We are using 4 application servers and all the 4 application servers are pointing to 4 oracle nodes. We encounter the below exception often and I was informed that, it is due to node failure.

First, I'm not sure what this has to do with security. This appears to be a RAC issue.
What was your application doing? What sort of failover have you configured? My guess would be that your application needs to catch this error and re-try the current transaction (whatever that is) because whatever failover you have configured cannot automatically replay the transaction. It's also possible, though, that you could change the failover configuration and have Oracle automatically replay the transaction. It depends on what you are doing and what sort of failover you have configured.

That is the highest you will be able to go with 3g. You need 3gs or 4 to go any higher (multi processors and more memory needed). Version 4.2.1 marks the end of your updates for that device.

No clue why you cannot make video calls over your cellular operator... have you tried contacting them?
If you're referring to FaceTime, it is currently limited to Wi-Fi only.
Sending files via Bluetooth is not a supported feature of the iPhone or iOS. A simple search of the web or these forums would have made that abundantly clear.
Threatening to throw away valuable items in these forums only serves to make you look less than intelligent. No one here is an Apple employee, we are all users like yourself. As such, we could care less what you do. If you choose to be stupid, that's up to you.

Can not make srtp call to CISCO-GW

There are one CISCO2821 and one CISCO3845. Both of them are configured with SRTP. They can make calls to the third-party phone with SRTP. But both gateways can not accept any call if I set them to use SRTP only. Even if the 2 gateways call each other, the calls still can not work. If I set the gw to allow srtp falling back to rtp , the calls can be established. The attached file is the debugging log from the cisco2821 .

Upgrading to 12.4(20) T can resolve this problem. This new version adds a new option which the document doesn't point out. It took a lot of time.

I also have a similar issue since upgrading from the 4s to the 5s.
The issue I have is, issue number 2:" If I do receive a text message/iMessage notification, it disappears within 5-10 minutes before I can even check (no other notifications disappear)"
Which also consists of the same events in the last message from monicash "So for example, if i get a text while sleeping... i wake up in the morning to check my notifications and there is nothing there because it disappeared (even though there should be a notification there with my current settings that are ON)."

It sounds like you are unable to make or recieve phone calls because the screen goes black. I would start by quitting all the running apps on the device:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If that does not resolve the issue, I would use the troubleshooting in the following article, named:
