Can someone please help me to understand when ‘suspendScheduledReport’ method will work?
I have reports scheduled through BI publisher web service (Time: immediately). When I have lot of records (50) to be processed, for couple of records, the report is in ‘Running ‘status’ for long time. I want to suspend the report for those records. When I pass the job ID(or report Id), and invoke the ‘suspendScheduledReport’ method , it’s not suspending. After 1 or 2 mins, the report status = completed. Can I suspend a report when if it’s in a ‘Running status’?
Or does ‘suspendScheduledReport’ work only when the 'scheduledreport' is not started (or going to stat in future)
Please I need a urgent help on this,

Hi Kavita,
suspendScheduledReport, will suspend only the scheduled report which has not started.
It will suspend the report from scheduling in future. Not the one, which is running.

Can someone help me to understand why I can not download the updated version of itunes?
I have tired several weeks to download the new update for itunes. I just bought an Ipad today and was trying to update it as well as my phone so that I can be up to date on everything. However, it says "The program can't start becase MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I have tried to reinstall it several times and nothing works. Any help is appreciated.

With your MacBook, when you connect your iPhone to the MacBook, iPhoto should open up. It will download all of the photos to your MacBook, and when it's done, it will ask if you want to delete them. Do it then. Now, given the number of photos, this is going to take a while. Honestly, that's a lot of photos.
Now, we can get more complicated here if you want, but I never store photos on the iPhone, except for a few of my kids and my motorcycle (don't ask, but for someone with a motorcycle, it's nearly equivalent to kids). Sort your photos by creating albums. Then go into iTunes, click on your iPhone (when it is connected), and one tab should say Photos. You can click on those photos you want to sync to your iPhone.
This should be easy. If you have further questions, just ask, and don't forget to give me a "Solved" when you're done! -

Whether films can be redownloaded depends upon what country that you are in, whether the film studio allows redownloading, and whether the film remains in your country's store. What you can redownload will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. If you can't redownload it then you will need to copy it over from your iPad

II'm trying to download an app that's free. it keeps sending me to my credit card information and at first it said it declined, now it's saying it's unable to process credit cards at the moment and to try later. Is this normal? Can someone help please?
Periodically when you purchase anything from iTunes or download a free app it reverifies your credit card. A "declined" message comes from your card issuer; iTunes Store is just a passthrough of that message. So you need to contact your issuer to resolve it. Although at the moment it sounds like the problem is with your issuer's network.

When I try to send email from my iPad and iPhone it says that I have the wrong username and/or password, but I know they are correct. Can someone help me?
"Your email account" means to tap on the name of your email account. Whatever it is listed as in the settings.
In my mail settings, one of my email accounts is a Comcast account. I tap on the Comcast name and it brings up this window.
Then I tap on the arrow under the Outgoing mail server smtp setting to get to the next window.
In the resulting window, I then tap on the arrow next to the smtp server under the Primary Server setting.
That brings up this window in which I check to make sure that my user name and password have been entered correctly. If those items are missing, enter them in the appropriate fields and then tap done. -

So I download photoshop cc (2014) and when I go to open the program, it gives me an error message and shuts the program down. It says," A problem cause the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program." Can someone help me please?

I have a mac book pro and have already downloaded adobe flash player. However when i go to watch a video it says "Blocked Plug In". But my adobe is already up to date. Can someone help me to fix this so i can watch videos?
If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 7. Back up all data before making any changes.

You might have to log out or reboot before a Flash update takes effect.

In the Safari preference window, select
Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
Close the window. Then select

Can anyone assist me, because I am about to hurt my lil sister. I purchase a new Ipod touch yesterday and I have not synced it to itunes yet. She attempted to set up a passcode and disabled it. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
