    After using the trial version of Photoshop CS6, I decided to purchase the one-year Photoshop cloud version.
    I was told by a friend to do a "clean" download, so removed the "previous version".
    Now when I click the "download" tab, nothing happens.

    Please download/install CC desktop : https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try downloading Photoshop. If still the same issue then as suggested by Mylenium run the cleaner tool and try downloading again.

    So I purchased Creative Cloud on September last year and never got it to actually work do I just sent it to trash along with all the other creative cloud folders I could find on Finder. Now that I NEED to use Adobe's Creative Suite I can't reinstall the App because it says my other version is in use and I can't uninstall this last version because I deleted the Uninstaller. I was asked to reinstall Creative Clooud Desktop, but each time I run the installer it caliams a problem exists and say I need to install the Adobe Application Installer and points me to the same page and then the whole thing repeats.
