Can not reach Lenovo App Shop Flex 20
I have a brand new Flex 20 system on Windows 8.
I have made a recent update for AURA Interface and it has installed POKKI toolbar.
I don't like POKKI so I have uninstalled it.
Now my AURA Interface still works but Lenovo App Shop icon is greyed out.
Is it possible to have Lenovo App Shop functionality back without installation of POKKI ?

I could not figure out how to start a new discussion and could not find any content on Simple Tap 3.0 or the Lenovo App Shop icon so I am posting here. If I need to do somethign else or you can guide me in the direction of creating a new discussion that would be great.
My concern... we are setting up new Lenovo X220 Convertible Tablets. We are very excited about the SimpleTap application and some of the things we wil be able to do with it.
We decided to go ahead with the update (to version 3.0) for which we were being prompted before deploying these systems. The Lenovo App Shop tile that we had removed reappeared after the update... and we can not remove it. It will not allow us to remove it to the trash can and we get the message, "This tile cannot be removed".
With what we do with our systems we CAN NOT use this application with an icon our users can not use. I will cause problems and issues because there is much in the way of security in place with where users can go and shat they can do... especially on the web.
I need to be able to remove this icon or we will not be able to use this application.
These are demo systems and we are reviewing the various features available on the different systems. This would be an feature that the Lenovo X220 will not be able to provide for us.
I am hoping to get an answer to this question relatively quickly. I have to have these systems back to the vendor in just over two weeks. I would like to give Lenovo the best shake I can as far as presenting this equipment to our users.

I hae been having trouble activating my McAfee security app. While working through the issue with their tech support, one of the first questions was of course to know if there is a previous version of the app installed. Only one version shows up in my app list, HOWEVER, using a file explorer app, I think I have found an older app that was installed via the Lenovo App Shop. WHen I try to delete the file through the file explorer, the tablet tells me that the file has been protected so that it can only be deleted through the Lenovo App Shop, which of course no longer exists. Is there a way to override this ?
I would really like to have functional security protection on my tablet!Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.

Ever since that, my iphone cannot update any of the apps. Nor is it able to download any new apps. Please kindly let me know how to make the phone back into work with the apps.

Restore the phone as new. Wait a couple of days before adding any apps to see if it's running ok. Then, add apps a couple at a time so that, if any of them cause issues, you'll have an idea which one. -

I gave my ipad 2 to my brother last month. After that he erased all content and settings, sign in with his apple id. The next day until now, I found out that I can not udpate my apps both on my iPhone and iPad Air. I had create new apple id, change my password, delete the icloud acc. 1. It is never a good idea to include personal info like your email address or Apple ID in a post on an open forum.
2. The email you received DOES NOT say your Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPad. The email informs you that your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad. Fortunately the iPad is yours. The message confirms that. If your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad that was not yours your would then know to change your password. Since the iPad is yours you do not need to change your password.

Thank youThe thread running through your explanation has to do with connectivity to your server. (iCloud out of the blue asking for password, unable to message your boyfriend, unable to access e-mail). You said that you boyfriend restart his device and then the two of you were able to then imessage. My best advice for you would be to go to settings to reset to reset network settings. Once this has been done you then will need to enter the name and password of your wifi. ONce this is done you then can attempt to check to see that all passwords are enter correctly.

You might want to browse or search through that one and then create a new post there if you can't find an answer; I've heard of posts detailing problems with iLife applications if you either buy a used Mac or wipe/reinstall your OS. I'm not knowledgeable enough about that subject, but somebody there should be. -
My Creative Cloud Desktop app closes suddenly when loads palicativos installed. I can not update my apps. Already reinstalled the desktop app CC often using adobe cc cleaner. Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

About 1 year ago, I can not access the App Store. The message that appears is: "One Moment Please. Connecting to the iTunes Store. Loading ... " I've tried all the aids presented in this and other forums and nothing solves. iTunes connects normaly...

If that is correct, updating your system software may help.
Click Software Update from the Apple menu.
Restart your Mac after updates are installed then try the App Store.
If you can't update that way, there's a workaround.
Install the OS X Lion Update 10.7.5 (Client Combo)
Then restart your Mac and try the App Store.

If the iPads are Counterfeit then Apple will have nothing to do with them except maybe try to find the Counterfeiters and charge them.

Can not purchase from Apps Store. Continue to get message stating that Apple ID is disabled after I select install. I have change my Itune account pass word and updated all information.
After resetting your password you might then need to log out of your account on your iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
