Can premier elements 9 videos be sent to Vimeo

My PE 9 gives me only the option to share on youtube, but I would like to send video to
Vimeo. Possible? If so, how do I do this? Thanks.

You would export your Timeline to a video file type supported by Vimeo, saving that file to the computer hard drive.
From the computer hard drive you would upload your file to Vimeo at the Vimeo web site.

No. Premiere Elements does not support subtitles. If you want subtitles you can workaround it by having two versions of your video, one with text added to the video track and one without - but you wouldn't be able to toggle between them during playback.

Does Premier Elements 7 Video Frame Size support 1920 x 1080i?

The usual input source is a Canon HV20 i.e. HDV, tape. This camera highest config setting is exports 1920x1080i (+ mpeg)

For the hiss, then DeNoiser might be worth a try.
For the white noise, if it's broad spectrum, it will be tougher to address, and I would look to this article: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2860521#2860521, as it offers some "starting points" for general noise.
A recent poster to the PrPro Forum used that article, with a bit of tweaking, and critical listening, to remove some AC (air conditioning here) noise in an interview, and was quite satisfied - it was not perfect, but adequate, especially with a bit of a music soundtrack underlying that interview.
The Audio "cleaning" in PrE (and also PrPro) are pretty limited, IMHO. I rely on Adobe Audition (fairly expensive, if you do not already own it) for most of my audio work. It has so many more tools, and can use many VST's, for additional editing. The free Audacity can also use VST's, and there are many available (some free, and some for purchase) on the Internet.

Try to disable the hardware acceleration in the Flash Player.

Premier Elements 10 video playback is very poor and choppy

When I look at my mts files inusing premier elements 10, the video looks really bad. But when I look at the same videos using windows media player they look fine. Any idea on how I can get my videos to look good in Premier elements? I have a new high end computer.

One big problem with using WMM Live, is that it will be heavily compressing the camera's footage to the WMV wrapper. There is one quality loss right there.
Then, because of the heavy compression to WMV, your computer will have to work overtime, to handle those WMV's in PrE. Though it IS a supported format (with the various WMV CODEC's), much additional processing must take place.
Then, if you output to another compressed format/CODEC, you will take another quality hit.
The beauty of Premiere is that, for the supported formats/CODEC's, it edits the footage in its native state, so that there is not that initial quality hit. It is also very likely that in the native format/CODEC, PrE and your computer, will not have to work so hard.
Last, if your footage uses any flavor of H.264, though supported in PrE, the speed of your CPU will come into play, regarding playback.
Lot of things to think about.

Why won't my Premier Elements 13 video production run when I push the play arrow? It worked yesterday.

I am in the process of making a movie with Premier Elements 13; it has been functioning fine--until today. For some reason, it no longer plays when I press the play arrow button to preview recent additions to the script. I have rendered the files. I have exited the program and reopened it. I have turned the computer off and on. None of his helps. Any suggestions?

My Premier Elements program 13 is running on a 64 bit computer with Windows 8.1, with all drivers updated—I think.
When I press the space bar instead of the play button, still no movement at all.
When I created a new video with just a couple of pictures, still no luck getting the play button or spacebar to work.
So far, I have not found the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file, even with your instructions. When I get to "roaming" there is no file for Adobe in that folder.
Another clue: When I began to add narration, the microphone did not work, so I changed some settings relating to audio and recording. The problem with the play button began, I think, as a result my getting the mike to work. But since I am not exactly sure what I changed, I can’t go back and reset those settings.
BTW, when I close PE 13 and open PE 11, everything that I created in 11 works fine. That is, the play button advances the time line indicator, as it should. So, the problem seems to not be in my computer settings, but something unique to PE 13.

Premier Elements 11 .vob Import?

Can Premier Elements 11 import .vob files? (I dub home movie VHSs to DVDs w/a Samsung DVD-VR375 DVD & VCR machine.) When I copy my DVD to my hard drive on my computer, I can play my files just fine. But when I want to edit my video to get rid of some of the video I don't want to keep, my Windows Movie Maker won't allow import of my .vob files: they must be of a different type (extension). I've tried just saving the .vob files as .mpeg, but that either doesn't work entirely, or only a portion of the video in the 1GB .vob file converts. I don't trust .vob conversion download software from the internet due to previous experiences. So, I'm looking to Adobe for a solution...Thanks!

It is unfounded to make the generalization that "Premiere Elements doesn't like the VOB file type.
And, it is not correct to refer to your suggested fix as a conversion form VOB to MPEG-2. There you are talking about VOB a container and MPEG2 a video compression.
The conversion if ever really needed is from MPEG2.vob to MPEG2.mpg. We have been through all this in these threads and you have agreed on the latter point at least. Yet you
maintain the same script when you continue to post in the Adobe Premiere Elements Forum two to three year old threads as you have been doing in the last 48 hours.
You maintain that you have tried to use a .vob file and gotten a VOB not supported message in your specific case and have found your suggested fix in suggested conversion software (which needs to be purchased from what I see). I have yet to see the important details of your version of Premiere Elements and computer operating system and details on the production of these DVD-VIDEOs that you are using.
Premiere Elements does support DVD video files from typical DVD-VIDEO structure and has a convenient feature to get these DVD video files (VTS_01_1.VOB and the rest in that series) into a Premiere Elements project to be edited and processed. See Add Media/DVD camera or Computer drive/Video Importer - exact wording of path depends on version.
It is one thing to share what worked for you in your specific circumstances (which are not clear), but another thing to convert all that into a generalization which distracts the Premiere Elements user from using an excellent and convenient feature built into Premiere Elements.

In the meanwhile they are slowly closing the door on OS X, a little at a time so it's not noticeable.
Pretty soon the excuse will be "sorry I can't play your video you sent me mom, I've got a Mac"

How can I download a video clip from YouTube into iMovie 9

I found one thread dating suggesting that I download some free software MPEG Streamclip from http://www.squared5.com/svideo/mpeg-streamclip-mac.html. I did that and selected the (beta) version that is necessary for downloading from YouTube. I installed the software including an add-on that I had to purchase from Apple, Quicktime MPEG2.dmg. When I try to run the software I get the following error message: File open error: can't open the file.

Premier elements 3.o to Premier elements 10

Can premier elements 10.0 open a file from premier elements 3.0
If not, how can I magrate all the photos and mp3's to 10.0?

I am not sure whether 3.0 project will work fine in 10.0
There are lots of changes. Features have been added as well as removed. If you really want to try that, save a copy first and then try. but if it wont work it wont be unexpected.
The organizer is capable of updating all your media which are currently in your catalog. That would be a safe bet i suppose.

I downloaded some videos to Premier Elements 13 from an external hard drive but now the external hard drive is damaged. While setting up my new MAC the external hard drive was dropped and I have been told by an outside source they could not retrieve the files. It had 4 years of photos and videos on it. I remembered that I had downloaded some of the videos from the external hard drive (before it was broke) to Adobe Organizer 13 when I installed the Adobe 13 on my MACOS X 10.9.5. I tried to open the videos on the organizer which it shows the video but with a yellow ? and says missing file. Is there anyway I can open these videos?
Any input is greatly appreciated!! I am sick over losing the videos and had a little hope on Adobe Organizer until I was unable to open them. I am thinking it is due to my external hard drive not being plugged in. I thought when I transferred from the external hard drive to Adobe 13 that it would be there without the external hard drive needing to be attached but maybe I did something wrong.

To what did your camera record those photos and videos - camera's internal memory, inserted memory card, other?
Any remote chance that the latter may still exist for you to use to download the camera files to your new external hard drive?

MY DVD is a combine software for Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and Adobe Premier Elements 11. I can not see the Adobe Premier Elements 11 listed in my ALL Programs. I have started to edit some of my photos with the Photoshop software and so far all going all right . But today wanting to give a go to the video editing I found that the software does not allow me to do it. I am using my new HP Envy laptop that I recently bought with the idea of learning to edit my home videos.
Any help will be most appreciated,

What happens if you insert the Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Adobe Premiere Elements11 installation disc in the burner tray, select Adobe Premiere Elements
11 for installation? Does the installation proceed or are you meet with a process which wants to uninstall rather than install?

Lots of questions, lots of answers needed as mentioned by Hunt. But please include what version of Premiere Elements that you are using when you reply.
How are you importing these file into your Premiere Elements project?
After you drag your file to the Timeline, do you see both an video and audio component (on Video 1/Audio 1) or is there nothing on the Audio 1 track? If you can see a wave form or file on Audio 1, have you checked all the program's volume settings including Edit Menu/Preferences/Audio Hardware and the ASIO settings?
