Can someone help me cancel my single app one year membership Premiere Pro?

I'm accustomed to using NHC's VideoPad and Microsoft's MovieMaker but I'm just too old and/or stupid to grasp Adobe's excellent editor. I cannot even cancel my membership without help! I did not have any difficulty getting the program but canceling it is not easy for me. Thank you anybody, JIM

Hi~ I purchased the single App Adobe® Photoshop® CC (one-year) last July,this month will expire. I want to upgrade the plan to Complete 49.99/mo. but i can't find "cancel plan" button on my plan details page.
Are there services can help me to upgrade or cancel plan? Or tell me how can I do.

Can someone help? My iPhone 4S apps wiggle but won't close

Anybody out there have any idea why -- after a IOS6 update (6.0.1) -- that my wife can't close apps on her iPhone 4S?
When you double click the home button to see which apps are active and then you hold one down, they all wiggle and you see the red dash button, which normally allows you to close out the apps you don't want. But hers keep wiggling and won't let you close them out. You press the red dash and nothing happens.
Her mail won't shut down. Her Safari. Other apps she downloaded from iTunes, such as games and Twitter, won't shut down. Notes, messages, whatever. None of them will shut down.
Her battery keeps draining.
Help!
We'd appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.

I tried ever suggested fix, including multiple restores via iTunes and even the firmware restore. Nothing worked.
Worse yet, my wife's phone stopped allowing for capital letters. The shift key stopped working.
While typing emails or texts holding the phone vertically, certain letters didn't work. The same problem (with different keys) happened when holding the phone horizontally.
I finally made an appointment with the Genius Bar at a nearby Apple store. The guy tried everything he knew, to no avail, and then uttered this line: "I've done more than 3,000 iPhone appointments since I started working here and I've never seen this problem before."
He gave up and just replaced the phone with a new one.
Our warranty had 21 days to spare, so we just made it . Whew!

No one here can help you, nor can Apple or any carrier. If you know the location, contact the local police where it is located.

And is there any way to sync all my purchases and accounts to just have one... It is a bit stupid that you dont even get a list of something of what account you may of used, or some kind of hint, so you could log on to the right account. I am really stuck ...

You can't merge accounts. But you can check your purchase history:

The prompt to connect to iTunes is automatic, but not the restore process. You must manually select restore. There is no automatic restore.

First go here - https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and login under the manage tab. Check your information and be sure it is all correct.
An AppleID is nothing more than an email address, so if you see another email address in the store, then someone has logged in with a different AppleID than yours. Did you let someone else use your iPhone?

Got my Iphone unlocked recently and now when inserted new sim, all the apps got wiped out, tried syncing it again from itunes but still it isnt getting installed. Can someone help?

Recently I got my Iphone unlocked. Earlier I was using it on ATT n/w. After unlock i am using it in India with a service provider here.
The problem that I am getting is, the phone was able to pick up the network and am able to make calls and messages. Data plan is still to be activated so cant confirm on that, but all the apps that were there on my phone got wiped out on its own. Since I wasnt sure as to what happend, so I reinstalled the apps today morning. I saw the apps getting installed and then left to get ready for my office. after nearly 30 mins I saw nothing was getting syncronized so disconnected the phone and left for Office. On reaching office when I checked for my usual Apps, I could see only the apple apps and none other available there. Need to know whats the issue and how to resolve it. Please can someone help me on this?

I can not get to iPhone screen, so no way to get to Settings. That is the problem. When I connect phone to iTunes I get screen asking to insert SIN card. On the phone I'm getting Cinfigure screen asking Launguage , Country or Region, Wi-Fi, ( I can connect to my home wi-fi), and last screen "Activating your iPhone". You need to reinstall the App Store.
Use Lion Recovery to do that.

Maybe your firewall or security software are preventing the download from finishing. You could try disabling them until you finish the download
