Can SharePoint Apps and SharePoint 2013 workflow run on the same servers?

As the SharePoint 2013 workflow manager can run on non-sharePoint servers. Can I also use those server to host SharePoint apps in the Provider host model?
Or should I keep them separate?
This is a medium size deployment, 2 WFEs, 2 Apps, 1 Clustered DB. I would be adding 2 additional servers for hosting workflow manager, and SharePoint apps.
One other option I can think of would be to host the Workflow manager on the SharePoint Apps servers. And then host the SharePoint Apps on the 2 separate servers.
Any guidance or gatchas would be great the hear about.

Yes, you should be able to run SharePoint Provider hosted apps using the Workflow Server as the provider. There is nothing in workflow manager that prevents running web sites on the same server.

Sure , you can run all the version of same computer , even you can CC 2014 , CC as well as CS 6 on same computer .

After upgrading my iPad Air with IOS 7.06, I could no longer connect to the internet.
I have 2 MacBooks Air, 1 ipad mini and one iPhone 4S running on the same network, and they are all connected to the net and function well.
So I cleaned up the ipad completely, installed the latest firmware and reinstalled my apps : no connection.
I tried all things of resets and forgets. No result.
I have been fondling with my Airport Extreme 5 , but that did not help much.
This morning I went to a neighbor , hooked my ipad air on his network, typed the password and the thing all worked fine.
I have tried to connect the ipad air as an ethernet client, but that did not work. „Not enough power“ was the statement
Ideas anyone ?

Yes I tried this manyfold. But did not work. Reading on, I took Tesserac's advice. Shut down router and computer.
Start router after 15 minutes and wait another 10 minutes before starting the computer.
Et voila.... everything is back in working order,

I don't know what you mean by 'extra charged' (have you made in-app purchases within the app, or are you in the US and need to add on your state's sales tax to the listed price ?), or have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

Yes. When you download FCPX it moves the older suite of applications into a folder call Final Cut Studio.

I didn't find anything by searching for this specific situation. I have a program that I need to run on servers that have java 1.1.7 installed. My app fails when I try and run it on 1.1.8. I'm using features, like zip compression, that I think require 1.2, but I'm not sure. I'm also checking to see if we can upgrade the jre.
In the meantime, can I safely run two versions of java on the same box? I tested it, by running my app with jdk1.2.2 in another directory and manually setting the classpath, etc. It ran fine, just wondering if this is a bad idea?
My other option is to modify my app to work on the older jre, but I'm not sure if I can. I'm using zip and ftp. I'm guessing almost everything else could probably be modified.

You can do it fine, I have had at least 3 different versions of java running on the same box and no problems. Just make sure you have the paths right and you are ok.

Can Veristand 2009 and Veristand 2010 be installed on the same machine?

I have VS2009 running on my machine. I would like to install VS2010 as an eval to start porting an implementation over to VS2010 before I pull the plug on VS2009. Can these bothe be installed and functional side-by-side on the same machine? Are there any caveats to bouncing back and forth between the two? I already have the prereqs listed on the VS2010 eval page (NI-DAQmx 9.1.5, NI-RIO 3.5 and NI-XNET 1.1).

I have VS2009 and VS2010 installed in my Windows XP and I can work with them without any problem.
I also tried to port my LV2009 programs to LV2010 but I got problems with VS2009 Off-line API VIs because LV2010 can not convert them. According to the error message, NI delivered the API VIs protected (without diagram).
I believe that you could not have VS2009 and 2010 in the same RT target.

Not yet tried .I have established multiple instances of essbase as windows services on a single server.This one will be priority to test it out.
if you have a different vmwares ,then install 11.1.2.3 in vm 1 and configure the shared services .In Vm 2 install the essbase 11.1.1.3 & try to configure with shared services 11.1.2.3.
11.1.1.3 by default runs on Tomcat where as 11.1.2.3 by default runs on Weblogic.I have not tried this one .This is a sample gesture from my end.
But in 9.2 version ,I had my 9.2 essbase running in one machine and in other machine i had my 9.3.1 shared services running and was configured with essbase 9.2.I was able to provision users from shared services 9.3.1 to 9.2 essbase

Dreamweaver and Fireworks won't run at the same time

Recently, I've run into a problem where I cannot run Dreamweaver and Fireworks at the same time.
I have Dreamweaver CS4 & Fireworks CS4, which I can still run at the same time.
However when I run Dreamweaver CS5.5 and try to launch Fireworks CS5.1 I get a C++ Runtime error in FW CS5.1.
And when I run Dreamweaver CS6 and try to launch Fireworks CS6, Fireworks CS6 freezes before fully loading.
If I run DW CS6 and launch FW CS4, I can get them both to run together, but when I close FW4, DW CS6 crashes.
Any suggestions would most appreciated.

Historically, I've always kept prior versions installed because sometimes, albeit infrequently, I need to access extensions that aren't compatible with the newer versions of CS. Since I can run DW & Fireworks CS4 together, I'm inclined to leave them installed.
I've thought about uninstalling CS 5, but I don't think that would resolved my issue. I've already tried most of what's in the Adobe troubleshooting suggestions save for creating a new administrator account.
I think I'll hobble along with my current workarounds since I'll be migrating to a new computer very soon, which should acomplish what creating a new administrator account would. I'll probably limit the reinstall to CS 6 to eliminate any issues that might be related to having multiple versions installed, which in reality shouldn't be an issue because again, I've always done that successfully in the past.

Can two or more repositories exist in the same rpd file? Can Paint and SH be in the same rpd file and be used by seperate groups that access completely different data sources?
In our case, the dimensions and facts for glass used in a car are very different from the dimensions and facts for a car's transmission. There are similarities, true, but they are still very different.
So, in one rdp file can there be seperate presentation folders for Glass, Tires, Transmissions, Seats, Axil, Engine, Steering Wheels, Head Lights, and etc...
Each presentation folder would be used by different people. Each presentation folder would access different tables. The Glass Parts business will use the Glass presentation folder, the Axil Parts Guys will only use the Axil Presentation Folder, etc..

SCXI 1112 and 1302 doesn't run at the same time

Hi,
I have SCXI 1112 thermocouple input module, SCXI 1180 feedthrough panel , and a SCXI 1302 terminal block connected SCXI 1000 chassis with SCXI 1349 adapter. I am trying to measure voltage by using SCXI 1180&1302, and temperature by 1112 module at the same time. When chassis is on SCXI 1112 runs without a problem; however, voltage reading coming through SCXI 1349 makes no sense (plus I can't run them at the same time, LAbview gives an error). While the chassis' power is off, it is the other way around, SCXI 1349 runs smoothly.
In addition to that, a radiometer, connected to a power supply, is wired to SCXI 1302 terminal block. When power supply is on, SCXI 1112 module's temperature reading is 4 times higher than actual value. In other words, power supply effects the readings.
Could you please give me some advice to solve this problem?

One piece of the puzzle you left out is the DAQ card being used in the host computer.
Without looking at some specifics on the SCXI cards/connectors you are using, I will comment you must be careful when you are using an 1180 feedthrough module. Keep in mind, the SCXI chassis is Signal Conditioning -- it's nothing without the DAQ.
I would recommend you back up a few steps, simplify the setup and test each input channel from MAX -- making sure you aren't overlapping channels between the 1180 to the DAQ and the SCXI chassis. Remember, most data from the SCXI chassis comes in on a single channel of the DAQ through the 1349.

We are preparing to upgrade our existing CE 10 to BO XI; however, we were unable to obtain a test server and will need to install it on the same server that CE 10 resides on (our development server). I'm not sure that my question was answered. I just need to know whether CE10 and BO XI can be installed on the same server? I have a development server (not a VM) with CE 10 and another customer wants to install BO XI on the same server. I heard through other sources that BO XI and CE 10 cannot reside on the same server. I need to know if this statement is accurate? If BO XI cannot reside on the same server as CE 10, then our contracted vendor will have to provide t this customer with a different server. I need this information confirmed in order to notify my management.
