Can packaging save as draft?

Hi Develope exports,
   My B1 Ver. 2007B(PL13). I fond that till this version, Packaging can't save as draft.
   I create an A/R Invoice and save it as draft ,with a  Packaging appended.  When I open the Invoice draft, right click and reopen packaging form, it shows nothing.  I must have to refill all the packing details.
  Even on Delivery Document, the packaging can't save as draft.
   It doesn't make sense . Will it be fix up by next PL?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
You would be able to save a sales order as draft only while the add button is active that is you haven't added the sales order. Once you have added a sales order in the system, the save as draft button would be disabled. However, as you say that you have duplicated the sales order, before adding, you should be abe to save tat order as draft. if this is not the case, i think you need to raise a ticket to sap. Try searchin for SAP Notes on the same.
Thanks,
Joseph

    How can you save a draft SMS on X3-02 ?
    Can't seem to find an option to do this  ...  Lost message typed half way  when I got out of the editor to check the calendar.
    Am I missing something or has Nokians obsoleted this function on the latest S40 platform ?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hi all,
    Like sudude here pointed out that's one way of leaving text as "draft" to message editor. Or you can also select Options > More > Exit editor to do the same. And, next time when you select Create message that previous text should be there as it was left.
    But there is also another option to start writing SMS's - with Notes application. Select Menu > Apps > Notes. Write a note and save it. Then for that note select Options > Send note > Send as message. Now your note is copied to message editor and you can send it or further edit and then send. Neat thing here is that when you use Notes application, text can be saved for later editing or use.

  • New messages not recorded in Sent file.  Can't save to drafts

    New MacBook, Tiger. Searched forum without success. Asked other Mac users without success. Please help if you can.
    I run my own mail server (postfix, courier imap). Mail using thunderbird and the same settings works flawlessly. When I use Mac's mail program new messages aren't saved to draft periodically as I compose and I get an error about that. New messages get successfully sent; but, are not posted to the sent folder.
    The [preferences - accounts - mailbox behavior sent - store messages on server] is checked.
    I connect to my mail server over ssh and forward ports 25 and 993 for uber-security reasons. I haven't tested to see if this is effecting this problem.
    Any thoughts?

    Where do server-stored mailboxes appear in Mail? Do they appear as subfolders of the account’s Inbox maybe?
    If server-stored mailboxes appear as subfolders of the account’s Inbox in Mail, this account requires INBOX to be typed in Preferences > Accounts > Advanced > IMAP Path Prefix for Mail to manage and display its mailboxes properly. After having done that, Mail should be able to save messages on the server, but maybe in a mailbox different from where you want them to be. To fix that, select the desired folder in Mail and choose the appropriate option from Mailbox > Use This Mailbox For.

  • Save As Draft  for UDO

    Hai ...
       I have using SAP Business One 2005 . PL-39.  I Need to Create the Document Draft for UDO Screen. Is it able to Create ???
    How to Use the     Save As Draft Menu( File->Save as Draft)  for our UDO Screen. ???
    Thanks & Regards
          Madhu ..

    You can not save a draft of a UDO document using the standard SBO "Save as Draft"mechanism.
    I'f you want to achieve this - you'll have to create "Draft Tables" for your UDO, save it to the "Draft Tables" and reload it using your own search mechanism. It will be a lot of work, but it's the only way you will be able to create draft UDO documents...
    Hai ,
           How to create Draft Table for UDO Screen.?
    How to Reload from Draft Table to UDO Table. ? Our SAP Given any Option? Give the Sample Code for that.

  • Can i save a query in one package and later can i move it into another ....

    can i save a query in one package and then can i move it into another package? if yes what is the procedure? if no, why? if yes , after moving can i see that query in one package or both? plzzzzzzzz  its urgent....

    I'm not sure about Queries, but most (all) development objects can be reassigned. This is done in transaction SE09. Press the icon with the hammer. On next screen mark node which says something like:
    change object entry, or something like it.
    and press execute button.
    On the next screen enter the object R3TR and object name for Queries. In the input field fill in the name of the Query and press F8. On the final screen you can change the package assignment.
    You could possibly also do this via menu of the query screen itself. Must be somewhere in the menu (object entry, object directory, or....).
    If you have done this, you will see the query no longer in the old package, but only in the new one.
    Good luck.

  • IMAP - can't save drafts, can't see sent messages

    Hi
    I set up two email accounts as IMAP when we moved to a new server - they used to be POP3 accounts. Now I can't save any emails from either of those addresses and there's no record of sent mails either.
    I've been to both sent and draft mailboxes and clicked on 'use this mailbox for' but all options are greyed out so I can't select anything.
    Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions please?
    Thanks for any help
    Caroline

    Oh dear.
    The addresses now save in drafts but in sent. However, more pressing is that the process has knocked out all my saved emails, folders, junk folder. There are now folders that I was using in 2007. Presumably the process has erroneously restored a profile from c 2 years ago. A similar problem happened with MeMobile - my phone data was wiped and replaced with email and contact book (which isn't affected this time) from c2 years ago. MobileMe were not able to establish either the problem nor solution and so I abandoned MobileMe. However, at a guess, this is due to the same problem.
    So, it didn't solve the problem and now I have another one. Any ideas please?

  • Can't save drafts, doesn't save sent mail thru imap account

    I learned what an imap account was when I signed up for my .Mac account. I like the idea of sent mail being saved on the server and shared to all my computers. It saves duplication of effort between the two of us working here. So, I've recently had my web guy switch my old POP account to an imap account. But there's problems.
    Whenever I begin composing an email to be sent through my new imap account, I get a message that says, "This email cannot be saved." I can compose and send the email through that account, I just can't save it to my draft folder. When I hit the "Save as Draft" button, it seems to try to save. The "Save as Draft" button goes gray for a couple of seconds but, afterward, I can't find any trace of a saved draft. There's not even a Draft "mailbox" or subfolder under the main "Drafts" heading. Also, once the letter is sent, it doesn't show up in a sent mail folder, I suppose because, again, there isn't a sent mail subfolder for that account.
    My web guy showed me how in his Thunderbird mail preferences he's asked to choose a folder in which his drafts and sent mail will be saved. I can't find a question like that in the Mac Mail preferences. Even if I were asked where I want the mails to be saved, those folders would have to be on the imap server for the contents to be shared between computers, right?
    Two side notes, there is an inbox for this imap account, just no "Sent" or "Draft" folders and second, I'm on OS X 10.4.10, Mac Mail Version 2.1 (752/752.2).
    Anyway, does anyone have any idea what's going on and how it can be fixed?
    TIA,
    Peter

    Yes! Brilliant! When I followed the first half of your instruction (this account requires INBOX to be typed in Preferences, etc.) the imap server did indeed create the draft folder and when I sent the email it created a sent mail folder. Just what I wanted! Thank you. I'm so grateful!
    OK, now a couple more questions based on things that seem to have started happening as a result of following the first instruction.
    Now, instead of not saving drafts, it's saving two, three or four. Just as an experiment, I tried writing a letter to be sent through Mac.com. As I wrote the letter a draft appeared in the proper draft folder. When I changed the subject or added a recipient, that draft was amended to reflect my changes. In the new imap draft folder a new draft was added each time I made a change. They all went away once I sent the message so I see that as a small problem.
    Second, since I saw the draft and sent mail folders appear, the inbox for that account is acting oddly. The little whirling icon that appears when incoming messages are being checked shows up as expected next to each box (subfolder). In the case of the account where the changes were made, the whirling icon freezes and does not display the number of new messages until I actually click on that subfolder. One other little issue that might be related; mail that appears in the new imap inbox doesn't always appear in the overall inbox (atop all the subfolder inboxes). If I click on that inbox subfolder, the mail will appear.
    Third question/comment, the second half of your email suggested that if I succeeded in getting email to "save messages on the server, but maybe in a mailbox different from where you want them to be. To fix that, select the desired folder in Mail and choose the appropriate option from Mailbox > Use This Mailbox For. " Although it seems to be saving in the right folders I looked at the "Use this mailbox for" command and the choices are grayed out no matter which mailbox I choose, whether it's a subfolder mailbox, a main mailbox or a mailbox folder I've created. I don't care but I'm curious. Is that odd?
    Thanks so much for your help so far! This is just great!!!

  • Re:How can we save the values in drafts

    Hi all,
    I am using jdev 11.1.2.3.0
    My requirement is I have one table as jobsheet.In jobsheet table some fields are mandatory.In this jspx page I have 2 buttons as save and draft.if i entered some data without entering mandatory fields and click the draft button it will saved in draft.if i modified the draft data and then clicks save it will save into the database.so how can i implement the logic.can anyone help me please.
    Thanks,
    G.Shilpa

    This is not that easy.
    First you have to think about where to save the data when the user clicks on draft. Then you have to think about how the data is saved. Finally you have to find out how to get to the data.
    If you have constraints on your DB (which I recommend), that you can't store the data in the table you later want to store the real data as the constraints will not allow this. As we are talking about a multi user environment you have to store multiple sets of data which you need to assign the user who stores the data.
    You can add another table to the db which look the same as the real one but does not have constraints like mandatory applied to it. When the user hits draft you store the data in this table. For the UI you then have to look into the too tables to find out if the user has saved a draft and read it from there if yes.

  • Can't Save Drafts

    Apple Mail won't save anything at all. I can't save drafts in the IMAP accounts, only the pop accounts. Sent messages disappear from the computer. I have toggled on and off and saved the "keep on server" option. It says "Error: The message could not be saved," giving me no information beyond that.

    Hi giantrats, and a warm welcome to the forums!
    Do you have a Drafts folder inside of your IMAP folder? And a Sent folder?
    Not certain, but this can fix myriad Mail problems...
    Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), it will try to repair your Disk Directory while the spinning radian is happening, so let it go, run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, then move these folder & file to the Desktop.
    Move this Folder to the Desktop...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/Mail/
    Move this file to the Desktop...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/Envelope Index
    Reboot.
    If that doesn't help & you can afford to redo any Mail Rules...
    Trash these files...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/... MessageRules.plist and MessageRules.plist
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/... MessageRules.plist and MessageRules.plist.backup

  • Can't save my emails as a draft on msn hotmail

    When I go to my msn hotmail via Firefox, I find that I can't save drafts of any of my emails. I don't have that problem when I'm on msn hotmail via IE. I need an easy-to-understand reply, as I'm not a techie.
    == This happened ==
    Every time Firefox opened
    == 22nd July 2010. Worked OK up until then.

    Hmm, changing the mode to 8 bit with RGB really should do the trick. I would recommend you save your document as a PSD file, close Photoshop and then reopen your file. That might work.
    If not, you can always try exporting your image to JPEG using the “Save for Web” option from the File menu. (It was called “Save for Web & Devices” in CS5 and earlier)
    Just make sure to select the “JPEG High” option from the Preset menu:

  • Can't save any mail as a draft

    I tried to make a draft and safe it in mail and it said error, can't save as a draft.
    Any suggestions?

    First you should copy and paste the contents of the e-mail somewhere else, then try completely quitting out of mail and turning off the computer. Then turn it back on and open mail.
    Mail should save messages you are working on but have not sent to drafts automatically.

  • Can't save mac mail drafts

    When creating a new message in mac mail I cannot save it as a draft as I have been able to do in the past. After writting a message an error will pop up a minute or so later and warn me that I cannot save the file as a draft and any attempt to save the draft is unsuccessful. Any suggestions?

    What type of mail account is this (POP, IMAP, .Mac)? Who is the provider? If IMAP or .Mac, what are your Preferences > Accounts > Mailbox Behaviors > Drafts settings?

  • Can't save file on iOS device with low free space available

    Hi,
    I was using SharedObject to save settings in my game. However, recently I discovered on one of our devices it doesn't work. I've found somewhere on this forum discussion that air can't save sharedobject when available space is lower than about 300mb (link here: Bug#3711301 - sharedobjects fail when available storage is low). On my iphone it's about 40mb, but file, which I want to save is just 2 variables.. persistenceManager doesn't work too (well i've looked at source and it's just using SharedObject). So i've decided to just write file by myself:
    declarations:
    public var mute:Boolean = false;
    public static var fullId:String = "";
    then in constructor:
    flash.net.registerClassAlias("Settings", GameSettings);
    load();
    and finally save() and load() functions:
    public function save():void
      try {
      log("begin save()");
      var file:File = File.applicationStorageDirectory.resolvePath("settings.txt");
      var stream:FileStream = new FileStream();
      stream.open(file, FileMode.WRITE);
      var settings:GameSettings = new GameSettings();
      settings.fullId = fullId;
      settings.mute = mute;
      stream.writeObject(settings);
      stream.close();
      log("end save()");
      catch (error:Error) {
      log("[ERROR] " + error.name + ": " + error.message + "\n" + error.getStackTrace());
      public function load():void
      try {
      log("begin load()");
      var file:File = File.applicationStorageDirectory.resolvePath("settings.txt");
      if(!file.exists){
      log("settings.txt does not exist, created new one..");
      save();
      return;
      var stream:FileStream = new FileStream();
      stream.open(file, FileMode.READ);
      var settings:GameSettings = stream.readObject() as GameSettings;
      mute = settings.mute;
      fullId = settings.fullId;
      log("loaded mute = " + mute);
      log("loaded fullId = " + fullId);
      stream.close();
      log("end load()");
      catch (error:Error) {
      log("[ERROR] " + error.name + ": " + error.message + "\n" + error.getStackTrace());
    My GameSettings class:
    package
      public class GameSettings
      public var fullId:String;
      public var mute:Boolean;
      public function GameSettings()
    This works on desktop, android. Works on my ipad too, which has 10gb of free space. However, like I said, it doesn't work on iphone5s with 40mb free memory.
    Here's a log:
    begin load()
    settings.txt does not exist, created new one..
    [ERROR] Error: Error #0
         at Autumn/save()
         at Autumn/load()
         at Autumn()
    It's clear that AIR can't open or write to 'settings.txt' file. What can I do to solve that issue (other than making more free space on iphone)? Is there any workaround for that?

    Any help please?

  • Save as Draft Problem using library computer

    This afternoon I tried to save-as-draft a LONG & INVOLVED communication in .MAC e-mail at a public computer in the library. When I went to my draft folder to ensure it got saved, it was not there. Can someone give me direction on this? I suppose it goes without saying how mad and upset I am. Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this issue.

    Hi kvs2,
    You did log into .Mac mail online to check your Drafts folder there - right?
    Not the Drafts folder on your machine at home...
    When you click Save as Draft online, there should be a small green spinning wheel in the left side of the bar between the icons at top and the To:
    Also a confirmation "Your message has been saved to Drafts" along with a green checkmark will appear and then slowly fade away in that same spot.
    Regards,
    John
