it says this apple ID has not yet been used with itunes store, review information. I click ok and got thru the process again, then it just sits a spins waiting to connect to store, but never odes connect to store

Since installing McAfee I have noticed my itunes store will not open. I tried downloading version 10.2 and nothing. It gives me an error cod 306, and tells me they couldnt complete my request and an unknown error has occured. I don't know if the 2 are related but Its frustrating because it was working fine before!?

I have songs on my iPhone 6 that I can't remove and when I plug into iTunes and go to "Summary" and "On This Device" the songs don't show up but they are on my phone. How do I remove them? Not even sure how they got on actually since I have a iTouch and keep all my music there. HELP!!
Have you tried deleting the songs from Settings?
Settings -> General -> Usage -> Manage Storage (not the iCloud link!) -> Music and then click Edit to enable you to be able to delete. -

After you restore from backup, you MUST sync to restore your iTunes content. No iTunes content is included in the iPhone backup. Your apps should be in your iTunes library, just sync them back to your phone. If for some reason your apps are not in your library, you can re-download them for free:

tried to do an ios update the ipad mini is now asking to plug into itunes, have now seperate computer to do this can not get any other screen to come up on ipad can the ipad be reset or how do I fix this
If it's showing the connect to iTunes screen then it sounds like it's gone into recovery mode and will need to be connected to a computer's iTunes in order to be reset. Does neither she nor you have a computer, and if she hasn't has she been backing up to the cloud instead ?
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether content is still in the store, she might be able to re-download some/all of her downloads via the Purchased tabs in the App Store and iTunes store apps -

My iphone asked if I wanted to update and I hit yes. It said to plug into ITunes so I did. My only option is to "restore". It didn't ask if I want to backup first. I don't have service on phone and I don't want to restore. How can I go back to "not" restoring?
