Can not present customized item attribute.

I created new customized item attribute and new item type. On the items area, I chose to present the new customized item attribute.
After submit a new item, I can see the new customized attribute under edit mode, however, I can not see it under view mode. There's blank line instead.
Any advice? Thanks!

It could be a problem with caching. Turn off caching on the page and see if that solves the problem. There may be a problem with the way that caching is configured on your site - if that's the case, you should contact Oracle Support for help.
There are also a number of patches available for the initial 9.0.2 release - although I couldn't reproduce your problem, it might have been related to an earlier bug affecting 9.0.2. The patches are available from Metalink. I strongly recommend moving to 9.0.2.6 as quickly as possible - you can register for the 9.0.2.6 upgrade at http://portalcenter.oracle.com/upgrades.

Firstly, have you maintained TCCS in your forwarding agreement?
You migt have inserted new item. However, there are no TCCS maintinaed in that agreement item.
In such cases those error messages are displayed. Restricting you from releasing the agreement.
Other cases:
is your TCCS local?
If your TCCS is global then ideally the charge usage should be any of the below: "customer", "Customer & service" or "ALL" for Forwarding Agreement to consume it.
For Local TCCS by defalut charge usage will be set to "Customer".
If Local, check whether have you missed any mandatory fields like amount, Currency.
If there are any % charge line, then the refrence number would have been missing or you might be referencing incorrectly.
For Global TCCS if any of the above is incorrectly maintianed it will not allow you to save the TCCS.
If you can attach the screenshot of the TCCS it will be helpful for me to solve your issue.

Essbase can not drill down items in Chinese

Hi, there, I just encounter the problem that Essbase can not drill down items in Chinese.
In the outline, I use code for member name. Zooming in at member code is OKAY.
However, when I changed alias table to show Chinese, I could not double click the Chinese item.
Could anyone help? Thanks in advance.

The problem only happens to SmartView 11.1.1.2. However both Essbase Addin and OBIEE works fine. Very riduculos.

I suggest trying the update again after an hour or two. Sometimes, the notice that an update is available comes an hour or two before the developers actually sends the revised app out to be downloaded.

Can not edit Calendar Items on iPhone 4 that were sent from Outlook 2013

Hi Folks,
When receiving a calendar item from Outlook 2013, I can accept it, but not edit it. When I receive the same item from Outlook 2003, I can accept AND edit.
How can I edit calendar items sent from Outlook 2013?
We are not using an Exchange server, simply sending the calendar items via email. We noticed this when we upgraded our office from MS Office 2003 to 2013.

Can not delete outbox item on PC

there are several items in the folder: Nokia phone Browser—〉Nokia N70—〉Messages—〉Outbox， and they can not be deleted on my pc, however, my N70 phone has no these items!
I can use other functions normally,such as send sms on PC via usb connection, can also delete inbox items on pc via usb/Bluetooth connection.
How can I delete the “outbox” items?

I think that it is "feature" that you can not delete messages from Outbox -> I can not do that also. But message is deleted automatic from my Outbox folder when I press button "update" (and phone has sent that message)
If you go to folder: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Phone Browser\Nokia E70\Messages\Outbox\
And press delete to one of message, what is not working?

User can not get work item

I created a demo workflow template with 2 userdecisions. The agent of the 1st is myself, and the agent of the other is another user USR001. Their possible agents are set general. I executed the workflow and found I could get the workitem in my inbox and approved, but USR001 can not get his workitem then. I checked the workflow log and found the agent USR001 get the item in the AGENTS icon. But in the grahical log, I found the status of the 2nd userdecision is 'READY' and (NO AGENT). Both of the two user (me and USR001) have SAP_ALL authorization. Then I logged on by another user and found the same problem: the user can only get the workitem of himself . And there is no error in the STEP HISTORY in technical details.
So I have the following questions:
1 Are there any configuration missed in the system?
2 I want to know whether there are some documents about the basic configuration of workflow, such as assignment of the USER ROLE, necessary confuguration for development and use of workflow.

READY and NO AGENT just means that no agent has executed the step yet. Click on the Agents icon to see which agents it has been sent to.
