Creative Cloud is a terrific service, but, I can't use all these apps because I either don't need or want them, or, I can't understand how to do things with them. The only app I am able to make any use of is the Premiere program with Encoder and Encore.
Is it possible to subscribe only to Premiere for a much reduced monthly payment ??????

Let's see, full Cloud access to all 17 apps $ 34.64 including taxes and exchange rate - number of apps 17 - only 1 of which I vaguely understand how to use and want
for a total cost this first year's subscription of $ 415.44 - which then doubles for the 2nd year.
Arguably --- $ 34.64 divided by 17 = $ 2.04 per app
but apparently I would have to pay about $ 23.08 for just the one premiere pro CS6 app ?
That's $ 276.96 for the 1st year, then the 2nd year doubles in cost from that.
I can upgrade from PP CS5.5 to PP CS6 for $ 172.06 and save a tonne of money I don't have.
Ok - Creative Cloud does NOT work for me -- the way they price it --- really really really really really really really really really really really sucks
The Creative Cloud services would be terrific IF I could understand and use all those apps, but, for just the one and only app I can vaguely understand and use - the cost really sucks.
but i gotta give them credit for figuring all that out so they're the big winners no matter what we do nor how bad their programs are. -
Can not use itunes or app store

1. Check time and time zone settings
Settings>General>Date &Time>Set Automatically>On
2. Sign out and sign in again
Settings>iTunes and App Store>Apple ID>Sign Out -

I can not use the game apps in face book and i have downloaded the firefox 4 times

Go to settings->general->touch id and pass code. There you can toggle on the use touch id to purchase apps. You do have to put your password in the first time to initiate touch id to purchase apps.
Also when your iPhone dies you have to renter the password again just like you have to enter the pass code when you unlock your iPhone.

I can not use anymore the App Store on my mac.
When I open it it just remains gray. With the A symbol visible but if I click on the different bottoms nothing happens.

VickyTest after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
Log out or restart the computer.
Step 2
Remove or disable "LittleSnitch" or any similar third-party software that blocks outgoing network connections according to the developer's instructions.
Step 3
Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode.)
Step 4
If possible, connect to a different network and test.
Step 5
There are reports that resetting the PRAM may solve the problem in some cases. I can't confirm. -

When I use my IPhone 4S to view the Shaw Go Movie Central App when I am at home I only use WiFi which is automatic, I start watching a show and sometimes I will get a message like "you can not use your cellular for video playback" or something close to that. Then I received an email from Telus saying I had used my 3G instead of Wi-Fi using 75% of my data. How can this happen when I'm on Wi-Fi at home? If it switched to 3G for some reason I should have been disconnected and not just transferred to 3G network using up my data. What is the fix for this??
It doesn't have to be that complicated, Verizon iPhones come unlocked, just tell VZ you're going on Holiday/Traveling and suspend the service, no need to pay for service if you're not going to be using it. Pick up local SIM cards in the countries of your choosing, pop them in, re-activate iMessage and you're set!
I recommend getting a SIM card from the Three network in England, they have great EU roaming rates and free like-home roaming in Italy.
Set your phone's region to match the country you're in, it'll save from some headaches when calling local/international numbers.
To answer your questions,
1. If you choose not to have a local SIM card, it is good to keep your phone in Airplane mode to save battery.
2. Make sure the two iPhones have different names to reduce sync/restore issues.
3. If husband has an iPhone also, you can chat with iMessage/Facetime, just give him heads up about the new number you'll have. Otherwise, use Whatsapp if he's got an Android. You can activate Whatsapp with your American number or the international number if you choose to get a SIM in Europe.
Also, Get the MagicJack app and/or Google Hangouts, both of those apps provide you with free calling to the USA and Canada using any internet connection. Google Voice is another good way to SMS across the seas.

Did you try to change the location in Settings/iTunes & AppStore/AppleID -> view Apple ID, log in ->Country/Region -> India?

We have read that any apps that use the google map app (removed by ios6) will not work. We have lost a great camping app for this reason, and have heard that some weather apps are not working either. The company line we've been given is it's up to the app developer to rewrite their apps. ***** doesn't it.
