Can someone help me with a RAM problem?

See system specs below...
I just bought some Geil memory from Fry's Electronics that they assured me was better than Corsair and I would have no problems using it with my MB. Obviously I should stop listening to the people at Fry's. When the settings are all set to auto, my system will reboot every time windows starts. The only way I could stop this was by changing the cas from 2.0 to 2.5. Is this a problem with the MB, Bios or the RAM? I was thinking about taking it back and getting some Corsair Twinx1024-3200LLPT. Is it gonna be any better than this Geil stuff, or are there problems with it too. I have the latest bios. I thank you for any legitimate help.

DRAM CAS# Latency is set to 2 Clocks
DRAM RAS# Precharge is set to 3 Clocks
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay is set to 3 Clocks
DRAM Precharge Delay is set to 6 Clocks
Try setting your RAS# to CAS# delay to 4 clocks. See if that works.

Your friend's BIOS simply does not state the actual/real frequency. Nothing to worry about. You are in paranoia mode. Try to get out of it.
"DDR3-1333" is not a frequency rating. The real frequency behind DDR3-1333 is always, on every system, by definition and in all cases in this universe: 666/667 MHz. That is exactly what CPU-Z will tell you when you click on "Memory".
If DDR stands for "Double Data Rate", meaning "two transactions per clock cycle", what effective/theoretical transactions do you get at a clock speed 667 MHz = 667.000.000 clock cycles per second (Hz) ---> exactly 2 Transactions per second (T/s) x 667 MHz = 1333 Megatransactions per second (MT/s) .... and that is what DDR3-1333 stands for (1333 MT/s, not "MHz").
1333 is not a frequency rating to begin with. The same true for ALL effective DDR speed ratings:
-> DDR2-533 [266 MHz] / 533 MT/s
-> DDR2-667 [333 MHz] / 667 MT/s
-> DDR2-800 [400 MHz] / 800 MT/s
-> DDR3-800 [400 MHz] / 800 MT/s
-> DDR3-1066 [533 MHz] / 1066 MT/s
-> DDR3-1333 [666/667 MHz] / 1333 MT/s
-> DDR3-1600 [800 MHz] / 1600 MT/s

I had to restore my user library and it named it Library(Original). How can I change this back to just "Library". It will not allow me to rename.

Not sure why you did that, but did you restore the Lion or Snow Leopard ~/Library?
I think you should delete the Library you restored from TM.
First unhide Library. Open Terminal and enter "chflags nohidden ~/Library"
Then figure out which is the Library you restored from TM and delete it.
and then Re-Boot

FYI: It seems it was a network problem with my WinXP PC. After complete deletion and new installation of XP and iTunes my iPhone will be recognized correctly, Wifi synchronization works (mostly) fine.

Either your battery is failing or your battery gauge needs to be recalibrated. Start by recalibrating:
When it shuts off charge for just a minute or two, then restart (hold HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears). Deliberately run the battery down until the phone shuts off at 1%. If it shuts off above 1% repeat the above until you get to 1%. Then charge for 4 hours with the wall charger without using the phone. This process will recalibrate the battery gauge.
To prevent this from happening again about once a month run the battery all the way down to 1%, then continue until the phone shuts off. Apple recommends this in their battery help article, but they don't say why you should do it. The have some hokum about "keeping the electrons moving." Honestly! The iPad battery tip gives the correct reason.
If this does not resolve the problem you most likely need a new battery. If you are near an Apple store take the phone in and they can test the battery for you.

- Go to Settings>iTunes and App stores and sign out and sign back in
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

After you have all of the files from the External HDD you want to save, to format the HDD:
Open Launchpad
Open Utilities
Open Disk Utility
Select Hard Drive to format (the external HDD)
If you want to change partition size or number select Partition Table
Select number of partitions and adjust sizes if more than one
Name the partitions
Select the format from the pop-up menu (use Mac OS Extended (Journaled))
If it is not already selected, select GUID Partition Table
Click OK
Click Apply
And it should do the formatting for you.
Note: giving a name may come after the format selection, I sometimes get that out of order but it will lead you through the process.

You could try duplicating the Domain.sites2 file and launch this in iWeb. Delete the last page you edited and try saving. If that doesn't work, undo and try deleting another and so on...
If you can find the problem page you would only have to rebuild it rather than the whole site.
The other possibility is to create a new site on the same domain file and drag each page in turn down to it from the top site and try to save each time.
