Can not sign in with Apple ID

I have just bought an Air. While trying to setup it will not let me sign in with my Apple ID. The message displayed is: "Couldn't sign in because of server error. Try signing in again" I registered my air online using my iPhone hoping that this would help but it still will not sign in.

Did you already activate iCloud on your IOS device using that same apple ID?
"To create an iCloud account you need an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with iOS 5, or a Mac with OS X Lion v10.7"

I see your paid subscription associated with the same Adobe ID you were able to post on these forums with.
You may want to double-check to make sure there are no typos in either the username or password as you entered it.
Could you also let us know if you're getting an error message and how are you trying to access the service?

You can not create an iCloud account using a PC, set the account up on a Mac or an iPhone/iPad, then you will be able to sign into it on your PC.

TS1368 itunes on my new alienware laptop acts as if the computer is not connected. (which it is) can not sign in with my itunes username and password. itunes help even pops up with "your computer is not connected to the internet"....

so in other words, I can NOT sign in on my account, much less authorize this laptop. can't even access help. have downloaded the latest itunes software, checked my firewall settings etc.... (the itunes help window even opens up with "itunes help is unavailable because your computer is not connected to the internet". granted I am basically computer illiterate, in other words if something isnt working my knowledge is pretty limited with tweaking things. On an Alenware laptop, this issue is often older drivers on the Bigfoot networking card.
Head to the drivers and downloads page for your model of Alienware at Dell. Check for newer versions of the drivers for your Bigfoot card. If you're behind and you update, can you get through to the Store (or Help) now?

I just upgrade ios 7 in my iphone 4s. When I restart the phone, it requires apple ID + password . I changed password in between then the machine can not active?

If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must enter the previous Apple ID and password to use the device. If you cannot enter the previous Apple ID and password you will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

Automatic app updates in iOS 8, only when not signed in with Apple ID?

Just updated to iOS 8, and discovered an odd issue, as follows:
One of my favorite additions of iOS 7 was the automatic app updates, because I do not have access to the app store. My app store is locked under restrictions, but with automatic updates I had no need for the app store in order to update my existing apps.
Well, I just updated to iOS 8, and I find that there is only an option for automatic app updates when the app store is open, but as soon as the app store is locked through restrictions, the automatic updates option disappears. And to add to the mystery, the only way to get it back is by SIGNING OUT of my Apple ID. When I do that, the automatic music downloads option disappears, and it is replaced by an option for automatic app updates.
Is this intentional? Why on Earth is there no option for auto updates when signed in, only when signed out? I can't make any sense of it. Any help would be appreciated.

I have also noticed the same "problem". I do not fully understand the impact of using the same ID on multiple computers and devices if I want to keep them all in sync.

Are you sure it's your ID? Activation lock will require the ID and password that was originally used to activate the phone in order to reactivate. If the phone had a previous owner, it's their ID and password that is required, not yours.
