Can somebody helpme apply Oracle Olap 9.2.0.1.0.a patch for Windows

Everything on the system is a fresh installation.
1.Oracle 9iR2 Database, I chose the data warehousing option.
After installation I checked to make sure that everything could be started.
2. I then proceeded to install the Oracle OLAP patch 9.2.0.1.0a patch for windows.After navigating to the 2499827 directory.
I typed OPatch\opatch apply as stated.
It started then said "Peforming Pre patch installation checks"
At the end of this
I recieved a message saying
"The following required components were not located or have the wrong versions
oracle.options.olap"
I guess it was to right to assume that the patch process failed, particularly as don't see any olap\admin directory in my %ORACLE_HOME%. The olap directory is there.
Can somebody please give me some pointers. Is there something I have missed with regards to setting up Oracle 9iR2 thats preventing me from patching it.

If you are missing the admin directory under your olap directory your initial Oracle9i Database Release 2 installation appears to be the culprit. Again, be sure to install the Enterprise Edition with the Data Warehouse database configuration. Also, make sure your Global Database Name and SID are all set up and running fine. Perhaps you installed over a previous ORACLE_HOME? Be sure to follow these steps for a proper Oracle removal:
1. Terminate the Oracle9i Database and its processes
Go to the Services applet in Control Panel and Stop all running Oracle processes
2. Run OUI to uninstall your previous version of Oracle9i with OLAP Option, then Exit
Choose 'Deinstall Products...'
Select the products you need to remove, then click 'Remove...'
Then click 'Exit' when done
3. For a clean installation remove the following directories and registry entries (if they still exist):

<your_drive>:\oracle\admin
<your_drive>:\Program Files\Oracle

    If the answer is true, then we can create a connection in Crystal, under OLAP, to create an OLAP connection to ESSbase in CR.

I have a public work calendar that I wish to share with colleagues in the office. No issues for those having a Mac or an iPhone, but how can I share the calendar with Outlook for Windows users?

The steps detailed below explain how to go about publicly share a calendar (which doesn't require that one be an iCloud user to accept).
Click the Share button to the right of the calendar you want to share, then select Public Calendar.
Note: You can also share the same calendar privately. For instructions, see the previous task, “Share a calendar privately.”
To invite people to view the calendar, click Email Link.
Type one or more email addresses in the To field, then click Send.
The people you specify automatically receive an invitation email that includes the calendar’s URL. An invitee doesn’t need to be an iCloud user to accept an invitation to view a shared public calendar.
In the sidebar, a shared calendar has a dark Share button.
You can also resend invitations to one or more invited participants at any time.

I had one issue and i restart to installation but on OUI screen i have,

I dont have oraInventory and i followed :

You say you have 10.1.3.0 and your message says "There are no patches that need to applied from the patchset Oracle application Server Patchset *10.2.3.5*"
You can't patch 10.1.2 with a 10.1.3.
are you sure you have the appropriated patch?

How can I get a Mac to run a LabVIEW VI that was created for Windows? (it calls DLL files)

This is for a spectrometer. A motor controller is connected by serial and a lock-in amplifier is connected through GPIB. I have a Windows version of the VIs I need to get it all running, but I need to get it running on a Mac. The program was written in LabVIEW 6.0.1 and I have both version of 6.1. Is there a type of file that Mac uses that are similar to DLLs? Is this even possible? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can open the VIs on a PC or Mac and double click on the DLL node.
It will show you the parameter info, the function name, path to the DLL,
etc.
If you have the source code to the DLL, then make it on the mac using
the Metrowerks CodeWarrior compiler. If you don't have the source, then
you need to either shift to using diagram nodes exclusively or come up
with some other way of replacing the DLL.
For the details on compiling a DLL, you should look at your manual that
came with CodeWarrior and look at the CIN Manual or search online for
something ...

Can't complete patch for Windows 7 64 bit problem

just replaced old XP box with HP Compaq 8000 Elite SFF PC... got it Friday & am now trying to load the print patch so can use HP deskjet 820Cse that have had for years ..got patch downloaded, extracted, & located but can't get past the NET STOP SPOOLER command... generates "System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied"... I confirmed that I am an administrator, spooler is running, and patch .dll files are present....tried in different directories in case was a file permissions issue.... would appreciate suggestions on how to get past this error 5 hurdle.. many thanks...

Can't "Open With... Incopy.exe" in InCopy CC 2014 for Windows

To say I'm frustrated would be being kind to Adobe... I'm really going to try to suppress my sarcasm and criticism at how incompetent Adobe programmers and program managers must be to allow this kind of problem to exist...
I have some InDesign documents (.indd) that I want to right click on and set InCopy as the default program. After some trial and error, on two systems, I was able to adjust the registry to get this working. On the third, so far, I've tried:
1. Reinstalling Incopy - Did not work
2. Copied the InCopy.exe to WWXXYYZZ.EXE - and while this allows InCopy to appear in the list of "other programs", it won't open. So...
3. I searched the registry for WWXXYYZZ.EXE and replaced all instances with InCopy.exe (Why I copied it to this weird name in the first place - easier searching of the registry - this didn't work.
4. Edited the following registry locations to ensure they pointed to InCopy.exe - but every time I change it to this exe, Windows won't open. I'm sure Adobe would like to blame Microsoft for this, but when EVERY SINGLE OTHER Executable (and even the renamed copy) CAN be assigned to open it using the "Open with" dialog, I'm left believing that Adobe programmers decided not to do something properly in registering the exe with the registry - or registered it in such a way so as to prohibit it from being displayed in that menu for some reason. SO HOW DO I FIX THIS!?!?!?!

No thanks to the utterly useless folks at adobe, I got this working - I found a registry key that had the previous version of InCopy and once I deleted that, I could now right click and "Open With" InCopy and permanently assign it.

I am about to commence an Oracle BI Apps Financial Analytics 7.9.6 install using Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 as a source for the BAW utilising Single Sign-On (SSO). Is there a list of any paticular EBS Interoperability patches, minimum EBS Family Packs for the EBS modules within Financial Analytics (GL, AR, AP) and SSO patches I need to be aware of?

Oracle BI Applications 7.9.6
Oracle BI Enterprise Edition Plus 10.1.3.4
Oracle Database 10g R2
All Oracle BI Applications components hosted on a Linux 4.0 32 bit platform.

I don't know of patches off the top of my head, you're best off spending a couple of hours trawling My Oracle Support, that'll throw the candidates up.

Is the Oracle ODBC Driver 10.2.0.5.0 certified for Windows 7 (32bit)

For this question my client needs a reliable answer when their global IT migrates all Windows clients to Win7.
Now, Support Note 1061272.1 says Oracle Client 10.2.0.5.0 IS certfified on Win7 32bit.
But, Support Note ID 66403.1 says Oracle ODBC Driver 10.2.0.5.0 is NOT certified on Win7.
Does anyone one know, what counts?
Is (A) Note 1061272.1 right because ODBC is part of the client and note 66403.1 is simply outdated or inaccurate, or
is (B) note 66403.1 correct, because the ODBC driver is certified seperately?
Thanks for suggestions (or better: statements from Oracle), otherwise I have to open an SR.

If you have any active auto-renewing subscriptions then you should get the Subscriptions option showing on your account - and each subscription should be shown with when they are due to renew and how long for (and, if available, show you any options for the length/cost of renewal) and have an on/off switch.
If an app does offer auto-renewing subscriptions then the should be mentioned on its description page in the store, and the 'top' IAPs are also generally listed on the left-hand side of the app's description page in the store on your computer's iTunes.
