Can not turn on computer, blue screen an clock it's the only thing I get
After last turn off, I have tried to turn on my MacBook Pro, but the only thing I can get is the blue screen with the logo and the pinning clock, nothing else, need some advise, what could I do?
Thanks, but i tried as you suggested, the progress bar on the bottom just filled up to a 1/3 of it, then went like before, blue screen with logo and the timing clock... Any other suggestion?? Thanks

You may try booting your Mac in Safe Boot, as it can resolve many issues that may prevent a successful login.

the only thing I get is the Apple symbol on my TV screen and the led light on the Apple TV blinks.

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore. -
I just purchased an iPad air, everything is working properly except my bookmarks. They transferred but my only option is to add. In other words I can see my old bookmarks but when I press on one the only option I get is add. Can somebody help me.
Safari: The bookmarks are under the little book icon left of the + icon.

I was updating my iPod Touch 5 iOS from Ver 7.0.3 to Ver 7.0.4 and myiPod locked up. I can not reset or restore the unit. The only thing it will do is show me a graphic of thr lightning cable facing up to an arrow and then to a circular blue iTunes icon. I interpert this to mean "connect the iPod to my computer thru the USB cable while iTunes is running. I do this and nothing changes. Total lock up. Any ideas?

If you set a Boot/EFI password and forgot it the only people that can help you is Apple. Take your Mac to an Apple store with proof of ownership.

I can not turn my nano 6th generation ipod on... the screen is black and will not do anything.
Please help! The have had the nano on charge for a day, and it will not turn on.
I plug it in to iTunes, and iTunes does recognize it........... and says it is syncing.. and says when it is done... but, I can not do a thing with the nano ... I try the reset thing... holding the Volume down and the sleep/wake button...at the same time... and hold for 8 seconds... and nothing!I am currently having this same problem. Can not turn suggestions on in main window box, works on bar only
down loaded new FF - changed Yahoo page for blank - set FF as new home page - now suggestions only work on search bar only - can not find out how to turn suggestions on in main window search box - online help windows show 2 blue f boxes in tool bar which I no longer have on my tool bar - they disappeared when I switched out the Yahoo home page. Can I not have FF with suggestions as my home page or do I have to run it the way it was down loaded?
The about:home page with a Google search bar doesn't and can't show suggestions.<br />

I got a request from apple to update my itunes and while uploading the update, the program gave an error message and now I can not open my itunes and fear that all my music etc is gone? what do I do to correct this problem?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

I wanted to update version 4.1 to 4.3 but when i did it then the message came to restore it i also restore it then loading started and it was completed more than 75 % but then it gave an error of 1015. then i unplugged iphone and turn it on but it showed to connect with itunes i again connect it with itunes but it chowed again came message to restore i again did it but error occurs ?
You can't update to 4.3 any more. It's no longer signed by Apple.
The error you cite (1015) is indicative of jailbreaking or otherwise modifying the phone.
You can not get help here per the Terms of Service.
Try google or elsewhere or buy a phone you can use. -
I recently took pictures at a family outing and all the pictures appear on my camera roll but when I click on about 5 of the pictures they all pull up as a white screen even though I can see the picture on the camera roll. How do I get these to pull up when clicked on ? I have completely shut the phone off twice thinking this would reset pictures but it has not made a difference. What can I DO??
My sister's 5s is having the same issue since yesterday.
Neither resetting via holding home+power buttons helped, nor the "reset all settings" in the settings. The only option left is erasing the iPhone and setting it up as a new phone ( or restoring from a backup?) -
I have an IMAC that uses OSX maverick (10.9..) I cannot connect to the internet because my airport card is turned off. Click the Wi-Fi icon in your Mac's menu bar.
If it looks like this, it's off:
Click it and select Turn Wi-Fi On.
