The message I get when I install is
The wizard was interrupted before Adobe Photoshop Elements could be installed. Below mentioned application has failed to install: Shared Technologies."

You can download the trial version of the software without thwe wizard thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

If you want Premiere Elements, you do not need to download anything else but it. Be sure to read carefully the description of your download before you start it.
From where did you try to download Premiere Elements? Can we assume that it was from Adobe and that the download was Premiere Elements 13 for use on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit?
What did you download to your desktop? Was it a folder named Adobe Premiere Elements 13? If yes, open the folder to find the PRE13 Folder inside. Open the PRE13 Folder and look for the Set.up.exe inside the PRE13 Folder. Then double click the Set.up.exe to start the installation of Premiere Elements 13 tryout. Follow the instruction that you see on screen.
Have you done all that already?
If you have never gotten a Adobe Premiere Elements 13 Folder on your desktop from your download from Adobe, please try again using the information provided by
skikha in post numbered 6 of your thread.
It is a good idea to disable antivirus and firewall(s) before doing the download and installation.

I have trouble with adobe download. I have bought a new computer without the ability to run CD-ROM. Therefore the only way is by download the product through adobe.com. So, where and how can I download photoshop elements version 5?

I initially tried the free trial of Photoshop Elements 13, but it wouldn't install. When I received an email suggesting I purchase the product on sale for USD 70. (ending January 3) I purchased it, and have now paid for it and received a serial number. On January 3, when I tried to install it, I was told downloading, extraction and installation were complete, but then it quit. I tried again, but only got as far as 'download complete.' I clicked on 'open bundle,' then got message beginning: "The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop Elements is missing..." I repeated the process and got the same message.
On January 5 I paid a computer professional to install it. He got it working and I actually worked on a couple of images, but it quit after about fifteen minutes, and I am getting the above message again.

i've lost my disk one from photoshop elements 10, and just bought a new computer, so i'm trying to download it. however i've run into problems, and just wondering if anyone has advise for how to get this up and running please?

Can someone help me with Premiere Elements 2?

I have been working on a slide show for my son's class graduation. This is the second time I've used PE2 to create a slide show, so I am not very good at it! I completed my slideshow (which contains about 100-150 photos, 1 video and audio) I burnt a dvd last night and when I played it back I noticed that the photos were a little grainy so I tried to render it. I did this by clicking "render work area" under the "timeline" tab. Now I have about 40 black "slides" where a photo used to be!! They're spread out throughout the timeline - If I right click on the black screen in the timeline and then choose "edit original" I can see the missing photo! I am suppose to present this at school tomorrow - I would really appreciate some help. Thanks!

Ok, I know I'm going to sound ignorant but I do not know the answer to the second part of your reply. I checked one of the photos properties and it is 1.6MB Image Size 2592x3888 pixel depth 32 and pixel aspect ratio 1.0.
Before I put the photos into the slide show I did quite a bit of editing to them - mostly cropping and fixing color.
Is there any way to undo the rendering? There is no way I can start over and finish this tonight!

You're on the right track - something related to USB appears to be causing your issue.
Error 13, 14, 35 and 50 (or -50)

Which operating system are you using?
When you say downloaded, where did download pse 7 from?
Do you have the original install disk or original download for pse 7?
I believe the serials won't interchange between the disk version of pse 7 and the electronic down load version.
