Boyfriend bought a Gusto 3 and a $15 refill card. Says he loaded the card but...there is no phone number under Settings>Phone>Number and when you make an outgoing call all you get is "welcome to Verizon wireless please wait while your call is transferred to an external operator where you can pay for your call using a credit card"
My phone is in the shop so I can't call Verizon from another phone and I can't do a live chat here with customer support because I can't create an account without a Verizon phone number...ARGH Please Help!!

You need the Apple ID and password of the original owner of the phone.

As far as I know you can't delete the primary email address for an iCloud account. It's assigned when the account is created. But your neighbor wouldn't have been able to get into your iCloud account without your Apple ID and password. Are you sure the account wasn't still on your phone when you gave it to him?
You could migrate a copy of your data to a new iCloud account but I would still be concerned that someone else was using my old account, which presumably still has your data in it.
I'm fairly certain that you're going to have to have iCloud support help you sort this one out as they may have the ability to make changes to an existing account that users can't. Make an appointment with the genius bar at a nearby Apple store and have them take a look at it. If necessary, they should be able to contact iCloud support for you.

Can someone help me with my phone? I downloaded the new version of itunes and updated my phone but now it's saying that my pin is blocking it. I dont know what to do

here's what i did and what's now happening:
-i downloaded the newest iTunes
-i updated my phone
-everything got installed (into my laptop and phone)
-my phone restarted
-it said to enter in my pin number
-i did
-says the pin number is blocking it or something
-it's now saying i have to insert a sim card with no pin (which i do not have)

I have a cisco-linksys e2500 router. Can someone help me reconfigure my router, please?

It says I cannot reconfigure my router to MAC OS X 10.9.4 but it can do so with a MAC OS X 10.5.8, MAC OS X 10.6.1, and/or a MAC OS X 10.7 or later operating system. How is it even possible that my MAC OS X 10.9.4 is later than MAC OS X 10.7 model but unable to configure the router?
Can anyone help me with my dilemma?

Hi, hope some (cleverer than I) person can help. I have a nano - working off laptop with XP home. I upgraded to latest itunes and now whenever I start itunes it freezes and if I open task manager it shows itunes as 'not responding'. I have reset the nano and ensured it has latest operating software on board. I have even got rid of all music files from laptop. I have tried (several times) removing itunes completely (including those files that do not get deleted by a standard 'undelete') and still this problem persists. It all worked fine prior to this ******* latest itunes download ****. Why are apple such greedy tossers? Please help if you can I am so ****** off.

Dont know if this will help or not do you have norton security. if so follow this
have found a solution that works for me with windows XP. First restart the computer and don't start up itunes. Open Norton Internet Security and click on Status and Settings. Then click on personal firewall and then click on Configure, and click on the Programs tab. Scroll through the list of programs until you have goten to Apple itunes. Change the interntet Access to Permit All. Once you have saved these settings start up itunes. That worked for me. Please tell me if this helps anyone.

My iMovie is not working, it tells me there's a problem but does not know the problem, Can someone help me figure this out please?

A couple of days ago, my I opened up my iMovie and it just goes into the blank screen. I am able to click on things like, "import" or "create" and it will take me into the next window, but when I choose an option, I receive a message that there is a problem, but they don't know what the problem is. It has been like this for the past couple of days. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app about 3 times and it still comes out the same. Please assist in any way possible!

Try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
When it's rebooted you can force a backup via Settings > iCLoud

below and can the level still be _root since thats' the level where

Format your stick with MS-DOS (FAT32) format. I use camera CF cards as memory stick and a good practice is to regularly format them: it deals with defragmentation effectively.
JPG is a standard, regardless of which application writes it and is readable by all applications supporting JPG.
Make sure you properly eject your usb stick when you take the it out of the usb port: it makes sure the OS closes all open files.

I try to search using the phone serch engine but when i click on the result, there is a message pop out as: Unsupported URL
