Can Reply contian headers like Forward?

We have a couple of users who would like Reply and Reply All to include the header information from the previous email. Forward currently does include this information (the sender, date and time, etc). I have checked all the preference settings with no success.

I am also interessted to have all this header information in the email when I replay..... but I have no idea at the moment how to proceed.

  • Cannot forward email message. Contact list does not appear to select. Can reply to sender only

When trying to forward an email message, the contact list does not appear. It can
only be forwarded by entering addresses manually. I can return an email by replying
but I cannot forward under the Mozilla Fox server.
When I am in Internet Explorer I can utilize the email forward without a problem.
Contacted AT & T to see if it was their problem, since I use att.net.
The technician stated it was a problem with Mozilla because it was not compatible
with the AT & T net work. It could possibly be in recent updates, since I just
discovered the problem within the last week.
Would prefer to enter my email through Mozilla Fox. So can you solve this problem
    for me.

    Hello,
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.
Further information can be found in the [[Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox]] article.
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!
    Thank you.

How can I get back and forward arrows?

Is this about Firefox on a desktop computer as your user agent would suggest (the thread is tagged as Firefox OS)?
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible.
    *Firefox menu button > Options
*View > Toolbars (press F10 to display the hidden Menu bar)
    *Right-click empty toolbar area
Use Toolbar Layout (Customize) to open the Customize window and set which toolbar items to display.
*check that "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar
*if "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the toolbar palette into the Customize window to the Bookmarks Toolbar
*if missing items are in the toolbar palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar

  • Cannot send new mails neither forward, but can reply (without adding new recipients) - HELP!

    Hi all.
I have a very annoying problem. Sudenly, when I start typing a name in field "to" when composing an e-mail, the BB doesn't lookup in the device address book! This happens in new messages or forwarding. Also, even if I try to manually type the address the BB does not recognize it.
However, I can reply but not add new recipients.
    Even the SEND option dissapear.
I googled the issue but cannot find an answer. It is worth mentioning that the device is personal, not corporate.
I am not very sure, but I think the problem began when installing LinkedIn Application. I uninstalled but it did not fixed.
    Thank you all!

    Hello all!!
This is my first answer in BlackBerry Support Community.
I had the same problem, but searching I found this solution:

I toggled back and forth between the yes and no setting, and the autolookup works fine when set to "no" and stops working when set to "yes". Everytime.
Now, I'm not sure what the purpose of "show recent contact..." setting is. It doesn't do anything when set to "yes".
I hope that works for them, works for me.

  • HT201320 my iphone is not showing how i can reply to or forward emails

As of today, when opening up emails, I'm not able to reply, reply to all or forward.
    How do I fix it?

Close out of the app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the mail app.
then do a reset, no data loss.  Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

  • Stop mail including headers on forward

I have the latest version of Mountain Lion.  While this was not happening after the upgrade, at somepoint along the way something changed--by me or by Apple update.  I want to change it back.
Details:  When I forward mail, Mail includes the full email header at the top of the email content. Not just From and To and what was there in the past, but *all* the headers including Content-Type,Content-Transfer, Message-ID,X-Mailer,Mime-Version, all the Delivered-To, Recived, ... everything!  It it put at the top of the email.  Using classic or the "new" view makes no difference.  Happens whether or not "details" are shown when viewing the mail in the pane. Does not happen when "reply" to email.  Just with "forward".
How to turn this feature off? I do not want to include headers like this.   I've checked all the Preferences and Menus and cannot find anything which controls this behaviour.  If there, it's hiding in plain sight for me.  I don't recall turning it on. This happens whether the "details" are "on" or "off" when viewing the original mail.
    Help.

I found the solution on another post (not found before I sent the above).
    https://discussions.apple.com/message/19286015#19286015
Preferences -> Viewing -> Show Header Detail. Set it to Default.Mine was originally set to Full, and it wouldn't make any difference when viewing received messages, but it was creating all this extra stuff when forwarding. Once it is set to Default, forwarded messages have traditional small header.
I must have changed it; changing back worked.

  • Workflow actions like FORWARD, RETURN, CANCEL in the Custom Screens

We have a requirement to perform the Workflow actions like FORWARD, RETURN, CANCEL from a Custom transaction Screen.
Usually these Workflow actions can be performed from SAP Inbox SWBP of the user and related WF logs are reflected by SAP automatically.
    For example,
we will add the Push buttons in CC02 transaction and want to perform these Workflow Actions, Is it possible to do so? If possible, How can I reflect these changes into WF logs and all similar to Standard SAP?
    Help is appreciated.
    Thanks,

we will add the Push buttons in CC02 transaction and want to perform these Workflow Actions,
Is it possible to do so? If possible, How can I reflect these changes into
WF logs and all similar to Standard SAP?
    Question & Answers
we will add the Push buttons in CC02 transaction ?
Are you going to add only one button or three separate buttons, if you can add three separate buttonts then under each button action,
For Forward  =  SAP_WAPI_FORWARD_WORKITEM make use of the standard FM.
For Retrun ( Assuming that you want to put back the workitem ID back to the user's inbox ) in that case use of FM SAP_WAPI_PUT_BACK_WORKITEM.
For Cancel   =  SAP_WAPI_WORKITEM_DELETE this might help you to cancel ( Assuming that Cancelling means Deleting the workitem...
Note : to make use of all the above FM you need to have the workitem ID, Will you be able to determine the exact workitem id?
    for more :
Now you can find more FM regarding the workitem by simple search in SE37 Txn by using the term SAP_WAPI_*.

  • Is there a way where we can set the headers from custom plugin

Using OAM 11.1.1.5 and webgate 11g. I am trying to custom cookie using a authentication plugin. So I created a custom authentication module with three steps. First identification then authentication both using Oracle's out of box plugins. Have set the identity store to OID. The third step is creating the cookie. In addition to this since we have integrated EBS with OAM, it is a requriement from Oracle and EBS that we pass two parameters in header, User name set to $user.userid and USR_ORCLGUID to $user.attr.orclguid. We are trying to set this paramters from authentication polices response settings, the $user.userid is being set properly however we are getting an exception in $user.attr.orclguid . Is there a way where we can set the headers from custom plugin or any other way. Thsi exception is only with custom authentication module. When we use LDAP Authentication module it works.

My ipad student won't send mail. I can reply to and send incoming received mail. I can forward mail. I can't compose and send new mail I have deleted and added server. I have checked aol mail acct password. Same issue on my iPhone

    Hi Marilyn,
If you're having trouble sending new composed mail, I would try this article, especially step 5:
iOS: Unable to send or receive email
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3899
    5. Delete the account from Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then add the email account again on the iOS device.
    Cheers!

  • Why can't Safari be like the others?

Why oh why can't Safari be like Firefox who allows you to organize or view your bookmarks by name or jazz up your toolbar? These are such little things in the grand scheme of browser design. Don't they know that Mac users are colorful and creative and would really really really like a little help getting organized? Why should I be forced to use another browser simply because I want these simple features? Come on Apple, meet the competition - I'm feeling punished for my loyalty!

    Hi Again Emlanie.
I'm suspecting that maybe you were hoping for that really cool import bookmarks feature that FF has. I Iike that myself. 'POOF' it's done! But I don't like it enough to use FF as my main browser. Mulder was right... it really depends on what you want out of it. And as I told you before, I like it clean and simple.
BUT, if you want bookmarks in Safari, it's really no big deal. Trust me, I set these up my first week of ever using any computer... so I'm pretty sure you can do it.
My suggestion for setting up Bookmarks would be:
1.) Decide how you want to categorize your bookmark 'headers' in the bookmarks bar. I do mine by subject: Restaurants, Tickets, Banking and so on. This makes it easier when you add a bookmark, and is more conducive to looking for one later, if you have alot of them as I do.
2.) Go to Bookmarks in the Safari menu bar and click on 'Show All Bookmarks'. Proceed to make the folders you'll need with your header titles on them by using the '+ add folder' button at the bottom of the left hand column. Make them all.
3.) Once your done, proceed to drag each folder to the column on the right, starting at the top, and in the order you want them on your Bookmarks Bar. The top will show as the left side of your BM bar and so on to the right. I do mine alphabetically. You may choose to do it by favorites or most frequently visited, whatever. As you drag each folder to the right column in the order you want, it is automatically placed on your BM bar. Now all you have to do is add bookmarks.
I've checked FF and there is no export feature to Safari (only import, nice trick :o) So, you can add your bookmarks by just visiting your sites and then 'add bookmark' then all you have to do is choose which (already waiting) folder to place it in. Really easy. And I've got loads of bookmarks!
So.... if you decide you want to try Safari for a bit and see if you like it, I hope this helps a little.
    Good Luck and Have Fun!
    MWN :o)
