Can someone help me with my iTunes? It says that I need to put in billing information. All I want is to sign in with my Apple ID but it says I NEED the information. Is it necessary to put in the correct information? or can I somehow skip the process?

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

I have managed to associate my iPod Touch 5th generation, iPad 2 and my PC with my Apple ID alright, but I couldn't do this with my iPhone 4s. Granted , the iPhone was originally my mum's who lives in another country and I simply made a whole reset to factory setting when I started using the phone. It says there that it takes 90 days for an Apple device to be allowed to associate with another Apple ID , but I've been using the iPhone for almost half a year now and I still haven't got any option to authorise the device to my Apple ID and it hasn't appeared in my account's list of devices so far.
Do I have to return to my home country, connect the iPhone to my mother's PC and remove the device from her account's list of devices? Is there any other way?Thanks for the reply, have checked and that seems to be the problem, I have plugged in my ipad and the missing app has appeared.

I have iOS 7. When I go to the itunes store on my ipod touch it gives me a blank screen with nothing on it. I restarted my ipod touch and it didn't work. Can someone help me with this?

iTunes tells me, that I need to load version 11.1 in order to load a backup into my iPhone 5. I'm working with a windows PC and want to update my phone to iOS 7GM. version 11.0.5 is the highest I can get for windows. Can somebody help me?
I'm assuming you followed a forum like Gizmodo to load the latest version of iOS 7 Beta on your device
Alot of those forums forget to mention, iTunes 11.0.5 will allow you to update to the iOS 7 Beta but your device will no longer work unless you have the developer version of iTunes as well....
I'd suggest you to research how to downgrade back to 6.1.3/4 and wait a few days for the iOS to be released, -

The calender on my iPhone 4 with iOS 6 no longer syncs with iCal 4.0.4 on my mac OS 10.6.8. However it is syncing with my iCloud account. Can someone help me with this?
FYI: It seems it was a network problem with my WinXP PC. After complete deletion and new installation of XP and iTunes my iPhone will be recognized correctly, Wifi synchronization works (mostly) fine.

I have upgraded to itunes 11.3.8. My library is showing, however I can't log onto itunes. I have logged in with my apple id, but it doesn't come up. Help?
When I click on itunes store within itunes, the screen comes up blank. I'm using a macbook pro.I have the same problem. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting link you added has the first step listed as "Verify that FaceTime is enabled in FaceTime > Preferences" which we (the original poster and I) can't do as our Preferences are greyed out. We can't click on them to verify anything.
In FaceTime itself it's verified my apple id (also double checked via the site) and then it says the email is "verified" but then it freezes and after a minute or so it says "Could not verify the email address. Please check your network connection and try again."
After checking the network connection, it still doesn't work. It's rather frustrating as it all worked fine until about a week or two ago.
Any help would be appreciated.

If I download a new iTunes will I lose everything we have?Same issue for me. Was running 10.5.3 due to the bug in 10.6 with Apple TV. Upgraded to 10.6.1 since it was supposed to solve the issues. ANd no I can;t open iTunes at all.
Annoyed that 10.6 was shipped with the bug with the Apple TV sortting of titles.
Really p*ssed off that 10.6.1 which was supposed to fix this has totally borken iTunes for me.
Time to try to revert to 10.5.3 again.

PleaseAfter you have all of the files from the External HDD you want to save, to format the HDD:
Open Launchpad
Open Utilities
Open Disk Utility
Select Hard Drive to format (the external HDD)
If you want to change partition size or number select Partition Table
Select number of partitions and adjust sizes if more than one
Name the partitions
Select the format from the pop-up menu (use Mac OS Extended (Journaled))
If it is not already selected, select GUID Partition Table
Click OK
Click Apply
And it should do the formatting for you.
Note: giving a name may come after the format selection, I sometimes get that out of order but it will lead you through the process. -
