Can not share

Hi
I finished my move but now I can not shear when I click on the shear button all I get is a bar with nothing in it, I have restarted iMove and the Mac but still can not shear?
Any idea.

Problem:
I cannot create a QuickTime movie from a project. It tells me the (when I go to the choose location and setting window) “Export Settings Invalid” and I cannot do anything in that window except to the back button. The preset dropdown is empty.
Please see the pciture.
I can not share with a Mac right now and need to do so.

As I said in your earlier thread, your hard drive is very full, so make sure you've given it a fresh defrag so that all of your free space is contiguous. (Deleting tmp and other junk files is also a good idea, per the maintenance regimen in my books in and in our FAQs.)
Your panel seems awful small. Does resizing it larger make any difference in the number of options that are available?
I see you have the latest version of Quicktime. That's good.
But you may need to uninstall and reinstall Premiere Elements. It appears that something didn't quite take.

New Adobe Photoshop elements 11-can not share pictures. I do use AOL email. Get error of "Elements 11 Organ. has stopped working, I have looked into sharing tab and my only option is Adobe email settings. I do have outlook set up to work on computer run

I can not share my project

I can not use "share" function in FCPX, it is inactive. I can not share my project.

All:
i had the same problem...i went to applications, and threw FCPX app in the trash and deleted it. Then logged back in to apple store and reinstalled the app. Now I can share. All the options were greyed out before. I do have MacKeeper, that could have been the issue. I didnt do anything with MacKeeper...jsut reinstalled FCPX. Now I am good. Just FYI

I can not share any document as Email Attachment in OSX Mountain Lion

Since the time I have installed OSx Mountain Lion. I am having this problem. I can not share any file, like a word file or pdf file as Email Attachment.
I could do in in Lion earlier.
I open a file > share > as Email attachment. It is not working
Anyone having the same problem.

Thx a lot mcsound , this really resolved this issue.
1. Now if I go to file>share>Email as attachemnt can be selected but still share> Email as link is not selectable
2. I had one more issue, when I compose Email, I go to attach>select pdf file> choose file and try and send pdf attachment in Email from apple mail, the reciver does not get the pdf attachment, just get the plain Email. . But if I try and attach word or excel file, it goes well.
Now if I open gmail in my browser and attache pdf file, it goes well to the receiver.
Please see if you have any solution to this.

It appears that I can not share documents between my iMacs and mac air without first opening document in an IOS device. Is this correct? If so then iCloud for me is a giant step backward especially since idisk will be discontinued next year.

My ipad 4 will not sync my photos i took with my cannon digital camera, it worked 1 week ago and now will not??If in put it under video on the ipad i can not share or email.

Had an Ipad 2 from Christmas 2011, used a digital camera to record video, a cannon ELPH series, I put the video in my Iphoto on my mac book pro and WAS able to sync them to my photo on my IPAD. The little photo with the camera icon on it was great no problems.!!! Then I was not able to do this any more, I had to drop the video into the video icon on the ipad from my itunes accunt, however you can not send the video to any one from the ipad like you can under the photo Icon, the buffering was also bad. I got a new Ipad 4 for Christmas and again I was able to sync video when i connected it to my ipad and video i recorded with the cannon camera from halloween showed up GREAT!!! This was stored on my Ipad under the Photo Icon and I can send an email, imessage, etc with the vieo. Fast forward another week put my Christmas videos on my mac book pro and when i plugged my ipad to my mac book to sync in it again did not work, it would not sync the video to my photos, though I JUST did it a week earlier and it worked (those videos are still on the IPAD 4 and work fine). Why can I not do it now, I can drop the video into the video Icon on the IPAD and watch, but you can not send it anywhere as if u had it stored under the photo icon.???

What is the file name of the video(s) you want to sync?
Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

Can not share or save ps touch ipad

hello,I am new to using this app. I have an iPad air 2 and I and trying to save or share my retouched photos (ps touch) but the share option is frayed out. It also says it is saved but it will not save to my photo roll. Can someone please help? I am beyond frustrated.

That's weird. You should have the option available even before selecting a project for export.

IMac can not share internet with new MBP

I just purchased a 13" MBP(10.5.7)and wanted to update software, register, etc. I'm trying to share the internet from my G5 iMac(10.5.7). With airport turned on,I've turned on internet sharing from ethernet to airport on the imac but the Radar icon does not display the "arrow" to show that the iMac is acting like a base station. The firewall setting in the security pref. is set to allow all incoming connections. i keep trying different combinations of settings but the only change is a light gray "monitor" icon on the airport radar in the tool bar. ( and I can't seem to repeat that)The new MBP sees the iMac in the airport drop down menue but does not connect, it says it needs a password but none was established on the imac. When opening safari is says not connected to internet. I've read many post regarding sharing but I must admit I'm confused. I thought this was supposed to be simple.

I have done those things. I tried the same with an older ibook and three clicks and the airport icon showed an arrow (signaling it now is a base station) no problem but not on either of the leopard machines. is there a problem with sharing using leopard?
When I set the imac to share the ethernet connection and choose by airport the red Button changes to green. the preference window says "sharing your ethernet connection" but no change at the icon on the upper right menu bar. (I've always thought it changes to an arrow over the "radar" icon) if I close the sharing window and then reopen it or turn the airport on/off the internet sharing box becomes unchecked and sharing is turned off. I can't seem to get the radar icon to change and the sharing settings to stay "set".

Macbook Pro running Snow leaopard can not share screen with Mac Pro running lion with "Back to my Mac"

Anyone else? When I use back to my mac, I can get access to the files on my desktop, BUT, I can't screen share. Screen share is sleected in settings and everything I know to check is set up right. Back to my Mac ir running on both machines using the same sign in.
Any ideas?

Once you get yourself back to Snow Leopard, if you still want to upgrade somewhat, I would suggest the following:
1. Get an external hard drive that you can use for experiments with new OS versions. You could partition it into 2 or 3 partitions. You could then clone your existing Snow Leopard system to one partition using Carbon Copy Cloner (well worth $40) or SuperDuper ($25).
2. Buy OS X Mountain Lion for $20, through the Apple online store (I don't think it's available through the App Store). Apple has decided to make it very difficult for anyone to get Mavericks unless they have already downloaded it.
You will receive two e-mails from Apple, one containing a PDF with a redemption code, and one with the password you will need to unlock the PDF. Using the code, you will download Mountain Lion from the App Store, where it will appear among your Purchased items.
After ML finishes downloading, its installer app will launch itself. When you see this launch screen, QUIT the install app immediately! Go to your applications folder, find the Install OS X Mountain Lion app, and copy it to a safe location outside of your Applications folder. Keeping one or more copies will allow you to reinstall without unnecessary aggravation if you later need or want to do that. At this point, you can re-launch the Installer in the Applications folder and let it run. You can install it on a clean partition on your external HD, or you can allow it to upgrade the Snow Leopard clone you created on your external drive, or you can do both. This should allow you to test how everything works for as long as you like.
3. If you left yourself a free partition on your test drive, try a clean install of Yosemite and set everything up from scratch (do not migrate anything). This will allow you to see whether your problems with it were related to something in your Snow Leopard system.

Can Not Share via private web link

I upgraded to the premium package yesterday and now I can't get my photos to share via private web link. I get as far as "email link" and when I click on it nothing happens. Prior to the upgrade, it would automatically pop up my email page and I would just send to the contact person. It worked perfectly fine until I did the upgrade to premium package. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You make perfect sense but the behaviour does not
I must ask this: Did you change your email set-up at all as this might affect your adoberevel email? Otherwise, changing to premium should not change how your email share behaves.
I will have someone do a quick check on your account to see if perchance there is some strange anomaly occurring.

Jabber for Android officially supports receive BFCP video sharing on TAB devices (normally used for Android Tablets without native calling capability).
The Jabber for Android 10.6 release enters a beta trial on receiving BFCP video sharing on BOT devices (normally used for Android smartphones and phablets)

Home sharing on but, can not share from laptop to desktop.

I am trying to share songs from my iTunes account to my husbands. I am on my Macbook and he is on the desktop. We both followed the directions given through iTunes but we are still unable to import from each other. His library opens completely on my iTunes ,but my library is showing a locked symbol in his iTunes. Can anyone help us???

TS3276 from iphoto can not share photos via email

error message says "The email server didn’t recognize your username/password combination."
had previously been able to share photos from iphoto via email. Did not change any settings and cant do so now.

When I try to share photos via email, iPhoto says the server does not recognize the username/password combination.
Use your iCloud Mail account, when mailing from iPhoto and not email or similar. Sending using iPhoto as Mail client is more robust, if the send "From" in the outgoing mail is set to your iCloud account.
