CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER? Preview DW CS3

Question

Using DW 8, I could press the F12 control+F12 keys (Windows
XP) and preview how my pages will look in IE and Firefox, BEfore
uploading.
DW CS3, wants to upload the file first, then show the page
AFter it is uploaded. Not a good idea.
The alternative seems to be to click "No" in the message box
that appears when attempting to Preview, but the address bar
(Location) still shows the
http://www.... address.
With the new DW CS3, how do I preview pages without going
online?

Anyhow, this option is on the Remote site definition category
of the Site
definition at the bottom.
There is no difference in how DW8 and DWCS3 do site
definitions, by the way.
So - are you set now, or are you still having a problem?
