Can not scroll down in Firefox unless I click twice to change the size. How can I change this?

When I open a document in my GoDaddy Mail that I access through Firefox (Mozilla), I have to open it; then make it small; then enlarge it before I can scroll down. Is there a way to change that? My computer is the HP Envy. Thanks much!

Thank you for your question I understand that you have to make the text smaller and then zoom in to make it larger before the web page allows you to scroll.
The scrolling preferences are in the Options Menu. However I also noticed that you are in an older version of Firefox. Please update to the latest version to see if the issue has been fixed in the newer version. [[Update Firefox to the latest version]]

- Make sure the mic hole is clear and unobstructed. It is the little hole on the back by the camera lens(if has back camera). For the 16 GB one without the back camera the mic hole is on the top edge near the center.

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.

The pic sync is one way - computer to iPhone.
You should be storing all of your photos on your computer. Jut sync them to your iPhone.

Can not scroll down in System Preferences on my ipad iPad

Some how voice over has been turned on. When I open system preferences I am unable to scroll down. Also, I have to select the icon, then double tap in order to activate.

With VoiceOver 'on' you need to touch or tap the field that you want to use/select and it should get a box around it ; then double-tap that field to activate/type it. Once you've entered your password you can do the same (i.e. touch to select, double-tap to activate) to gradually get into Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it off. You should be able to use three fingers on the screen to scroll.

So select Configure Universal Access at the bottom of the Summary tab and set Seeing to Neither
If you have a triple-click of the home button set to turn VoiceOver on/off, so you could try triple-clicking it - and then change Settings > General > Accessibility > Triple-Click Home

If you have Quicktime Pro you can rotate the video. There's a plugin for iMoive that can rotate clips. Go to MacUpdate.com and do a search for "rotate video" and you'll find several apps that can do the job and the plugin: MacUpdate: Search for '+rotate +video'

The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6.13+ versions. Uninstall that extension.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:

Java is not been friendly with Firefox 11 and above, I thought that the new 12 version would solve this issue but I was wrong, it does not work either

Java is just not running on Firefox 11 or above, it keeps telling you that is not running and it needs to be installed, my operating system is Windows 7 x64bits. I don't know if this problem also exist on x86 bits OS. I really like Mozilla and for now I've been obligated to use IE9 for Java based webpages and I don't like it. Window will not scroll down in Design mode in DW CC 2014

On a Wacom Companion running DW 2014.1.1, build 6981 Windows 8.0, opening a page, it will not scroll down in Design unless I click Split, then it will scroll some more and stop. Have to click modes back and forth to get to bottom of the screen. No issue viewing the page in a browser. Have 8 Tabs (pages) open, and other programs. Sys shows CPU/MEM at 38/84. Win 8.1 is installed, just need to reboot to activate upgrade.
