Hi, i have updated my personal details with apple but can't seem to find a place to update my credit card details. can someone help me please?
You should be able to do it on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option - there should be a payment section on there. Or you might be able to do it on an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch by tapping on your account id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Store on iOS 6).

Hi I have a Konica Minolta PagePro 1300W printer. This works with my Windows-based Toshiba laptop but not with my i-Mac. I have the latest (Mountain Lion 10.8.2) OS-X software.
I have installed the printer using 'System Preferences' on my i-Mac and it appears on the list of available printers but documents that I create just don't print.
Can someone please advise me how I get the Konica Minolta PagePro 1300W printer to work with my i-Mac?

Please note: This printer is designed to be used in computer operating systems running MS Windows only. Operating systems such as UNIX, Macintosh, or Linux are not supported nor do we have workaround drivers available. Older MS Windows versions, such as Windows 3.1/95/98[pre-SE] and NT 3.51/4.0, are not supported.
So KM are not going to help you. But the LinuxFoundation does provide a workaround that should allow you to print. Have a look at this web page. You will need to install all three packages as per the instructions from that page. -
I am getting an error 36 when I try to restore my iphoto library from my time machine. Can someone please advise on how I should resolve this? I have tried repairing permissions in the iPhoto library and that didn't help. I've also tried using different versions of the iPhoto library from the time machine. That resulted in the error as well.
You can ask Time Machine queries on the firm for whatever version of the OS you have:

My ipad 2 app icon show I have 11 items need updating but there is nothing on the app update page. I tried all method to reset my ipad, sycnc my iTunes with ipad connected, reset my ipad but not successful. The 11 items still appear on my app icon. Can someone help me?

Click "Account" under Quick Links at the top right of the iTunes store. Next to payment information click "Edit" and then select "None" under payment method.
On an iOS device go to Settings>Store>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Payment Information>None.

Are you using Keynote on an iPad?
