Can not sign shell pdf
Hi ..
i have created LCES process which render a pdf using renderPDF service . PDF consist of dynamic table .when i try to sign it, it gives error that " can not sign shell pdf...... Operation not supported" .Is there any way to solve this.
Thanks
Niraj
You can Sign a Dynamic Form if you follow these steps:
- Render Dynamic form XDP + XML with Forms
If you template does not have s Signature Field
- Add Invisible Field with Digital Signatures
- Sign the Signature Field you want with either Certify or Sign service.
It works.
But be aware that Dynamic forms have a bunch of rules, such as not having apearence or values changing javascript, having Javascript run on manual instead of the default automatic, having no event triggered server calls (database connections, Webservice consulting and so on) among others.

I have installed Reader, however I can not download any PDF's
I have installed Reader, however I can not download any PDF's as I keep getting a message that I have not signed the agreement. There were no places in which to do that and I can not figure out how to go back and sign it. When I try to follow the instructions, it will not let me sign anything or take me to the spot where I should sign. Can you help?
Have you opened Reader from Start>All programs (on Windows) or Applications (on Mac) yet?

I can not export a PDF to word. What should I do?
I can not export a PDF to word. What should I do? Do I have to cancel my subscription? Please answer me.!!
I already paid all!Hi wishborne,
I'm here to help! Are you unable to log in to ExportPDF, or unable to convert files once you're logged in? I tried to check your order history, but don't see any orders under the email address that you use here. Did you perhaps sign up using a different email address, or sign up via Adobe Reader?
I look forward to hearing back from you. We will get to the bottom of this.
Best,

Can we sign a PDF with AD ID & date & time stamp?
Can we sign a PDF with AD ID & date & time stamp?
So what you really want is for your signature's appearance to contain user's ID and signing time. To do that you sign PDF with a regular digital signature and apply custom appearance to it. The "Sign" dialog contains "Appearance" field that has a drop-down list on the right which lists all available appearances and a "Create New Appearance" button. The standard/default signature appearance already contains signing time. You can create a custom appearance that includes additional information that you want to appear there. If you want your username to appear in the signature appearance you create an image file that contains your username and add this image to your custom appearance.
Multiple users can definitely sign the same PDF. Usually the signing certificate owner's name appears in the certificate itself and is included in the standard/default signature appearance. This is not Windows username but still identifies the signer, IMO better than Windows username. I do not think you want to disclose your password by placing it in the signature appearance.
You keep mixing two completely different and unrelated concepts: authentication and signing. I still do not understand what exactly you mean by "authentication". It has nothing to do with signature. -
I was using a Mac Book Pro 15" supplied with Snow Leopard. I have created an ID and used it to purchase apps such as Aperture. After buying an iPhone 5S, I wanted to share the contacts and was suggested by the seller to upgarde the Snow Leoprad to Maverics and use the iCloud. After installing the Maverics following happened:
- I can use iCloud and share the contacts, mission completed
- the Mac is running slow, really slow (as an old pc)
- Aperture can not be used, a major problem since all of my photos are stroed on an external disk via Apeture
- I can not sign in to App Sore to refresh my purchases and see if there is an update for Aperture
- I tried to sign in by clicking the forgot password and entering my ID (e-mail address) but have received no mail - total mistery
- I also see that the HP 7610 printer icon is not active and assume that will also be a problem
What should I do? I need a fast running computer. I need Aperture, all of my private and business photos are accessible only via Aperture. I can sign in with the same ID/password on an iPad. The problem is obviously due to installing the Maverics. I do not have a time machine/capsule.
Urgently need support, please help.

Just for the record, you should enter your Apple ID ([email protected]) and password...
Provided you did that and it doesn't work:
You're using an account with parental control active?
Do other logins with your Apple ID work? E.g. icloud.com, iTunes, ...?
Correction: I did correctly enter my Apple ID and its password. And there are no parental controls.
But I found a fix: I went to the Featured page and it showed me as logged in. I clicked the Account link and in the pop-up for that entered my Apple ID and Password. Now I can once again see my Purchases.
It would seem to have been some undue delay or glitch at the Apple server end. -
When I try to sign in with my Apple ID and password, it says I can not sign in. To check my network connection and try again.
I am connected to my home wifi network. Why can't I sign in??Not sure, but iAd Producer probably has nothing to do with this.
Did you try posting in a forum that discusses iPhone, or FaceTime, or networking?
I searched and this looks like the best fit : https://discussions.apple.com/community/iphone/using_iphone

Any solution ?
I'm using iOS 6.1.2 IPad 3
RegardsI have also noticed the same "problem". I do not fully understand the impact of using the same ID on multiple computers and devices if I want to keep them all in sync.

I can not print a pdf file that was sent in an email. I get an adobe error message that it can not print with an ok to check and when i do I get another adobe error message that says I did not select a page to print. I have downloaded the latest adobe download. I forwarded the email to my husband and he printed the document just fine.
This first question which comes to mind is how do you display the pdf file in the browser?
For this the browser uses a plug in (e.g. adobe reader) which already has the ability to print the pdf file. Depending on the version of your plug in, printing is started differently.

Ps: which jdev version do you use? -

After upgrading to 5 (this worked in 4) I can not select a PDF file in the File Upload dialog that appears when I click the Browse button next to an HTML file type input element. The specific HTML element source code has the attribute: ACCEPT="image/*". I can select image files such as jpg, png, tiff, etc. But not PDF. This worked great in Furefox 4 and works in the latest version of Safari.
The HTML code for the form element is:
INPUT TYPE="file" NAME="file_1" ACCEPT="image/*" SIZE=35
The File Upload dialog lists all files with PDF extension as dimmed and not selectable in Firefox 5.
Can you help?Hi Purush
Unfortunately we couldn't solve the problem. Our IT specialist checked it with SAP directly. SAP doesn't support the SAP KW solution anymore. Therefore we checked-in the document in ".doc"-Format. -
I loaded adobe reader and I can not open a pdf file. It keeps telling me I need adobe acrobat.
What is your operating system?
You don't need Acrobat to view PDF files; can you post a screenshot of that message?
Also, is this a local or online PDF? If online, in what browser? -

I have payed for Adobe acrobat pro for one year and it is valid to november 2015, but now i can not convert a pdf document to a word format, why ?
Hi m_karhulinna,
If you have Acrobat Pro, you can save directly to Word format from within Acrobat by choosing File > Save as Other > Microsoft Word > Word Document.
(It sounds like you may be trying to use the ExportPDF online service, which is separate from Acrobat, and not necessary in your case.)

Hello, I have transferred my Acrobat XI Pro from old MAC to the new one. After the transfer can not open any PDF file. Any idea how to solve this?
Hey ilyaz20360341,
Could you please specify how exactly did you transfer Acrobat from one MAC to other.
You might need to deactivate the software from your old machine and then activate it on the new one with the same serial number (for Acrobat license) or Adobe credentials (for Acrobat subscription).
If you have done the same way, then let me know if you are able to open Acrobat itself.
Do you get any specific error message while opening a PDF?
Hope to get your response.
Regards,
Anubha
