Can's find the installer for d2k6i

Dear all,
I have downloaded the developer 2000 6i for Linux (d2k6irelease2.tar),
after extract it, I could not find the installer or any script to
start the installer. According to the installation guide A83546-02,
it should be able to run the installer automatically when inserted the
CD, but tried to burn the extracted files to CD, inserted and still no
installer came out. Could anyone help to teach me how to start the
installation of 6i in Linux.

thanks, I could start the installer now.
But one more stupid question, I have started the installer, but it
prompts for no "RDBMS" software found.
As I want to install the developer 6i into the same machine as the
Oracle Database 8.1.7.0.1. I didn't use the "client-only" installation
method, I set the same Oracle_Home as the database and didn't set the
TWO_TASK, after input the SID the installer ask, it prompts for no
RDBMS software found. But it is sure that the Oracle Database installed
and started successfully.

My windows was down but I can't find the CD for windows XP home edition. I tried to call the local repair center and they said they only solve the hardward problem. Anyone knows where I should ask for help or where I can get the CD for windows XP home edition. I did find the key at the back of my T60. But why can't I find the CD?

Please try removing Acrobat from the link mentioned below.

Once you have removed the product, please launch the Creative CLoud APP once again and install ACrobat on the machine .

I am so sorry to inform you that Acrobat XI Standard is not available on Mac, you can only use it on your Windows computer.

You'd have to think through this, but it seems like if you are using Outlook, and the items vanished from the Outlook client as well as the server,that you could re-populate Outlook using iTunes.

I just installed Lion OSX. Where can one find the "domain" for iWeb?

With Snow Leopard one could find the "domain" for one's iWeb in Admin+Library+application support+iWeb. When one changed computers, one simply had to save this domain and then put it in the right place in the new computer. Things have changed with Lion OSX - and I can't find the "domain" for my web site.
Anyone know where to look (Scripts?)

The reason Apple has hidden the User/Library folder is that there is not longer any reason to get into it what with iWeb (and iDVD) being discontinued and no longer supported.
We now know iWeb, and iDVD, have been discontinued by Apple. This is evidenced by the fact that new Macs are shipping with iLife 11 installed but without iWeb and iDVD.
On June 30, 2012 MobileMe will be shutdown. However, iWeb will still continue to work but without the following:
Features No Longer Available Once MobileMe is Discontinued:
◼ Password protection
◼ Blog and photo comments
◼ Blog search
◼ Hit counter
◼ MobileMe Gallery
All of these features can be replaced with 3rd party options.
If a site is published to a folder on the hard drive and then uploaded with a 3rd party FTP client to an ftp server subscriptions to slideshows and the RSS feed will be broken. If published directly from iWeb to the FPT server those two features continued to work correctly.
There's another problem and that's with iWeb's popup slideshows. Once the MMe servers are no longer online the popup slideshow buttons will not display their images.

Roddy McKay and I have figured out a way to modify existing sites with those slideshows and iWeb itself so that those images will display as expected once MobileMe servers are gone. How to is described in this tutorial: #26 - How to Modify iWeb So Popup Slideshows Will Work After MobileMe is Discontinued.
The iLife suite of applications offered on disc is now a discontinued product and the remaining supported iApps will only be available thru the App Store from now on. However, the iLife 11 boxed version that is still available at the online Apple Store (Store button at the top of the page) and those still on the shelves of retailers will include iWeb and iDVD.
