Can only launch once then crashes.
After installing Soundbooth launched once just fine. Then when I closed it I launced it a second time and it wouldn't launch. I went in and deleted the data under ...App Data/Roaming/Adobe/Soundbooth/ from instructions in another post, and I was able to launch it once again. But when I closed Soundbooth and tried to launch a second time it crashed again. The loading screen comes up then dissapears with no error.

Can't launch the organizer in Elements 13. "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." This happed with Elements 11, too.

Do you have any version of Premiere Elements 13 or only Photoshop Elements 13 which comes with Elements Organizer 13?
Let us look at the following for Elements Organizer 13....
1. Deletion of disabling the Elements Organizer 13 setting file which is named psa.prf. In Windows 7, 8, o 8.1 64 bit, it is found in the
path
Local Disk C
Users
Owner
AppData
Roaming
Adobe
Elements Organizer
13.0
Organizer
and in the Organizer Folder is the psa.prf file that you delete or disable by renaming it from psa.prf to psa.prfOLD.
2. If the above gains you successful entry into the Elements Organizer 13, then you can
a. create a new catalog
and/or
b. repair or optimize the current one
See Elements Organizer 13/File Menu/Manage Catalogs/Catalog Manager.
3. There are times that certain formats will bring the Elements Organizer down when you try to import those formats into
it. But, from what you wrote, your current problems do not sound media related.
3. At your earliest opportunity, please update Elements Organizer 13 to 13.1 using its Help Menu/Updates.

Condition type PR00 can only be used once
Hi Experts,
Im faced with a strange problem. Request your help in resolving it.
I tried to create my own pricing procedure by copying from RVAA01. Then i deleted all the steps and created my own steps. But when im trying to save the document, it says PR00 can only be used once. I deleted this condition type and tried to save it, it again says K004 can only be used once. Even after deleting all the earlier conditions which i copied from RVAA01, why am i getting this error.

Sarat.You have deleted a row (i.e. condition type, say PR00).
After that click icon "Save".
Then when you create condition type PR00, system shall accept it.
Currently, you are deleting a condition type (PR00) but it is still "in memory" of the pricing procedure. You can not create the same condition type more than once in a pricing procedure. Therefore you can not create PR00 again & you are getting the error message.
First remove PR00 from the memory of the pricing procedure by clicking "Save", & then you can re-enter the same cond type. -
I've had two lapstops die within the last seven months. Last time I had to "deauthorize" all five computers, then re-up, since I couldn't deauthorize from the dead laptop. Now I need to go through it all again, but I understand that this can only be done once every 12 months. What else can I do? Can I get into the account and just deauhorize the dead computer?
You can try contacting Apple and explain that you have been using Windows PCs that last only a few months before failing. Perhaps they will make an exception to the 12 month wait.

The problem seems to be that it will not display my devices for selection,On a mac you can send the photos to imovie, iphoto, or iDVD if you have that. The only kind of video disc PSE can make (on either platform) is the horrible VCD format, which was never very good and is fast becoming obsolete. It's getting harder to find dvd players that can read that format.

Firefox just changed out of nowhere. I can only open firefox once... I used to have atleast 2 browsers up using them both on different sites, but now I can't have but one firefox browser up (not tabs, but firefox pages) Also when I am trying to upload images on ebay or any other site nothing happens... nothing pops up. I click it over and over and nothing even pops up. This is exactly what happens with the firefox browser in my first question... I can click the firefox icon a million times and nothing comes up. My tabs are all gone and it doesn't show anything like I had before this all changed? Did I reset everything some how? I do not recall clicking anything to go back... I do remember clicking an update because it kept poping up so I did it and that is the last thing I remember before this happened! UGHHH!
As I asked previously are you able to have tabs open as a window by using the right clicking option ?

I am trying to authorise my new macbook air for i-tunes and it won't let me. I try to de-authorise all the other computers and it says I can only do this once a year and have to wait until the 7th Feb. It does not give me an option to authorise this computer
Always remember to 'de-authorize' you computer when selling or sending for service. If sending for repairs you might not get the same mother board or HD back and some how this counts as an authorized computer against your count.

In the Adobe form when creating an alternative I've discovered that it can only be used once.
Is this correct?
I've created an alternative e.g. name = FLAG_IS_X condition flag = X.
When I use the alternative 'FLAG_IS_X' the first time it works as required.
However, when I use it a second time on the form it does not work at all.
Does this mean that a different alternative with the same condition has to be created even though the condition you want to use is the same?

Well I stumble it seems on the same 'issue' . I have 3 master pages and have the requirement to put a watermark on it depending on the status. The first master is in portrait and contains the contact details, the second master page contains the line items and is in landscape and the third one contains the totals and is back portrait.
First I had only one alternative and used it on the 3 masterpage to check if the watermark had to be printed. In this case it was only correct for the first page (contact-info) the rest all received the mark although they should not.
Then I made 3 altenatives (one for each type of master page) all checking the same condition.
This way it was correct for page 1 (contacts), the first page of the items (the two others had the watermark although they should not - so not correct) and the last page with the totals.
In my case the contacts-page and totals-page can only have a page-count of 1 but I'm almost sure that if they could have a page count of 2 or more then only the first page would be correctly printed.
Is this a bug you think?

Probably not possible at all, but if it is, it's with a DRM product which costs thousands of dollars.

The app is not gone, it is impossible to remove it from the device.
Check all home screens and folders.
If you are unable to find it, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.

I just purchased harry potter and the deathly hallows digital copy but i just synced my ipod and its not there. i went back to get the copy again and its says the code can only be used once. Applecare can only be registered once?

Just wondering if you can help me out? A few months back I bought Applecare for my Macbook pro. After finding it a bit cheaper elsewhere i called up Apple to let them know and they told me that they couldnt refund me so if i wanted it at the cheaper price i was to cancel and repurchase. Fine.
So i cancelled and waited months for my refund. I have since got the refund and was then informed by customer relations that i can no longer register my product for applecare anymore as it can only be registered once.
Can anyone shed any light on this? I am really annoyed as i was advised by someone at Apple to do that! Had i known i wouldnt have cancelled.
I also asked the customer relations rep (michelle, i think her name was) about escalating my complaint as i found that to be totally unfair i was told to cancel and should be able to repurchased and was told she could give me an address but i "would be wasting my time" as the letter would be directed back at her.
Surely the buck doesnt stop at this customer relations rep?
any advice is welcome. im really worried now as my 1 year runs out really soon.
