Dell XPS, i7 CPU, 6gig RAM, Win7 64bit
Adobe Premiere Elements 8 (I tried to install 8.01 update and it says the program is up to date but the About window still says 8.0)
1,14TB, 2 disks as Raid 0, 187 gig free., HD WEI – 5.9
NVIDA GeForce 889 GTS, latest drivers (8.17.12.5896), 320mb RAM, Graphics WEI – 6.7
Dual Monitor setup
Apple QuickTime v7.6.8
Assets & Project:
All projects, new, or old. Any content (video or just images or a combination of both)
Problem:
I cannot create a QuickTime movie from a project. It tells me the (when I go to the choose location and setting window) “Export Settings Invalid” and I cannot do anything in that window except to the back button. The preset dropdown is empty.
Please see the pciture.
I can not share with a Mac right now and need to do so.

As I said in your earlier thread, your hard drive is very full, so make sure you've given it a fresh defrag so that all of your free space is contiguous. (Deleting tmp and other junk files is also a good idea, per the maintenance regimen in my books in and in our FAQs.)
Your panel seems awful small. Does resizing it larger make any difference in the number of options that are available?
I see you have the latest version of Quicktime. That's good.
But you may need to uninstall and reinstall Premiere Elements. It appears that something didn't quite take.

Hi There,
Questions per above title, can you share a folio file via the content viewer for an unlimited time? How many people could you share it with simultaneously?
As well I am trying to understand do you have to pay for DPS (and if so can it just be the single version) to be able to share a .folio file through the content viewer. Can you just have in design 5.5+.
In addition, if the .folio file is set up for Ipad distribution when shared will it be formatted and fully usable/interactive through the content viewer by the person you are showing it to on the ipad?
Any help is appreciated.

You do not need to pay to share a folio file via the content viewer.
I'm not aware of any limits on how long a folio can be shared to, or how many e-mails a folio can be shared to.

8/21/2006. How can I split a QuickTime file in two? I saved a two hour videotape converted by PYRO A/V LINK to iBook G4 combo into a file of 24.5 Gb, and I saved to QuickTime into 536 mgs. Of course, it took half a day. When I went to copy it as video (536 mgs) onto a CD of 700 mg capacity, Toast 7 said it required 1100 mgs and couldn't do it. I have QuickTime Pro, got just recently. I would be very happy to learn how to split it, so to copy each of the split pieces onto 2 CD's, for my own purposes. Many, many thanks. Chuck Yopst. Kirk, Thanks for your post Monday 8/21. Interesting how things worked out. I split the OuickTime file--of my retired uncle Church of the Brethren pastor's 50th wedding anniversary, and came up with two folders. Each contained four more folders, and inside folder Mvseg was file Avseq.dat which contained the video material and, when double clicked, started playing that half of the story on Windows 98SE. It just so happens that my uncle's PC operating system is a Windows 98SE. All this from QuickTime 7.0 which Windows 98SE would play the audio but not the video. Then a week later, yesterday in fact, in looking through iDVD help I found your solution, which heretofore I had no idea of. I had to go into System Preferences--Hardware--CDs & DVDs, and set these for "Open with 'Ask what you want to do'." The factory settings were to "open these when inserted" without that "Ask"ing. So then I was able and did follow your solution and it worked, but as a single QuickTime file, playable on Windows XP and Windows 2000 and Macintosh but not Windows 98SE. Yes, the .m7project file is designed so that it could be checked-in & shared as part of the project files.
Note: The project should be managed as web application in the local workspace before using the shared .m7project file.

I can not share any document as Email Attachment in OSX Mountain Lion

Since the time I have installed OSx Mountain Lion. I am having this problem. I can not share any file, like a word file or pdf file as Email Attachment.
I could do in in Lion earlier.
I open a file > share > as Email attachment. It is not working
Anyone having the same problem.

1. Now if I go to file>share>Email as attachemnt can be selected but still share> Email as link is not selectable
2. I had one more issue, when I compose Email, I go to attach>select pdf file> choose file and try and send pdf attachment in Email from apple mail, the reciver does not get the pdf attachment, just get the plain Email. . But if I try and attach word or excel file, it goes well.
Now if I open gmail in my browser and attache pdf file, it goes well to the receiver.
Please see if you have any solution to this.

So then I do these cmds which produce the exact same error/reply just above; Unable to load..:

So then I copy soht.properties to C root and do:

Try again.. same problem.
Then I do cmd:

does nothing, retry the other commands same thing (either nothing or those same replies)
Then I read (http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5384879) someone had the same problem as I and they solved it by uninstalling all Java/reboot/ then install JDK 6 Update 14 with NetBeans 6.5.1 start NetBeans and then it worked for them.
So I unistalled all Java, rebooted and gave the cmd another try (before re-installing), now a new error, of course:
C:\062>java -jar soht-client-0.6.2.jar
'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Then I install Java SE and NetBeans Cobundle (JDK 6u14 and NB 6.5.1) Final Release/ reboot/ open Netbeans/
go to test java page; all is good, run cmds again -and still nothing..
C:\062>java -version
java version "1.6.0_14"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_14-b08)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 14.0-b16, mixed mode, sharing)
I reassociate program with: C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.007\bin\javaw.exe_
same thing.. nothing

Taggert77_: I have never used NetBeans. I only installed it in the bundle as I had read on another post that somehow installing the bundle magically helped another user with the same problem (he didn't know why it worked after that either).
Before XP SP3 I was able to execute .jar file through cmd prompt. Now I am not.

The proper cmd is simply: java -jar soht-client-0.6.2.jar
I did give your cmd a try, and it produced nothing :( (just like the other correct cmds)

Well you can sync your iPod/iPhone to yur computer or laptop then take the photos off of your iPod like taking photos of of a SD card (from a normal camera) or off of a USB..! Good Luck. plz tick this saying This solved my question if it helps you.

I can not print a pdf file that was sent in an email. I get an adobe error message that it can not print with an ok to check and when i do I get another adobe error message that says I did not select a page to print. I have downloaded the latest adobe download. I forwarded the email to my husband and he printed the document just fine.

This first question which comes to mind is how do you display the pdf file in the browser?
For this the browser uses a plug in (e.g. adobe reader) which already has the ability to print the pdf file. Depending on the version of your plug in, printing is started differently.

OmniDiskSweeper is a free utility that checks HD space.
FreeSpace cost $1 or is a free utility that checks HD space.
SpaceControl is a free utility that checks HD space.

Since upgrading to windows 8.1 I can not see any local files in the files window.

I have recently upgraded to windows 8.1 and can no longer see my local files in the files window. All remote files for all remote sites are visable.
If I change sites under local view get error thet dreamweaver can not update cache

I honestly don't know if DW CS5 is compatible with Win 8.1. The OS compatibility FAQ only mentions DW CS6 & CC.

Can not select a PDF file in the file uploader window after clicking the Browse... button for a file type input element.

After upgrading to 5 (this worked in 4) I can not select a PDF file in the File Upload dialog that appears when I click the Browse button next to an HTML file type input element. The specific HTML element source code has the attribute: ACCEPT="image/*". I can select image files such as jpg, png, tiff, etc. But not PDF. This worked great in Furefox 4 and works in the latest version of Safari.
The HTML code for the form element is:
INPUT TYPE="file" NAME="file_1" ACCEPT="image/*" SIZE=35
The File Upload dialog lists all files with PDF extension as dimmed and not selectable in Firefox 5.

Unfortunately we couldn't solve the problem. Our IT specialist checked it with SAP directly. SAP doesn't support the SAP KW solution anymore. Therefore we checked-in the document in ".doc"-Format.

What is your operating system?
You don't need Acrobat to view PDF files; can you post a screenshot of that message?
Also, is this a local or online PDF? If online, in what browser?

Although you used the new USB 3.0 port, the actual connection speed is still USB2.0, as the iPod Dock connector, does not have the 10 times faster USB3.0 signal pins, the connection speed is still 480Mbits/s
I assumed that you have tried the other USB 2.0 port to no success..
Can you do the iPod Disk diagnostic as posted earlier by tt2, it wont fix your problem, but helps in troubleshooting.
